So, my mom LOVES KFC chicken, so we were picking up a bucket for a family gathering. Order the bucket of chicken via the app and get to the place at about 10:05 a.m. It is supposed to be open at 10. No one comes to the door for several minutes and it is locked, but then, an employee begrudgingly opens the door. We have an order? YES... The service here is ok. The food is always good. Parking is easy. The seating area is fast food standard. Not very exciting or comfortable but totally functional. They are open until midnight on the weekend so you can always get a late night snack here. read more

Normally, I don't rate fast food restaurants on here. The one time I break that rule is when the staff is not up to par. It's a fast food place, I get it, it's not going to be the same kind of service you might get in a nicer restaurant. But this place was bad! Both the young person who took our order and the the person at window were incredibly, rude and impatient. During the ordering, after every item I would order, they would snappily and rudely ask, "Is that all?" before I could even finish ordering what I wanted. There were a few items I ended up not ordering to avoid having to hear them respond to me so rudely. The person at window nearly spilled my drink on me and practically threw our food through the window. Terrible service! Teach your employees to be respectful or find new ones, this kind of service is not acceptable! read more

Today I placed an order for three pieces of chicken (only) for Quick Pick up using the app at 7:50 pm. I received an email confirmation showing 7:55. I arrived at 8:08. There was no order in the Quick Pick Up window. There were no customers in line. I waited about 10 min and someone finally asked if I needed help (8:18). I told them that I had a Quick Pick Up. He asked my name. I told him and he said that he would go get it. While waiting several people came in, placed orders, and received them. At 8:42 he said he had my order ready. It consisted of three large bags and a lot of drinks. He asked if I would like a holder for my drinks. I informed him that was not my order. He asked my name again. I told him. He then said that they had no order in the system under my name and asked to see my order receipt. I showed it to him. He looked embarrassed and handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter right "NEXT" to the Quick Pick Up window the whole time. He said "I'm sorry" with a big cheesy grin and walked away. I was too hungry and tired to make a deal out of it. So, I just went out to my car to eat it. Instead of being crispy the breading was moist and soggy and slid off in chunks when I picked the chicken up. It was kind of slimy and doughy when eating. Not a remotely satisfying experience. The McDonald's drive-through is extremely long and they close the lobby so I decided to go to KFC and A&W burger in airway Heights. I ordered about $25 worth of food and I was told to go around the corner and wait for my cheese curds. Before I got a receipt, he handed me the drink and rapidly closed the drive-through window. So not only do I not have a receipt but on top of that I'm waiting 25 minutes for a burger fries and some cheese curds and I'm the only customer at the store. I saw three employees working and I'm the only customer and I'm waiting for 25 minutes. I eventually drove off because my baby was screaming, and I had to tend to my daughter. What kind of employees are you hiring and what kind of manager is the regional manager hiring? Terrible just terrible and the other reviews prove how bad it really is. read more

We stopped on the way home to pick up dinner and ordered a 20 piece family meal and found only 8 pieces in the bucket when we got home. Also the biscuits were hard as a rock and could be used by the local hockey team if they should run short on pucks. Everyone had a bad day I get it. But when you call to complain and the little girl on the other side of the phone calls you a lier.... she may as well have said to me. " I don't care if you never come back." Horrible customer service! Telling a paying customer they can't get what they ordered. I ordered a 8 piece meal. All white meat breast and wings only. The girl in drive thru told me NO I'll get what they give me even though I was willing to pay the up charge. Then they told me I couldn't get it in original. I had to get it half and half. I didn't order it that way. They didn't even give me the option of waiting if they were low on chicken which we would have waited. But then a man comes on and tells me I can customize my order and I should call it in. It's 8 pieces of chicken OMG, if you can't fill that order you shouldn't be in the chicken business. BTW this was during dinner when you should have the most chicken available to you're customers. Because of this KFC the entire chain has lost my business. read more

First off the staff have messed up orders in the drive through and in the restaurant, the food is taking way too long to get out to the customers for the amount of staff. I personally watched a child sneezing on customer cups that in my opinion not stored in a manner that would keep customers safe from bacteria and germ. My husband wasn't handed his receipt after he paid and we were missing a polar swirl and the cashier asked for the receipt he didn't have one because he didn't get one. She seen look on my husbands face and she told him to calm down. That was not called for! Then he was handed the smallest polar swirl. The employees refused to make eye contact. The person that was rude to my husband is the one with gaged ears and the septum piercing. In the hour that we were there were at least 3 from the drive through that came in with messed up orders or missing condiment. Not to mention all the dine-in orders that were also messed up. We will not be going back to that restaurant. Here's a little tip if you can't handle upset customers and have no customer service skills, you are in the wrong line of work!!!!!! That employee should have apologized for not having our full order and asked what size we wanted instead of getting defensive. That says to me that this restaurant has a lot of problem. What a great experience in the drive-thru! They didn't have all the chicken for my order and really stepped up to the plate for the "inconvenience"! Trying their new Hot and spicy chicken. Ordered a 16 piece meal as well for leftovers extra crispy. Since it would take an additional 12 minutes for my food, I was offer a free cake and drink. I appreciate true customer service hasn't been lost. It doesn't seem like much and I don't expect this for every visit but sure does make me think twice about where I want to stop in for a quick meal. read more

We usually get good service here, but not tonight, when we ordered at the drive-thru window. The staff here need to learn to get with it! After waiting for 20 minutes to get our food, it was all wrong. The person that seemed to be the floor manager (Nicole) was rude and insisted that we ordered Chicken Littles (which were sandwiches) but we specifically ordered Chicken Tenders!! We didn't even know there were sandwich Go-Cups so we wouldn't have said that!? Then she became rude about it and didn't even apologise or act accommodating! The staff was friendly, but incompetent. I ordered a 5 piece chicken dinner with 2 sides of Potatoes and gravy, with 6 biscuits. Got everything but the potatoes and gravy, I got one side of potatoes. How hard is it to read a screen and put food in a bag. I called the restaurant and they offered me a free bunt cake for later, why would I want to drive 20 miles for a bunt cake? read more

The KFC in Airway Heights is pretty much your standard KFC like all others around the country. The chicken is good and tasty and fresh. It's not usually that busy so it'll be fast. The service was pleasant. read more

I am not really a huge fast food fan, but my husband and I stopped here at the end of a busy day on our way home. The wrong order was delivered to us, but the staff quickly substituted our food for the correct order. The size of the portions were a little disappointing in comparison to price, but overall the food was pretty good for fast food chicken. read more

This location is an A&W/KFC combination so you can order from both menus. Always get their root beer floats! Any size for $2. This place has awesome customer service! Service wasn't the best it could be, by that I mean the service wasn't good AT ALL. The gal at the counter was friendly or helpful, made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being in the restaurant. The condiment station was trashed (no it wasn't busy) where the salt and pepper packets are needed to be cleaned badly. There were empty containers that needed to be washed. The garbages were all full and smelled really bad. I don't live in the area but even when we are around there again we will definitely choose somewhere else to grab a bite to eat. Over the years, KFC has been going down hill quickly. We have not been to this one for about a year due to very bad experiences. Tonight we decided to treat ourselves and thought we would try and give this location another try. I wish we had tried some where else. Used ubereats as they are connected to them now. Ubereats was awesome, got the food here fast and still hot. Driver got a tip! Opened up the boxes and the biscuits were so dry all the gravy for the potatoes was gone before we even got to the potatoes. The chicken was not even correct. One of the meals we ordered was a thigh and a leg. When it came the box contained a tiny, falling apart, breast. That was not even one of the pieces that was suppose to be in there. We called and they admitted they messed it up but said they would not help correct it, I had to go to ubereats and get it fixed. That is stupid as it was not uber eats that messed up!!! NEVER go to this location if you want good food and good service!!! We will NEVER be returning. read more
