I made a quick stop for work, ordered chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks. Asked for a side of buffalo sauce and a side of ranch. Received everything exactly like I ordered the food was incredibly fresh, almost too hot to eat. It was so delicious. It's been a few years since I've went to an Arby's.... Glad I made the decision to try them again and pleased with choosing this location! Staff are friendly, prompt and take pride in their job. The place was super clean and well maintained, including the bathroom! Oh and the food....... That roast beef with oozing cheddar on a steamed bun with Arby sauce....YES! I would not hesitate to come back to this location again and again......... I visited this location after placing an order on the app. And after one of the workers confirmed they received my order, they asked me to pull around and come inside. I informed them I would not be going inside because I had 4 small children in the car. They asked me to then pull to the front of the store. After waiting a few minutes, I had to leave my vehicle and go retrieve my order. I'm confused as to why this location has a drive through if the workers are just going to direct you to come inside. There were no other customers in the drivethru or inside the restaurant at the time. Also my fries were cold and stale. read more

Asked manager for a pack of arby's sauce and he just stood there filing his nails. Asked again and he said they were out of packets. They sell very old food got the 9pc chicken nuggets and the meat inside was hard as jerky so i went back and asked them to replace them with recently cooked nuggets wich they did but when i got home i also found out that the curly fries were also old and cold i trew them away! So we generally don't have a problem when we come to our local Arbys so today we heard from one of our favorite food reviewers that Arbys has their first burger we decided to try it. First of all for the last few trips we've been totally disappointed in their fries. the staff is burning them or trying to rehydrate old ones because they tasted like rubber this time and last time. This is the classic curly, now my husband he got the crinkle and no difference both trash. Moving on to the burger well let's just say it kept me from going back and being very upset with the store after spending nearly $30 and getting trash fries. Despiste all the bad reviews I tried Arby's for the first time today in all of my 19 years. Not going to lie I was expecting it to taste gross because that's all I've ever heard about Arby's so I tried the turkey bacon deli sandwich with curly fries and it was so amazing! Today I went to this specific Arby's and like usual the food was great, however the service I received was just terrible. As going to the drive through I expect the usual plain service but even here I was shocked to receive a bad experience. My family and I always come to this Arby's and we always leave happy! But, unfortunately today, that wasn't the case. The food was great but the guy who took my order at the drive thru was really rude! I had coupons that I received in the mail and asked if I should just read them to him or pull up to the window and hand them to him and before I could finish, he cut me off and said "No. Just read them to me." With a bit of a tone but I just ignored it. He then told me that I can only use 3 coupons at a time (I had 4) so I asked if I can do 2 separate orders and he took a long breath and said "suuuree". I then pull up and the girl in the background was asking what was my order again, which they mixed up at first, so I asked if they wanted to see the coupons and he again, cut me off and said "no. I've seen way too many of those today." with a nasty tone. He then handed me my bag and I was simply checking it and he said "If you're going to check it, then move forward because you're making my time run."
