I used to love Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches with Arby's sauce when I was a kid. Nowadays, I'm vegetarian but still come to Arby's for their Mozzarella Sticks (which I consider tied for best along with with Red Robin's). On a recent visit, I accidentally spilled a milkshake in my car, so I went inside to ask for a cup of water and some napkins. They were kind enough to lend me a small bin with clean dishwater and a dish towel to clean up my car, this was great at stopping the spilled drink from seeping into the seat and carpet. The amount of change I received didn't look right and when I got home there were two beef and cheddar sandwiches and a small potato cakes. I would have given this place four starts had they not ripped me off. I love Arby's fast food. It is way tastier, in my opinion, than McDonalds. However, I've come here several times and two of the times, I had not so great experience. The first was when the drive through guy gave me attitude. I didn't tell him when I ordered that I had a coupon. He lectured me about telling him first next time. Big deal, you have to punch in the order again with the coupon. Is it really worth scolding a customer about it? The second time, THE SAME GUY forgot to put in a sandwich that I ordered. I didn't realize this until after I left the parking lot It wasn't worth driving back because I had already left. Their happy hour rocks though. It's good sometimes and bad other's. I am a big fan of Arby's food, although they are way overpriced comparede to their other fast food bretheren. This particular location is a bit different. The interior decor is a bit odd. However, its clean, the food is fresh, and the service is pretty fast. Little known fact - the Arby's Large Roast Beef might be the best fast food item for those that lift. It has a much higher protein to calorie, and protein to carb ratio than other fast food items. read more

A little known fact about me is that my first job ever was at an Arby's restaurant in Georgetown Seattle. And judging from my experience today some things never change. No less than 10 years later they are still using the exact same cash register :-). I have no beef with the outdated restaurant technology. No pun intended on the beef. My observation is strictly based on the taste and quality of food offered at Arby's restaurant. The same is true now that was true then, its a restaurant for senior citizens. The roast beef sandwiches are flavorful enough and easy to chew. Recently, they came out with a new commercial for their brown sugar bacon sandwich and that was the reason for my visit today. I give the sandwich 3 stars. Arby's has great curly fries I recommend pairing them with barbecue sauce, however, the sandwiches and main entrees if you will are what you would expect from a fast food restaurant chain. Subpar. But I enjoyed the blast from the past today and they have outdoor seating if you're in Redmond and you like roast beef and outdoor seating and fast food check them out. read more

I haven't been thinking Arby's for many years. For reasons that I don't remember, I would shy away from it with vague recollections of a negative experience. I ordered three sliders, fries, and a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie. I was wrong, the sandwiches were very tasty. Roast beef is a welcome change from the hamburgers and chicken sandwiches that other fast food joints have to offer. The roast beef and jalapeno slider was especially good. The cookie was soft and gooey with loads of chocolate. All for under $7. I think after this experience, Arby's place in my fast-food hierarchy is behind Taco Bell and Chic-Fil-A, but in front of McDonalds or Burger King. read more

I ordered 2 brisket dip and paid for brisket dip but when I got home it was French dip. I was ripped off. Will not be returning. I have the other sandwI returned offered to show the 2nd sandwich and the receipt but Carmen was so kind said don't need to. I like Arby's, and this is a pretty average one as they go. It's hard to put my finger on. Nothing there is horrible, yet everything is just a little off. I leave there feeling mildly unfulfilled and depressed (unlike the Bothell Canyon Park location). Getting out of their parking and back onto 520 is a real big pain, so good luck with that. read more

I used to come here all the time when my uncle visited. He absolutely LOVED this place. Mostly because of the curly fries. I like the melt sandwich, thinly sliced roast beef layered on top of a sesame bun and topped with melted cheddar cheese. Use one of their sauces, yummy! The curly fries here are spiced, crunchy, and addictive. Super curly, and springy...I'm drooling. Dip them in one of their sauces, MONEY. Pulled Into drive through at 6:23 pm on Saturday sept 29th and we said we'd need a moment to order (no one was behind us) and heard an audible sigh of inconvenience for the gentleman who took our order... we then pull up and the gentleman asked us if we wanted any sauces.... he then handed the bag to us without even looking at us and had the most irritated look on his face. We live moments away and visit this place often but never again if I have to get such put out employees in such a short term interaction.... miss the twin guys they were actually nice. read more

Yeah, I would normally give fast food places a little more slack; you generally know what you're going to get, and most of the stores in the chain are the same. At least, that's the theory. This particular Arby's is a let-down, even at the lower tier that the Arby's chain sits on in the fast food hierarchy. I think the first warning would have been the overbearing smell of feet upon entering the restaurant. Our next clue was the counter person closing the register before giving us our change, and then not being able to open the register again. The food was okay, the Jamocha Oreo Shake was executed marginally. Seriously, normally one would think Jamocha Shake + Oreo would be a winner, but somehow, the consistency was wrong and the shake wasn't cold enough. The staff here apparently needs more training. read more

I love Arby's beef sandwiches, but they have a sandwich which totally rocks my world. That's their Rueben!!! This meal is the greatest around, and the price is VERY reasonable. I am soooo glad that Burien is finally open, so that I am able to sit and eat my Rueben while it is still hot. However, I frequently buy several at a time and place them in my freezer for a treat whenever I want a Rueben, because I am half an hour's drive away from the nearest Arby's. Time matches on and it is unfortunate that this location is still open. Due to an issue with my hubby's sandwich being cold I immediately informed the person in charge to which I was told and I quote, "we use a microwave to warm up all of our frozen meat so due to the number of seconds it takes in the microwave". I feel jipped. I don't expect too much from fast food places but frozen and microwave heated food, not to mention selling me ice cold turnovers I AM DONE coming here. What a shame. read more

I'm in a middle of a moving today, came here to have the wonderful Loaded Curly Fries in the drive thru, I asked the cashier for forks and when I came home in my moving break, I figured that he forgot to put the forks in the bag; as a result, I had to eat my lunch with my bare hands since everything else at home is packed for the moving. On Halloween I went to the drive-thru in my Little Red Riding Hood costume with my girl pal K who was dressed as an angel. The guy at the window was probably in his late teens or in his early 20's and he kept doing that weird winking thing with his eyes and the fake kissy thing with his lips at me. He asked me "where are you off to, baby?" I can't help but laugh at how silly the situation was and gave him no answer. Are you seriously hitting on me at a drive through? Haha! That was a first for me. We got roast beef sandwiches with Arby's own horsey sauce -- which IMHO is damn tastier and healthier than any greasy burgers. read more

The staff at this location was very impressive! They were polite and acknowledged me as soon as I entered the restaurant. When not serving guests, they stayed busy tidying up the floor and kept it pristine. This location has raised the bar for fast food service. Very clean, efficient, the happy hour deals are really good bang for your buck especially their cookies. I generally can get a good fill up for 5$ and I normally never have to be in the restaurant more than 5 minutes to walk in, order, and get my food. I ordered the new beer braised beef sandwich & it was the most grotesque excuse for a sandwich I've experienced in my 27 years on this Earth. Typically Arby's is solid as far at mediocre fast food establishments are concerned, however the excellent service at this particular location is the only reason I swing by every now and then. I ordered the beer braised beef sandwich and the bottom bun was soaking wet. It felt like they left it in a tub of water. Despite my immediate concerns when handling said sandwich I proceeded to make what was to be the biggest mistake of the day... I took a bite. I experienced the utterly rare feeling of complete disappointment. I thought the ending of game of thrones was the worst thing to happen in 2019, but alas, I was wrong. The braised beef sandwich STINKS! A second bite confirmed my feelings of this being the worst sandwich I've ever paid for. I threw it away. Went back in line. Told management my disappoint & ordered an Italian sandwich. I didn't ask for it, but thought they'd comp me my Italian sandy on account of the atrocity I had to experience, but nope. Full price. The Italian was good. You can't screw up an Italian sandwich. This review was inspired b/c I don't think anyone should ever have to experience what I did with the beer braised sandwich. With all in mind this location is typically solid, however this will be the last time I go to Arby's. Cheers everyone and stay away from the beer braised sandwich! Frist of all, Arby's food rocks. Considering it's fast-food, and probably not the healthiest thing for you, it still is great tasting food. I call out this particular location because every time I'm there, the staff is extremely friendly. Within the past year they've hired a few young folks on to their team, who despite "working at Arby's", still take pride in their service. Restaurant was very clean. The staff were very clean also presentable without food debris on their uniforms. I got greeted the minute I walked in the door. Even was entertained with small talk... A lot of times when you go into a fast food restaurant it short sweet and to the point. The lady at the front counter really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. This is a nice restaurant. I have yet to go inside, but I visit drive thru fairly often. They never mixed up my order, everything has always been right. And I have to call it out: the gentlemen I usually get to talk to in drive through (sorry, don't know the name, but you know who you are! ;) ), is always very polite and just so energetic and positive - people with this drive stick out from the crowd! And good work deserves to be recognized. Fake cheese and a pletera of sauces to hide the taste of whatever you are eating because, trust me here, you do not want to taste it plain. I wonder if the plethora of old people that are always there are part of the same old decor. Oh wait, one thing that was different. There was a sign on the register that said after Dec 11th all the prices are going up. I bet that will cause the older crowd to run for the hills. The sandwiches are tasty and service is always prompt. I like the fact that their roast beef sandwich is a roast beef sandwich - no other crap on it, just the seasoned meat and the bread. I can then add as much or as little ketchup/Arby's sauce as I want. Prices are definitely a bit on the high side, but it is a step up from other fast food restaurants. However, that being said, the building is sorely dated. I feel like I'm stepping back into the late 1980s with the worn booths and dated pastel color scheme. The place also feels like it isn't well cleaned - the dining room counters are often sticky. One other nitpick is that the french fries here always taste like they've been cooked in oil that's past its prime. read more

Not my favorite place to eat but my coworker wanted to eat here. Weird 70's style decor with the music from the same ERA. I ate the King Hawaiian beef brisket. It was tasty but a little fatty than I would like. The side salad was my heathy side. Fresh and crisp lettuce with pieces of tomatoes and cheese. I think there were some croutons but I don't remember. This place could use some elbow grease to clean around the eating area. They should get rid of the carpet and update the interior. read more

I go here every once in a while for lunch as it's right next to my work. Very standard as far as this chain goes. The food is exactly as you would expect from any Arby's that you might walk in to. Yummy jr roast beef (real roast beef not the crap you get elsewhere claiming to be roast beef) sandwich is the perfect platform for the perfect sauce - horsey. Yummy to the tummy. The manager (of ALL people) got my order wrong and over-charged me. He charged me for a sandwich, a fry and a drink, all separately. When I informed him of his mistake, all he wanted to do was try to explain to me how I ordered it wrong. Which is not possible because I ordered by value meal NUMBER, not individually.
