This is of course, a bit subjective I guess but while the burger was decent and had a nice bit of pink inside, (also, shout out for the bun they used which was absolutely perfect to be honest), it tasted a bit dense and preformed, so biting into it gave you a bit of a "quarter pounder" taste instead of being super juicy and loose consistency, if that makes sense? The fries were fresh and tasty but perhaps a bit more limp and oily than I would have preferred, as if the oil temp was a bit low? Still, I'm nitpicking because it was still really good but if you're reading between the lines of my review, I think I was expecting something exceptional that you would want to drive out of your way for given the obvious attention to quality that they strive for, and ultimately realized that Just Burgers was, ummm, Just Fine.

You can try one of their many special creations or create your own. The mocha Oreo shake had huge chunks of Oreo pieces in it. It was great. We also tried a mocha caramel (or caramel mocha) milkshake and it was just as good as it sounds. The milkshakes are incredibly thick so until they melt a little, you will need to use a spoon instead of a straw. Get yourself some napkins, too. They are messy beasts. The burgers and fries looked interesting but we didn't try any of the food. Thumbs up for the milkshakes. Be patient. The wait is worth it.

Great food, great atmosphere, and a fitting Utah send-off before flying back home to Pennsylvania. If you're visiting Salt Lake City, especially if you've never really explored mole before, Red Iguana is absolutely worth the stop. I know it'll be on my list the next time I'm in town.

I watched this amazing crew kick into action, each working smoothly to contact online orders, take care of customers in the store, all while trying to get their power back on.
