I've been eating In-N-Out since high school, and somehow it's still one of the best values around. Now I'm bringing my daughters, and they love it just as much as I do. I usually order my burger protein style so I can pretend I'm making healthy choices. Unfortunately, that plan immediately falls apart because there's no chance I'm skipping the fries. And for the record, everyone who says they taste like cardboard is simply wrong. Fresh-cut potatoes don't need a chemistry set of ingredients to taste good. I had been waiting a burger from here. I normally don't go for lunch since it takes me too long. I don't take a lunch so I only go places close & quick, & take it back to eat at my desk. Stopped here for dinner with some family. It was a Wednesday around 7:30pm. There was no line inside. From when we walked through the doors to the time I got my order was about 10 minutes. I typically get a double hamburger with grilled onions, but went with a single this time. Their burgers always hit the spot, especially with the crunch of the bun. Also got animal style fries - it's not on the menu, but an absolute must-try. It's fries topped with grilled onions and the In n Out sauce. I did not know until my cousin told me that you can order the fries extra crispy! I need to try that next time with the animal style fries. Usually accurate but this time I ordered a double meat no cheese and received a single with cheese...not even close. Didn't find out until back in the office since I went in the drive thru. A west coast US staple, this In-N-Out location doesn't disappoint. Good quality food that you've come to expect. This location does get busy, super busy on weekends and later evening. There's several sports facilities near by and it becomes a popular hang out spot for youth after those games. Due to popular demand, the drive through lanes can get long and it makes parking in the lot tricky. I've never gotten a wrong order from this location and it's a go to spot for me. read more

Tried the secret menu item "The Flying Dutchman". I saw a video on Instagram for the homemade version and wanted to try it from the restaurant instead. It's two burger patties with cheese on grilled onions as the bun. Pretty cool concept. I ate it with a knife and fork because I wasn't sure where to begin in using my hands to pick it up. It was tasty. A little on the salty side but I loved the grilled onions as a bun substitute. I probably would get this again if I need a boost in sodium. Melanie was really nice. This one is located near Lowe's on the NW corner of Ray and Priest, near I-10. As is normal for In N out service is excellent, but you get what you pay for. They pay workers very well in comparison to other equivalent places so service is great. They drive through moves well despite being very busy. If you walk in to pick up or eat it takes longer but the benefit is you can get their really good peppers (see photo) those are worth the time and effort to go in and snag a few. Of course there is the secret menu, 3x3, 4x4, grilled cheese, etc. Very fresh burgers and fries. read more

In-N-Out Burger is one of my favorite burger joints. The line for the drive-through is extremely long however it moves pretty fast and customer service is always great. Food is always served fresh and hot and I've never had an issue with missing items. The prices are extremely reasonable what type of inflation these prices seem to be very low. Well this is the location we frequently hit when we've got a hankering for an In and Out Burger. Strangely enough I had actually picked up my dinner at Pita Jungle and was getting burgers for my girls for their super performance at the lure coursing event. For starters, this is 4 stars for fast food. Not the same standards as 4-star dining. I know people who say "In-N-Out is the best burger out there." It's religious for them. Not for me. But as fast food goes, it is a very solid burger. They make your food to order. Not pre-fab under a heat lamp. And they stick to what they know. Burger place serves burgers and fries, made fresh and with care. You can see them flipping the patties and stuffing taters through the slicer in the back. I've been to this location on Ray and 56th before not sure what happened in the last six months but it's drastically changed. I have never had a cold burger or a cold fries until tonight !!! The bun was even hard, which has never happened to me. I pull up to the window. There's a system at this in and out that every other vehicle will pay at either window number #1 or window number #2. This is supposed to help with speed and service.. not sure what that means since this is the very first time I've experienced this paying system and the very first time I've actually experienced a cold burger and fries! I'm not sure if they raised their prices because they are still pretty reasonable. I forgot to get my usual "animal style" burgers and believe me, it's not the same when you don't get it that way!!! It's crazy how good these burgers are a once in a while treat. I don't eat fast food for the most part but I make an exception for in-n-out and culvers (Wisconsin girl). When I lived on the west coast, I indulged in my share of In-N-Out burgers and missed them when I moved back east! Thankfully, Five Guys filled that burger heaven void I had come to know and love!! So, what did I do as soon as I got off the plane in AZ? Yep! Drove my Racecar directly to an In-N-Out! I did not pass Go or Collect $200! I beelined for that red and yellow arrow sign!! We went inside to eat, there was a Short Line and the place was clean as a whistle. For $7, I got the classic cheeseburger, fries and a drink to Boot. Ya can't beat that! Now, I know there are better fries out there, but here, they are cut fresh from real potatoes, thin and small, but hot and fresh. And I know In-N-Out doesn't own the Monopoly on great fast food burgers, but I'd take my Chance and roll the dice to eat here anytime! My Top Hat's off to this nostalgic burger chain! Speedy and delicious - consistent quality, no matter which In-N-Out location I go to. Safety: I saw every other indoor table was blocked off for social distancing. All staff I saw wore masks and the section with fountain drinks and condiments was blocked off (all items to be requested). I ordered food to eat at outside tables and did see a staff member come out to clean surfaces after a group leaves. Food: Double double with grilled onions is a classic order -- tasty and filling. I recommend getting the fries "well done" so it's more crispy. The chocolate shake was good (light chocolate flavor) and a thick consistency at first that is then easier to drink as time passes. If you're extra hungry, order the 4x4 which is a double double but two extra burger patties and cheese so you end up with four patties, four cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sauce. The kitchen is just girls laughing and about a 20-30 minute wait with only 3-4 cars in total in drive thru. Just honest to goodness burgers, shakes, n fries. Their slogan "Ordering as easy as 1,2,3" is exact. The "secret menu" is not so secure as most diners order a variety of ways to enjoy. Founded in 1948, they have been pounding out great fresh food and thats most likely the key habit-forming ingredient.
