I got the bbq chicken sandwich and I was honestly not impressed I felt like I could just shredded chicken, throw it in Dave's hot sauce with a hoagie bun and shredded lettuce except I would get better tomatoes. However, my dad got the Philly cheesesteak, which I feel like I would not have been able to make on my own and look delicious. read more

I really like Jersey Mike's subs. I feel a lot of sandwich shops are similar, and the big differentiator is the bread of the sandwich. Jersey Mike's has good bread. My favorite sandwich is their Philly Cheesesteaks sandwich which is extremely delicious. I recommend this sandwich shop. read more

I had a catering order for today and it was amazing! We got a lot of sandwiches relatively short notice and they were perfectly on time. Everyone loved them and it was so nice to have sauce and napkins provided. They also customized our order to our dietary preferences at no extra charge. Zoe was the one who helped us and she was the sweetest and very helpful! I have been to this location for lunch many times but this was my first catering order and definitely not the last!! Bad customer service. Went in 5 min early after ordering online. Empty store with 3 employees. Gave them my name and they Said they'd start working on my sandwich, not sure why they hadn't already. But first they decided to make the sandwiches for 4 customers that came in after me. They had enough employees to take orders while making my simple regular sandwich real quick. Ended up waiting almost 10 min in the store and got my food about 5 min after the expected time. read more

I went into this before work, I had extra time so I foolishly didn't order online. As I arrived I saw a long line wrapping around the restaurant. I decided to risk being late to work, for a taste of the glorious Jersey mikes Italian sub. The amazing crew got my sandwich to me within 10 minutes. First off, the worker looked a little like Glen Powell which was a plus. The staff was very kind to us and we got our food lickity schplit.

I've had one experience where I ordered my food online in the hopes that I could just walk in and out with my order except when I got there they helped everyone who was in line first and made my order last even though I ordered it 15 minutes beforehand so I pretty much was the last one to be served. I did appreciate however the girl at the front offering me free cookie or brownie for the wait. This time around the quality of the sandwich was just not working maybe they should change their avocado item because when I opened my sandwich I saw brown guacamole not avocado slices it's as if they also didn't care that they were smearing brown guacamole in my sandwich. Stood in line to order my hot sandwich and waited 25 min only for them to forget my sandwich... now I'm here waiting for it still 30 min later. They dropped the ball on me and 3 people after I ordered got their sandwich before me. To their credit they figured out they messed up asked me my sandwich again and remade it and actually made it a giant sandwich when I only ordered a regular! I will admit that this review is just of one location -- 5291 S State in Murray, UT. I'll further admit it has nothing to do with the quality of the food. This is only about poor customer service. After getting confirmation of a recent online order, and told when it would be ready, I went to get it. No sandwich. I was told at the store they could not find my order in their system. OK . . . a bit hard to understand given that I had e-mail confirmation, but I guess it could happen. I was pressed for time, and since I paid for food I didn't get I just wanted a refund. Jersey Mike's corporate said it had to be done by the individual store. I called twice. Never got a call back. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my card issuer. I get that things happen. But this was an easy fix. Just refund my money. Didn't happen. Didn't contact me at all. Makes me think the store had no intent to refund me for money received with no food provided in exchange. Yeah . . . that's theft. Please don't patronize this Jersey Mike's location, because if something happens and you need customer service from that store's owners or management, you won't get it. If you just gotta have a Jersey Mike's sandwich, please get it elsewhere. read more

I ordered one turkey sub and one roast beef sub the meat was not good at all it was very plain it tastes processed the roast beef looked processed vinegar and oil was okay salt and pepper was okay was all around not a good choice. Pretty average subs IMO, not bad but never been blown away by anything. I could probably honestly end the review right there. I only stopped in to claim a free sub for my birthday (free reg sub for joining their e-mail club, pretty good deal) which I enjoyed bc who doesn't love a free sandwich right. I got the Chipotle chicken sub which was a tad salty but I still liked the hot cheesy goodness. Their hot subs of course take a little longer but they seem to be where it's at. I also came in at lunch time on a Wednesday and they were slammed but mostly emptied out by the time I finished my sandwich so be aware of the lunch rush. read more

My wife and I love Jersey Mike's the sandwiches are always delicious but the issue with this location is the staff. It seems to be run by teenagers who are more interested in hanging out than making sandwiches. We live really close so we order from this location often and every third order seems to have a mistake, when you call in to let the staff know there's an issue they aren't very helpful. We both have said we won't order from this location again, it is too bad because when the food is delicious. read more

We seek jersey mikes all over the country. Our son that has celiac can eat there safely and he loves the sandwiches which are made safely for him at locations due to a separate prep area. He had a long day traveling to Salt Lake City with my hubby and was tired and excited to eat at jersey mikes. One of the best sandwich shops around. Northeast-style sub sandwiches that are sliced fresh in front of you. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, spotlessly clean. Love coming to this Jersey Mike's for those reasons. I love the #9 Club Supreme - lean top round roast beef, turkey, crispy applewood smoked bacon (not like Subway's rubbery fake bacon), and mayo. I recommend having them prepare it "Mike's Way" with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, and spices. read more

I love this place and as for the negative reviews well you can't always make everyone happy. As a restaurant owner I know that sometimes we run out of food and that's normal. Just means that people will have to come in earlier in the day to get their favorites and it just means that the manager needs to rethink how much bread to make to keep up with the demand of the dinner rush. What customers don't know is how much money goes in the trash from food that isn't used by the end of the day. You wouldn't want us to serve you day old bread or meat so why should we make so much that it goes to waste and we as a business loss profit? So before you complain about things running out make sure you educate yourselves on what it takes to run a restaurant. Negative reviews should be based on service. So if the employees were rude then comment on that. If the establishment was dirty, comment on that. But if they run out of your favorite bread, deal with it. read more

I usually like the subs here but tonight (11/21/22 around 730) the girl at the register charged me 20 bucks for a sandwich that should've been 13.95 (I did not get a drink or chips). The guy replacing the chips ran his chip cart into my foot. Finally, the person cutting the meat got the wrong meat and and kept touching his hat with his gloves. Finally a solid sandwich shop that is open on Sundays! It was unbelievably hot this weekend and I was craving a cold sandwich and air conditioning, so I decided to check this place out. I ordered the original Italian, Mike's style (onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil and spices) and added cherry pepper relish because why not? It hit the spot. Just the right amount of everything. Third visit in a row, at the height of dinner hour (5-6pm), the employees tell us they have run out of wheat bread. How is that possible in a sandwich shop that offers two kinds of bread?
