We haven't been to Arby's for a long time. But the wife had a craving for a Roast beef Sandwich and Arby's was on the route. They was only one table occupied at the time of our arrival. I was a little concerned about the signs posted around about them being short handed and asking for our patience. We were greeted at the counter and our orders were taken. We grabbed a table. In just a few minutes our order was delivered by a very friendly man. The food was prepared EXACTLY as we expected it to be. It was HOT, not just warm. Another man stopped by a couple minutes in to the meal and asked if everything was prepared to our liking. My sandwich was a Beef & Cheddar Double. It was piled high with roast beef, and cheesy. My curly fries were hot, tasty AND Curly. Wifey had a Regular Arby's roast beef sandwich and hers was excellent as well. After eating, we were enjoying our beverages and collecting our stuff on the tray to deposit it in the barrel on the way out and one of the staff members stopped over and took the tray and handled it for us. I gotta say that this was one of the best Fast Food Service experiences I have ever had. I know it wasn't busy, but they went well above our Expectations!! Extremely disappointing experience. We were told right after they opened that the oil was being changed, yet no one communicated how long that would take or what items were actually available. After waiting 45 minutes in an almost empty restaurant, we still had no clear timeline for a very simple order. Food was being microwaved, the dining area tables were dirty and unmaintained, and overall the store appeared unprepared to operate for the day. Basic communication and cleanliness were completely lacking. I genuinely do not understand how a business can open its doors in this condition. Arby's has a promo right now where you can buy a sandwich and get a potato of your choice as as free side. I got the classic french drip with au jus and got the potato cakes as a side. Looking at the recent reviews for Arby's , it's not a fast food place I'd want to go. Actually, this is the first time I've set foot in an Arby's! I like fast food burgers and Arby's never offered burgers ... till NOW! The only reason I'm here is to try the brand new Wagyu Steakhouse Burger! I fell for all the advertisements and decided to give it a try. Other reviews said it's great, so I hope so. First off I notice the price is higher than what Arby's advertised. It's supposed to be $5.99, but really it's $$6.79! Pisses me off they do that even though fine print says prices may vary .... say what the damn price is and keep it there! No one else in line so I order a Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. Just to see what it's like. There's a bacon added version too, for $1.00 more. First, let me say, Arby's is not set up to do burgers, meaning no flame broiler or flat top griddle to fry the burgers on. So, what they came up with is to pre cook the burgers at some central kitchen factory, by vacuum sealing the raw meat and cooking them in hot water to a still medium pink. Then they are shipped to the restaurants to be unsealed and heated. Get this, by DEEP FRYING the pre-cooked patties to get a crisp on the outside and bring them up to cooked temp to be served. About 90 seconds I hear. Hey, I got nothing against deep frying, I love most things deep fried! First time for a burger though. I get the burger and bring it to the table. Hmmm... it is pretty hefty, heavier than a Double Double at In N out. Unwrapping, I can tell this is gonna be messy, lots of sauce oozing out the sides. Tip, if you order this bring a toothpick to stick in to keep the burger from falling apart as you bite in. I do notice the burger need to be straightened up as the patty is lopsided in the bun. OK, first bite .... first bites are like first kisses, you never know what to expect, but hope for the best! Well, YUMMERS, this thing is pretty good. This is a decent thick patty and a more meat centric experience, say compared to a Double Double where the meat ratio is less but works well with all the other ingredients. This bad boy is all about the meat! It was not over cooked, still slightly pink and moist. I though it could have used a little more lettuce or maybe less sauce. I ordered curly fries, just cause I wanted something other than just a burger. This were good as well. I gotta say, this Wagyu Steakhouse Burger is a keeper! Get down to your local Arby's and give it a try. The only downside to me anyways, is the price, over $7.00 inc. tax for a fast food burger, add some fries and it's a $11 or $12 lunch, maybe that's just the prices these days. I usually only do fast food with coupons ... 2 Jr. Whoppers and 2 fries for $4 bucks! I'll say, still, give this Wagyu Steakhouse Burger a try and see what you think! read more

Arby's they have the meats, for sandwiches and fish too.... Been hearing the commercials for what seems like ever. The one that was close to me closed down years ago and haven't really looked for another location. But going on Madison Ave we remembered there was another location. Driving on through they are currently as of March 2021 open for drive through only do to covid. The line seemed long but moved decently along. The employees were pleasant and helpful with the order and such. Pretty good menu option, from slider sandwiches to wraps, signature sandwich, chicken sandwiches and the Fish sandwiches. The curly fries don't forget to get some of them goodies too. The club sandwich wtap was flavorful and wrapped up tight. The crispy fish sandwich was crispy indeed and bigger than the bun. Couldn't of been happier with that sight. The kids got the chicken tender kids meal. You also have slider options as well for a kids meal. You have the choice of curly fries or apple sauce in the pouch, then for the drinsk white or chocolate milk, capri sun, or a bottle of water. Food came out hot and ready, employees were helpful and pleasant. Definitely try them out again when in the area. read more

I haven't been to Arby's since my elementary school days. I remember hating it, but then again I was a very picky child. I never went back because I always heard from others that Arby's was horrible. Over a decade since the last time I tried their food, I decided to go back and see if they really deserve the hate. I went by a few days ago and ordered a Beef 'N Cheddar, chicken sandwich, orange milkshake, and crinkle fries (because I accidentally said that instead of curly). When I pulled up to the window, the service was very friendly. They asked if I wanted sauce but then when I mentioned a couple different kinds, they said they were all out. No big deal, but I was bummed I didn't get to try their sauces. The orange milkshake was pretty solid. It wasn't the best milkshake I've ever had, but it was definitely good. The crinkle fries were the most generic tasting fries I had ever eaten. I know Arby's is known for their curly fries, it was my bad for accidentally ordering the crinkles. The chicken sandwich was definitely a good one. It tasted like a better sandwich that McDonalds, but lower than KFC or Popeyes. Overall, I would come back for a chicken sandwich here. But the final item, the beef n' cheddar, is the reason this place is getting 1 star. I got it because it's their most famous item, and it's the sandwich that I had tried and hated back in elementary school. My first impressions were that it smelled like a locker room. I ate 1/4 of it which was a couple bites, and then didn't eat any more of it. I can see why some people like it, but it really wasn't for me. I'd rate it a 2.5/10 overall. I gave the other 3/4 of the sandwich to my mom, because she used to love it. I was in so much pain after eating at Arby's. I have GERD and so I figured that there must have been something I had there that I shouldn't have. But then my mom was in pain the entire night and she doesn't have any dietary issues or conditions. Because she only had the beef n' cheddar, that leaves me to believe that we had gotten food poisoning from that sandwich. That was an extremely painful night for both of us, so I'm rating Arby's 1 star. The manager was yelling/arguing at the two female employees, quite aggressive. It looks like he needs retraining and the new law that just went into effect. I was in the dining room and we were able to hear theconversation and entirety, as a manager, this is extremely unprofessional and it looks really bad on the business corporate wise Further manager, here is the law that you need to look at for to help better yourself for your employees. Update number 2: so again here again. The only reason that I keep going back to this Arby's is because it's right next to my house. Different day same scenario the cashier apparently doesn't know how to do math my total came up to $6.47 I handed the cashier $21.47 he comes back to the window the first time without my change the second time tries to hand me a $10 bill and then the third time hands me $11.35 I told him what I gave him again $21.47 and he looks at me and says oh I said you owe me $15 so he turns around and hands me $15.35 I'm like dude you only owe me $15 so I handed them back the change. At this point Arby's if you guys can't get cashiers that know how to count I'm just gonna start taking your money from you and then you're just gonna have to deal with the fact that your drawers are short because this is getting ridiculous. At least this time the sandwich didn't look really sad and depressing Update...: I showed up ordered my food which came out to $12.05 handed the cashier $22.05 and she literally turned around and said .... you gave me too much.... like no shit... On Jan. 31st I suffered 2nd Degree Burns from a fish sandwich which was cooked improperly and burned my mouth. I rushed to the emergency room after I addressed the situation at Arby's and the doctor discharged me with papers saying I had grease burns from the sandwich! I reported the incident that night 1/31/2019 (Report ID 14263622) and called corporate after no manager was available to help me in the store and the employees accused me of hurting myself. Calling corporate 4 times in a span of 2 weeks I've been told the same thing each time "that they're franchise and the owner/manager" will call me back ! So I made an order at the drive-through, and when I got to the window, they told me they had no mac & cheese. I had requested two orders. So I said, OK, remove it from the bill before handing them my card. They charged me the full amount, and said they'll process a refund. Tell me, if they hadn't scanned my card yet, why couldn't they have removed the six dollar charge before they scanned my card? I'm not a poor person, but if I was, that six dollars may have fed my family that night. They could've removed it before they scanned my card so I could use the funds elsewhere. Now they told me I have to wait three days for it to be refunded. I tried to call but no answer. Plus the drive through girl was picking at here eyeball the whole time. Oh Arby's, you came so close. Now, I know it may not really be fair to rate a fast food joint on its ambitious attempt at a roast beef gyro sandwich. And I must say big props to Arbys for expanding its menu to encompass different Cuisines and something Beyond thinly sliced roast beef on a bun. The bread was better than expected, not quite legitimate Greek bread but a pretty good substitute. The beef was quite obviously the same sliced roast beef that Arbys uses on numerous other sandwiches. I find it a bit salty, and it certainly was not done with the seasonings that one would like to see on on authentic gyro sandwich. I was hoping for a cucumber based sauce to pull it closer to a Greek flavor profile, but sad to report I'm afraid it was pretty much Mayo. There were some sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce with thinly slice red onions which helped. For people who just want a different kind of sandwich at Arby's, it's a pretty decent offering. And maybe I'm not really being fair, because I have the had the privilege of eating at some really top notch Middle Eastern and Greek places. You know, the ones where they roast the meat on a vertical skewer and Slice It Off right in front of you. The sandwich is close to $5, I guess I would prefer to put that toward a more authentic version at one of the ethnic restaurants. Good effort though Arbys! Our Roast Beef Sandwiches were ok. The reason for only 3 stars is because of my experience and what I consider really poor customer service. Arby's is running a 5 for $5 Classic Roast Beef sandwiches deal - the sandwiches were to be ordered in the app. Sounded good to me! I attempted to order in the app, selected the offer etc but it was not working. I went into the restaurant and asked the cashier for help as I figured I must have been doing something wrong? The cashier attempted to help and then told me the app had been crashing all day because people all want to order the 5 for $5 deal. She instructed me to sign out of the app and then go back in to see if it would work. I stepped back and attempted to close the app and then reopen it. The app would not load. I went back up to the counter and told her of this. She then told me they had "guest wifi" I could use. I assured her it was not my phone because, and showed her, I could select Jack in the Box and zip thru the screens and place an order no problem. At that point she proceeded to tell me AGAIN that the app was crashing. Then she just stood there offering no help. I finally said, so there's nothing you can do to honor the deal? I have to go and eat somewhere else? At that point she said, Oh, well I can place the order manually, which she promptly did. So, let me get this right, I wasted about 10 minutes trying to order thru the app that Arby's acknowledges was not working and the employee didn't offer to place the order manually? After my order had been placed and I was waiting I could hear people in the drive thru trying to order the deal but having issues. I overheard a customer being told sorry, they could not order it for them, they had to order in the app. I thought the whole reason for running a promotional deal was to gain customers, not drive them away. Went in tonight for dinner around 6 ish. My food was made exactly how I ordered it and was made quickly, which I appreciate. The cashier was great and even asKed to make sure my beef and cheddars were on regular buns before bagging them. Even the guy that was making food told me to have a good night. For the past two days I have visited this location and I have had the pleasure to be served thru drive thru by the same employee. Her name is Jeanette and she both times repeated my order back and tried to upsell to meals. When I arrived to the window she had a beautiful smile and she was very polite. Its guest service skills like her that make people during this hard times in life feel good when leaving. She asked if I needed sauce both times and normally I get rushed thru when at the window. Okay, so the food was actually fine, but I'm leaving a bad review because one of the staff members there made my meal a less than desirable experience. I went in for a bite to eat at lunch time today and one of the ladies (50-60-ish and looked/behaved as if she was on drugs) working there was cursing and complaining. She called a customer in the drive-through a stupid ass for ordering 4, five-piece chicken strips and said damn it when the phone rang. (Clearly, she doesn't handle stress well.) She didn't care that I was within earshot, standing right there at the counter waiting for my order. Then I had to endure listening to her and another staff member complain loudly to one another about some work related thing, while I was eating my lunch alone in the dining area. I am writing this review so others do not have to experience what I have gone through at this Arby's location. I recently moved and this Arby's is closest to me now. Each time I have gone to this Arby's the wait is extensive. Once, I ordered and got to the window and they told me they didn't have roast beef! Today there were only three cars in front of me but then I was waiting at the speaker for seven minutes. I started asking if they were OK in there I said hello finally someone got on and said I'm sorry we're understaffed. She took my order and then told me I had to have my sandwich with out red sauce or I couldn't get a two for $6. I said I will be charged more if I don't want the condiment? She asked me to pull the window. I asked for the manager. She wouldn't come. There is no manager. Absurd! A little old lady finally comes to the window with a drive-through headset on and tells me she's just there to do paperwork. I asked her why is she butting in on the pricing if she's just doing their paperwork? Why is she listening on the drive-through calls? I said to her "are you the owner?" No response. She says you can't have cheese on the side. I thought we were talking about red sauce!!! I finally said enough and left.
