The sandwiches were fantastic! I had the American Wagu Cheesesteak. The steak was cut up smaller and thinner than any other cheesesteak I've ever had. (I think this is why I didn't have to wait long for my sandwich.) This made it easier to chew because I didn't get any dried out or tough pieces of steak. The fries were great too. They were seasoned fries that you normally get at sit down restaurants. The service was excellent. The employees were friendly and didn't make you feel like you were an inconvenience. 11.21.25: First time in at this location and was immediately greeted as we came through the door. Restaurant was brightly lit and clean and pretty busy with a lunch crowd. I had two goals for this visit: 1) to try the impossible cheese steak (plant-based), and 2) to see if I notice the adding of more meat to all their cheese steaks as their new campaign claims. I ordered a medium impossible cheese steak with onions, mushrooms, and both hot and sweet peppers. My cheese steak came out hot and toasty and I'm happy to report there was noticeably more meat on my sandwich than in the past. Meat kept falling out as I bit into it! As for the impossible part and it being plant-based, it was actually pretty decent and flavorful. I normally don't eat plant-based meat due to the over use of sodium to flavor, but this was pretty close to an actual cheese steak. The sandwiches here were really quite good but not outstanding. Place is pretty new and they're keeping it clean. We were greeted promptly and placed our order. The young lady didn't seem to have too much patience for our questions even though we were the only ones in line. I think our questions were legit but it seemed like we were inconveniencing her by asking. Our orders seemed to take longer than they shook have but they did bring it right to us. Prices were ridiculously high, especially considering they were on the Idaho side of the state line! Jersey Mike's will remain our go to. read more

Capriotti's in Post Falls is fairly new. It's a sandwich food chain that has been around for decades in other parts of the country. The place was clean and we were welcomed by the staff. We ordered 3 sandwiches of various sizes and flavors and the flavors did not miss! The only complaint I have is that there is a QR code by the register that says when you sign up you will receive a free sandwich. I signed up and received the discount code and they refused to honor it. That was pretty junk imo. I don't understand having that right by the register and then not honoring it. It would've been nice as the sandwiches are a little expensive. read more

One of the only places with real vegan options! Other sandwich shops leave you with two pieces of bread, and assorted veggies, while Capriotti's provides multiple faux meat options. Although the sandwiches with the vegan meat come with non vegan cheese and mayo, they are easily customizable to be completely animal product free. This was actually the worst sandwich I've ever had... I ordered a turkey sandwich with JUST turkey, mayo, mustard, lettuce, and pickles. They only had one bread option. Our sandwiches were very good. However, they were so swamped with online orders, they made people wait to order at the counter. I saw 3 people leave without ordering. Then we had to wait for our order because of the online orders. Maybe limit your online orders during lunch or have someone work the counter full time. read more
