Went to my very trusty Yelp to find a good quick breakfast spot, one I hadn't tried before, decided to cross the 1-17 heading west‍ ‍. despite having a hard time finding real time up to date pricing. It's in a rough neighborhood. Started out ok ordered the Cecillia special, brought out in a timely manner, immediately noticed razor thin bacon ( as shown in pic.) As a huge carnivore kinda disappointed, however the Green salsa made up for it. Was going to give them a solid 4, until the owner out of the blue started in on politics loudly espousing very radical liberal rhetoric. Completely uncalled for and inappropriate. After retiring from Union Ironworks 28 yrs, and miltary disability, so 2 pensions i still supplement my income by doing gig work, so i understand about customer service. Rule mumber 1# don't bring up politics in front of customers/riders/clients. And thats why i have 5 ratings across multiple platforms I don't assume everybody shares my views. Especially when you are charging 14$ for a breakfast plate that used to go for 8$ in alot of places 3-4 yrs ago throughout the valley. I retired 3 yrs ago with no expectation of ever working again, but with inflation and higher cost im forced back into the workforce. So last thing i want to hear about while dining out is politics. I've reviewed many times over several platforms in different cities and countrys over the yrs, rarely do i ever leave bad reviews, i normally just leave it alone and skip the review entirely. This is only my second time coming here but once again, Lunch Time exceeds my expectations. I ordered the classic BLT with avocado toasted, and it was amazing. There was an abundance of bacon, the bread was soft but toasty, the amount of each ingredient was perfect. Best BLT I've ever had. I also had the broccoli cheddar soup and it was pretty good. My kids had hot dogs which were huge! They loved them. The service was amazing. They made us feel at home and like family. The cafe was very clean and comfy. A five star restaurant in an industrial center? This was a weird experience. It's certainly not a place to go for the atmosphere, and you won't need your black Amex to get past the host or to pay the bill. But the food was just shockingly great. Super-friendly staff at the counter, where you order, and they bring it out to you. The cordon bleu sandwich was just spectacular. How have I missed this place over the years? I am sad. I worked for many years at a school not far away and never knew it existed until today. ( 20 years in business and local owned) I had to go to the medical facility next door and I saw the cafe. I am always looking for a good deli and a good Sammich. Many of the items are homemade too. Killer banana bread. The food was really delish and the owners and their son Hunter are so nice. There was a slight hiccup on my sandwich and the owner bent over backwards to make it right. It is all about how you treat your customers. I will definitely come back and try everything on the menu. Or at least try. Ha! I only wish it was closer. Now that I am retired it is a tad too far away to stop in often. I will try tp make a point to get there more often and you should too. read more

Very friendly staff and high quality food 5 stars +. I stopped here on a Friday morning while waiting for my cars windows to be tinted. The cashier greeted me and answered a couple questions about the menu I decided on the #14. Roast Beef and cheese. It is fantastic. A good amount of roast beef with all quality and fresh ingredients. The bread is excellent too. I also got a soda both for under $10. I had enough to bring some home. They even boxed it up for me. This is a very cool place with high quality tasty food. The service is quick and super friendly. It is decorated nicely and very clean. I don't end up in this part of Phoenix often but if I do I will certainly return. read more

This little spot is a hidden gem since there is pretty much nothing around this area to eat. We were in this area because my fiancé and a coworker had to go do something and they were hungry so this is what popped up. They don't have a huge selection for food but what they have is amazing and you could tell that it's homemade and fresh. I got a bagel sandwich omg it was so delish. Came with a fried egg ham bacon. They weren't cheap when it came to the meats everything tasted so good. My fiancé had the Han breakfast which he ate all of. His coworker ate the everything breakfast burrito..
