I ordered three small Fatburgers with the works and a couple sides of the skinny fries. They gave me a puck that flashes and vibrates when your order is ready. This gave me a couple minutes to hit the restroom and get something else to drink. My friends and I were absolutely impressed with how good the burger tasted. The mix of the veggie toppings and the smashed hamburger patty were incorporated perfectly together. This is the prime example of what a greasy cheeseburger should be. And to be real, the small and a side of fries should be enough for a meal for me. Speaking of the fries, they were cooked perfectly to a nice crisp. But I have noticed that this subway is pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning. The sign above the counter where you place your order has a nice thick layer of dust on it. It's right above the food so who knows what crap is falling on and getting into the food. Which is a good Segway into why I'm writing this review. Came home to eat my sandwich and found a long hair in it. That's unacceptable and because of that I won't be back. This place needs a deep clean from top to bottom. 1 star and won't be coming back.

I had the huckleberry cosmo and it was delicious. You can't find huckleberry's in Reno. The restaurant had just opened and still asked us to wait 5-6 minutes which I thought was strange. I asked if they still had any left of some different dishes and they explained they were in the middle of refilling everything fresh (presumably after a little rush?) and would first prioritize whatever we wanted to order. So in 4 minutes all our food was literally cooked to order- our meals were as fresh as humanly possible and tasted great! In fact, my kids said it was the best tasting Panda dinner they've ever had and I'm inclined to agree. Don't know if the photo does it justice but the portions were great too. The employees were all friendly. I noticed some negative reviews- I can't speak to those as this is our first time here, but I can say our experience was exemplary and I would have no issue returning! They asked me what I wanted for my 2nd choice and struggled. The bowls with the various options were mostly EMPTY! One person was ahead of me and he had asked for egg rolls before seeing them. When he saw them and noticed they were WAY OVER COOKED and told the lady he didn't want them because they looked old and stale. Instead of apologizing and offering to cook a fresh batch she just returned them to the bin!!! Even with low expectations for a fast food chain this is a place best AVOIDED!
