On Sat Jul 11, I ordered a beef n cheddar double and large coke in the drive thru - got to window and told the total 16.09 - asked why - told I ordered a meal. I said no - I just want the sandwich & coke - was told now 10.79. I paid, left, 3 days later I have a 10.79 charge on my card plus TWO charges for 16.09 - can't get anyone to answer the phone to get a credit - and the sandwich was cold and it sucked. read more

Arby's is always a treat because this is the closest one which is about 30 minutes away from my home. Unfortunately I have yet to find a 5 star worthy Arby's since my local one closed down. I get it's fast food but you can still earn it. Having clean place, good workers and the food being standard for your restaurant. The food was fine but the restaurant was not up to par. The workers were distracted with cleaning when i first came it yleven thougu it didnt look any better than before they started. So i waited a good 5 minutes before even ordering. It took 15 minutes for my food to come so 20 minutes in a faat foos restaurant before i even get my food. How is that fast? Oh well, guess there is no true fast food anymore. read more

We went just before lunch midweek after finding it. It was one of the betters Arby's we've been to. Bathrooms were actually clean. The guy running the register got our order right the first time after customizing sandwiches that were ordered. Food came out pretty fast for Arby's. Curly fries were fresh, hot, and large pieces. Sometimes you get alllbthe broken scraps. The sandwiches were made perfectly and looked like they could be put up on the menu board. Our visit was good. read more

I just visited this Niles, MI Arby's location. I had a terrible visit there. I was in line at the drive thru waiting patiently to order. I bet I was in line 20 minutes and was two cars away from putting my order in. I could here the car at the speaker saying " hello?" Over and over for a few minutes. A young lady ( not so much a lady) through open the back door to the restaurant and yelled "Hey, we're closed!!!" The time was 9:47pm. Their website stated they close at 11pm on Saturdays. Anyway another car yelled back he'd been in line for several minutes and the employee screamed back real sassy with cuss words that's to --- bad. They exchanged some more words but for this employee to be sooo nasty and cuss first at all the cars waiting. That was just tooo far. Terrible experience. Ordered the Hawaiian Nashville fish sandwich the lettuce was wilted no tomatoe and the bread was squished will never got her agin had the same sandwich at another Arby's and it was delicious fish was fresh and crispy lettuce not wilted and fresh tomatoe. First time to Arby's in 20 years. We were greeted politely and order taken. Went to the dining area. No clean tables. This was 1:45 pm so after lunch crowd. Food came quickly by yelling my name. Food was good. I enjoyed the ultimate BLT. My wife enjoyed the pecan chicken sandwich. Fries were hot. So from a food perspective. Very good. Can work on keeping tables clean. read more

if i could give them no stars i would. my mom and i went threw the drive thru the other day. it was quiet busy, but we wanted to get their 2 for 6 crispy fish sandwiches. we also wanted a mac an cheese a crinkle fry an a 4 piece motz. the total she gave me was like 11 something. i thought that was very cheap. when i got to the window i questioned weather she got my order correct because it seemed cheap she read it back to me an it was correct. when i got my food there was only 1 fish sandwich. i pulled forward an got out and got her attention and told her i only had 1 fish sandwich. i sat in my car for about 3 minutes and a guy came to the door and was very rude. did not let me explain. he tried telling me i ordered a 2 for 6 fish an mac an cheese... i tried explaining that no i ordered 2 for 6 fish sandwiches & then a mac an cheese a fry an a four piece. he cut me off before i could explain and was like i heard you blah blah blah. needless to say he was rude and i will not be going back there again. i know what i ordered its not my fault they misunderstood me. #horriblecustomerservice read more
