Ok, it's fast food. Seriously what are we expecting. 1.) Drive thru, two kids two adults. - There was a lot of repeating what we wanted, but the tradeoff being that everything was actually accurate in our order. I am certainly willing to take that tradeoff. 2.) I think curly fries are not as crispy awesome as I remember them being.... Likely not a super fresh batch, but we got three dang orders of large curly fries, and no one really complained. 3.) Got four total meals. The Hawaiian roll roast beef w/ swiss (modified to remove anything else beyond the meat and cheese) A traditionally prepared Hawaiian roll sandwich. an order of tenders, and lastly we got their new brisket sandwich. The brisket should not be considered anything of high quality, really I think McRib's are better, and I am not sure if that's saying much. Anyway, not horrible, not great. No horrible CS experiences. Yay for a successful fast food trip. :) Total was just under the magical 10 bucks per person for Fast Food that we measure as the price of being affordable or overpriced. read more

Ordered the 5 piece steak bites. 4 pieces too well done and dry. The 5th piece was a piece of fat only..no meat. Not good. Sandwiches there are good though. Just stay away from the steak bites. read more

We pulled into the side parking lot to eat cause it was a later dinner and we were hungry. I ordered the steak bowl and my son got a burger with mac and cheese. My mac and cheese and steak bites were cold. I was hungry so I didn't care. My son open his mac and cheese and just the top was warm. The bottom was refrigerator cold. We took it back and asked if we could get a new one. After she handed me the bag I reached in to take it out and had to drop it. It was blazing hot. So hot I could barely hold it. I waited when she came back to the window and asked of everything was OK. I asked her if she over heated this and just threw it in the microwave. She blinked many times and said what? I asked again and she said she warmed it the way she is supposed to. There was burnt cheese along the edges of the cup. I'm glad i took it out of the bag and not my child. Not returning. ​ read more

Ordered delivery. Food terrible. Bacon chicken cheese sandwich very cold and smashed. Smallest thinnest shortest piece of bacon I've ever seen ( and 1). Cheese so small I had to open sandwich and poke around to find it. Ordered my meal, which was a couple sandwiches, fries, and a drink. After each item I asked for, the girl taking the order even said ok acknowledging each item I asked for. She then said is that? I stated yes. We pull up to the window, we waited which took a while when we had no one in front of us. Being the only vehicle in the drive thru, I finally receive my small order. As I'm waiting, the girl asks is there anything else. My son and I are like, we didn't get the drink. It was a strawberry lemonade. The girl at the window says, oh I didn't put that down. I didn't hear you ask for that. (But she acknowledged it during the order). She states I can ring it up for you real quick. I'm like no it's fine. What would of been the better way to handle it is say, oh let me make that for you at no charge. My mistake. 1 for taking longer than usual and 2 for acknowledging the drink but not hearing what she was acknowledging. Never had a problem at this Arby's. read more

Anyway, I'd just like to mention how bomb the food is and how awesome George in the drive thru is. 2 out of my 3 recent visits, I've had the pleasure of meeting George and each visit, he went above and beyond to take care of me and my delicious food. It's an Arbys. Sure. But Arby's chain restaurants come in a wide variety of individual attitides. The food is more or less the same at its best anywhere you go. But it's the people that might bring you back. Or not. Ever. Again. See... maybe I'm unreasonable, but if a store is running a special, I kinda expect them to fudge the coupon if I don't have it. I mean it. I can understand maybe if there's a promo code or a scan; but I kinda figure that there's a way around that. Scan one you've already got, or know the promo code. They print coupons to generate business, not to collect coupons. Recently one of these went around: Arby's corporate sent out a special mailer and I didn't have the damn thing. No promo code on it, nothing to scan. At this restaurant, they knew about the special, and as far as I could tell, they didn't need to submit the coupon with the daily till. But could I get the special -- from the manager herself, no less -- without that little peice of paper? Nope. In the end. No deal. And no sale. And no return. There are smarter Arby's in the vicinity. So, the company spent money to get me in there to buy their product, and the manager was so inflexible, she couldn't figure out a way to get the deal done. So... the little peice of paper I did have -- the one with Mr. Lincoln's face on it -- stayed right in my pocket. If I couldn't get help with the peice of paper I wanted, I'll be damned if they'll get the peice of paper they wanted. It's an Arby's. On the surface, indistinguishable from any of the others. But policies and procedures will only produce a uniform product. Selling it successfully also takes personality. read more

First thing I was asked at the drive thru: Would you like an apple or cherry turnover? I said yes, I would like a cherry turnover. When confirming the order, the employee said cherry turnover. Service can make a big difference even if the sandwich is burnt and dry. On 11/21/2017 at 2:15 it took 3 Times to get a simple order right. 3 classic roast beef, beef and cheddar and vanilla shake. Get to the window still screwed up. The girl gave me a bad attitude like I messed up the order. If you can't speak English and don't like your job, quit. Don't ruin the owners Buisness because you are bad in life and miserable. read more

Service was fine but food was terrible! The fries tasted like they were fried in old grease and they were cold and tough when they served them to us like they had been sitting out for a long time. And the buns were NOT fresh and very very tough. We ended up eating the meat without the buns. Meat was fine. But I won't go there again. Yuck! read more

Always fast and clean. It's an Arby's but the people are always nice. Manager is very friendly.

For being a fast food restaurant whenever I go the drive thru staff are courteous and thorough better than other fast food places where they mess up your order. Great job and great smiles. Love the sandwiches, need an alternative to the curly fries though. There's a lot of construction going on around this location which makes it feel a little deserted, the dining room is always empty when I go.
