When I saw that Arby's had a cheesesteak on their menu, I just had to try it. I'm on a journey to try as many different cheesesteaks as I possibly can! This Arby's location is in North Las Vegas right across from the Aliante Nature Discovery park and the 215/Aliante parkway exit. Arby's cheesesteak has the thinly shaved seasoned angus beef. It also has the melted American Cooper cheese too. I did witout the onions though! Just the beef, cheese, on the toasted sesame seed roll. I ended up getting the standard size for just $8.99 at Arbys. It's actually really good for a quick service option at Arby's. The beef was flavorful and there was so much cheese. The bread was slightly soggy but other than the it was good! Service at this Arby's location was fast and my order was correct! I'd order the cheesesteak again from Arbys. Maybe next time, I'll try it out with the onions! It's been over a year since I've gone to Arbys and I'm so glad that I did get a chance to try out their cheesesteak! read more

My kids and I were feeling peckish and desired a light snack. We ordered four curly fries. There was a bit of a wait as fresh fries were coming out of the fryer soon. Zero complaints there, I love fresh fries and am happy to wait. It was not very long before a kind worker came out with a big smile on her face, she divulged to me she included a pup cup for my dog! So kind of her, my dogs were ever so grateful for their treat! Thank you for going above and beyond, and thank you for the fresh curly fries. They were absolutely delicious. Bacon cheeseburger was horrible. Meat was old, possibly sitting for quite some time before selling to us. Ordered large curly fries, got home poured them on plate. It was half crinkle fries and half curly, this would have been tolerable. But both types of fries were stale and appeared to be sitting for some time before serving to us. Went at 10:20pm on a wednesday night, just the drive thru and i was the only one there, there was 4 young girls working, i only got 4 mozzarella sticks and a roast beef sandwich, they made the sandwich immediately the it sat there for 15 minutes while i waited because they couldn't make mozzarella sticks and after the 15 minute wait i get home sandwich cold and mozzarella sticks are completely empty massing cheese i could see 3/4 of them through the window just screaming and laughing and touching eachother, absolute pathetic service read more

I am incredibly DISAPPOINTED AND HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER AT THE ALIANTE LOCATION in North Las Vegas, NV. Attached is a copy of my order. The shakes were not able to be made and when I asked for a refund for them from the manager of this location, she stated that she could not process the request despite being unable to fulfill the order. In addition to paying $15 for shakes I DID NOT RECEIVE my food was POOR QUALITY. The entire order was not correct and the fries were old. I did not bother to take the order back as I had already driven back home when I realized the rest of my order was also unsatisfactory. I am writing this review in hopes this gets back to that location so that they can do better and work on their customer service as well as their FOOD QUALITY. In addition, I am demanding a FULL REFUND FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER immediately. This is unacceptable. Don't go to this restaurant after 8pm. Unless you want bad attitudes mixed with a large scoop of unprofessionalism. The food came out fine but these people here are so rude! Every time we've gone during the night shift we're met with these clowns. They have their own little clique. They only talk to each other and completely disregard the customer. Yesterday, we had a large order. When we told the worker in the speaker what we wanted he replied with, "damn!" And then proceeded to take our order. Okay... it was somewhat funny until we saw that he was actually serious. Anyway... when we got to the window, one of the ladies literally asked us to drive back around into the drive thru so she can serve the people behind us first with their smaller order instead of us parking in the front and then bring the food out like most places do. When we came around to the front of the restaurant, we saw one of the workers with a bag and a drink coming out of the restaurant so we thought they were bringing food out to another guest. So, my husband stopped and asked if they can bring our food out too so we don't have to go back through the drive thru. The worker said okay but then got in her car and left because it was actually the end of her shift (why didn't she just say that in the first place?). Then, we saw the original worker who took our order creep out to the eating area of the restaurant and just glare at us (with hands on hips and everything) because we didn't do as told and drive back around to the drive thru. He said nothing and just walked back to the kitchen area with a WHOLE attitude. So, when we saw that we were not going to get any help that way, we ended up going back around the drive thru and the lady was shaking her head and obviously upset that we didn't follow instruction as she so professionally ordered us to do. So, with that same unprofessional attitude this whole crew likes to display, she came to the window sucked her teeth, handed us the food, and walked away without a word. Wow. We were completely shocked at the treatment. So, unless you are looking for treatment like that restaurant Dick's, don't go here. They are a trip. I'm calling management today and will update accordingly. ***UPDATE*** So, I called the shift manager at the Arby's. Not much better. He defended the reason they told us to go back around to the drive thru by saying they don't like the employees walking outside at night... okay I can respect that... but for the situation in its entirety he just nonchalantly said he'll let his manager know and he's "sorry" for the experience. That was it. I called corporate 1-800-599-2729 and if you call you will hear this very impressive message about how important the customer experience is to them. Okay, well let's see. So I talk to Jim and tell him the whole story and he says he totally sees the lack of communication and that this caused for a very bad customer experience. He stated this situation will definitely be addressed and then he offered me some coupons to send us in the mail. I said thanks fir the coupons but let him know it's not about free food. It's about being able to go to an establishment and not worry about how you will be treated depending upon the time of day. This place really needs to hire some adults to supervise these kids working here. Every time I come here it's a cluster, there are 3 maybe 4 that actually do there job out the 6 maybe 7 that always work here. They just seem to busy messing around instead of getting orders out and correct at that. I'm torn. You know what you're getting into, it's a friggen Arby's so no surprises on the food side. I get to the drive thru menu to order and can hardly hear the person taking orders. I order my food and have to repeat every item 2-3 times a piece because she can hardly keep up with all of the syllables coming out of my mouth, like "large" and "diet Dr. Pepper". It is a daunting task, I suppose. It takes 5 minutes to put in an order for two people. I get to the window immediately as nobody was in front of me and the food is somehow ready immediately. They hand me my food before I even give them my card. I get home and they missed two of the side item I had asked for. So just a confusing experience all around. Picked a slow time to visit, about 2:30pm. Wanted the Pecan Chicken sandwich and was craving root beer after working outside. Wife and I arrived at a time no one else was inside, and no cars in the drive thru. Placed our orders and took cups to drink fountain to discover no root beer. It was out. Took another selection and sat down. We sat down and a few minutes later one of the young men yelled from the counter they were no longer selling Pecan Chicken salad sandwiches. Though the big sign was on display in the window, and he had just charged us for one. Meanwhile my wife was having a cherry pie to boost her sugar and about gagged on it as it was grease ladened. She took it back to the counter and was informed their oven wasn't working and they were throwing the pies in the fryer. We substituted the Pecan Chicken salad for the Double Arby sandwich as the amounts were the same (we're attempting to work with them here). We waited and waited while vehicles arrive in drive-thru. At least 4 or 5 arrived and received their orders while we continued to wait. Finally, enough was enough. We went to the counter and asked for a refund of everything except the drinks. 3.5 STARS as in Pretty Good Food: When Arby's has their eye on the ball, they hit it out of the ball park. Their limited time King's Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon Roast Beef sandwich is a Grand Slam. Further into the Review, it will touch on this sandwich. It had been a hot day in North Las Vegas. After hiking on the Aliante Walking Trail, the urban hike concluded at the Aliante Parkway Arby's. This is not surprising considering that I am a fan of Arby's roast beef. Their roast beef is unparalleled. I have never tasted roast beef similar to Arby's. The only problem is that Arby's doesn't seem to have the same confidence in their roast beef as your's truly. Over the years they have seriously cut back on their roast beef sandwiches while branching out into their line of deli market sandwiches. Gone are some of the delicious Arby's staples that I remember growing up with. While I am on this subject, let me mention that back in the late 1980s, Arby's served a highly underrated burger that was of a high quality similar to what diners serve. Arby's also gave it the axe. And while they were at it they got rid of every Arby's in my home town of Long Island by the time I started college. When I have gotten in the Arby's mood, their beef in cheddar sandwich is my goto food. The limited edition king's Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon Roast Beef (abbreviated Brown sugar Bacon from this point forward) sandwich changed that. The picture convinced me to order the medium Brown Sugar Bacon combo for a few cents short of $10. It included the sandwich, curly fries and a fountain drink. The menu's picture reminded me of one of the deceased Arby's sandwiches coming back from the dead with a new name. Here is a Yelpy question, " Did the sandwich look the way the pictures showed it?" My Yelpy answer is that the picture showed more roast beef and less of the lettuce than what was on my sandwich. Regardless, there was a nice amount of that delicious Arby's roast beef between the King's Hawaiian bread buns. Sharing the space with the roast beef were Swiss cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, and I believe horse radish sauce. From the Arby's condiment station, I poured a couple of cups of Arby's sauce on it. I savoured every bite. The Arby's curly fries went along good with their limited time masterpiece. When my brother and I took in Arby's it was in a very quiet environment. Most of the time we were the only customers until a large family came in. There was a creepy moment when a shady drugged looking character walked in. He stares at the order taker, then is walking slowly towards the soda machine. I thought that there was going to be a robbery going down. But he takes it upon himself to fill up a cup of Coke then leave. In the nicer quiet moments when I wasn't chatting with my brother, it was enjoyable looking across Aliante Parkway toward the Nature Discovery Park where geese were hanging out. After I finished the Arby's food, my post hiking eating adventure was half over. One of the advantages of this Arby's is that it is a short walk to two dessert destinations: Scoops in the Smith's-anchored shopping center and Dairy Queen at the southeast corner of Alienate Parkway and Deer Springs Road. Immediately after Arby's I would treat myself to dessert in Scoops. As I headed toward Scoops ice cream, the sweltering sun did not melt my opinion of Arby's. I am still a fan of Arby's that wants to see them return to the basics of their roast beef sandwiches business. read more

Incompetent employees and managers with dumb blank stares when you have to show them your online order which they have too but just can't figure out how to get your order correct. Walked in and gave them my name, the cashier and the manager looked at each other like I don't see his order. They start punching buttons on the screen showing Door Dash, Drive Thru and In rest. I told them they need to go to the OA screen for Online App orders. The Manager looked at me like I'm a genius. They go back and talk to the cook and the cook says the order is right there with the receipt that has my info and order on it. I take it, get home and everything is cold. The classic beef and cheddar sandwich is squished and barely has any meat and is old and no flavor, the soda has no syrup, only carbonation.
