This location has always been good. I've never had any issue with an order there. I've ordered drive thru, eaten inside, and did mobile app order and they've always gotten it right. I generally get the roast beef and sometimes a milkshake. The milkshake has always been good but I wish they were alittle thicker. The inside is very nice especially post renovation. read more

Howdy buckaroos! Love this Mechanicsville Arby's location. There are so many other businesses on the pike, it's easy to miss this eatery, look for the iconic 10 gallon hat! It's smaller than some of the other Arby's franchises, but they serve up the same hearty meals! The drive thru is super fast and they always get my orders correct! Arby's dedication to fast food that a cut above the rest! They have their famous roast beef sandwiches, of course, but they also offer healthier fare like creative salads and rotisserie chicken, which is my go to meal! The zucchini mini muffins are always fresh, moist and delicious! Also, an Arby's staple and a family fav!! I love the choice of sides, more than just fries, although their curly fries are unrivaled! I typically order the steam broccoli which is crisp and not overcooked , and the mashed potatoes which are thick and creamy! Pricing at Arby's may be a little higher than other fast food joints, but IMO it's worth it! I've also eaten inside, it's nice, but not as well appointed as some of their larger restaurants. read more

Yes it was quite a long time ago when I went to Arby's i went to winco which is a big big store in Roseville and it stays open all night long it is a 24 hour store i don't know how winco is even making it anyway but we stopped at Arby's because it was the only place open at 10 at night and Arby's makes some great food always clean there prices are very affordable read more

Ok yall. I've been saying for YEARS that the Arby's sauce inside the restaurant is better than the packets. At this moment, I feel so validated. I've gone so far as to request that they put the sauce from inside on my sandwich even when I've gone through the drive thru. I've been inside of different Arby's locations to eat plenty of times, but this is the first one I've seen with bbq sauce bottles that actually explain the story behind the sauce inside the store. Apparently it's a special sauce that's only served in Richmond locations. And it's magical! And you can buy it to take home! Obviously, I take my condiments very seriously. Anyway, other than that, it was an above average fast food restaurant experience. The staff were personable and happy. They even called me by name when I walked up to get my food. Something about that just adds a nice touch to any customer service experience. I get my hair done around this area often, so this will not be the last they see of me! read more

Save your time and go to the Cookout next store. Every time I've been here (drive through only, never been inside) it takes forever to get your food. I pulled in to order a milkshake, and granted it was dinner time, but it legitimately took me 20+ minutes to get through the drive through. I could have gone home and made a milkshake faster and probably for cheaper. $5+ for a milkshake?! read more

Read Yelp first. We dined in here on a road trip and I was so disappointed to find no Arbys Sauce on the tables. Instead there is just this nasty custom-made sauce in clear plastic bottles, thin and peppery and terrible. I sat there Googling if Arbys changed their recipe with no results popping up. Another reviewer mentioned they have real Arbys Sauce behind the counter you just have to ask. I wish I read that first; the custom sewage I slathered on my sandwich ruined my meal. Does this franchise owner really think he can improve on a multi-billion dollar corporation's kitchen research and development? Also the Jamocha shakes were more like custard, way too thick to drink - like a DQ blizzard and the flavor tasted off. Did they mess with that recipe too? Finally this location tries to be more like a nicer restaurant with menus and no traditional Meal numbers, despite having the same products (from my cursory glance). It took my group with three Masters degrees a solid 5 minutes to figure out how to order a roast beef sandwich. Otherwise great! read more

Although I find the local franchise of Arby's to be overpriced and a bit pretentious (to wit: they put their own custom "Arby's sauce" on the tables and you have to ask for the real stuff in packets) this location has a manager, Brian, who is almost always visibly in charge, is friendly and customer-oriented, and maintains a staff that hustles without getting in a rush. He and his staff are the reasons I come back for overpriced Arby's sandwiches and potato cakes. The quality of the food is consistently good, and the zucchini muffins are a necessary end to any meal (a pretentious menu item that I gladly add on every time). If the pricing were a bit cheaper I would eat here weekly, but as it is this place is a once-a-month luxury. read more

This location sits right on 360 next to Cook-out. They've definitely got more competition now. I've always loved Arby's because of their quality food! I gave it three stars because I feel like for the price you pay for their food you could get a larger quantity. I'd come here more frequently if the prices were a little lower it all adds up. Definitely love their chicken tenders and side salads with French vinaigrette dressing. I recommend trying their orange cream shake when it's in season! read more

My wife and I had the misfortune of eating at this Arby's on 11/25/11. Not only was the food cold and not appetizing, but we were advised: at this franchise they did not give a senior discount. We like Arby's food and have had good experiences at other Arby's restaurants in Virginia. For the $19.00 we spent all we got was bad food and a bad stomach ache. Not the normal expected fast food experience. The building is the classic Arby's, but when you step in the doors you are presented with a modern feel and modernized menus and table buzzers. I liked the retro feel and the service was top notch. The smell of rotisserie fills the air coming from the gigantic cooker on the counter. I would come back again. read more
