Food good There's this guy named Logan he's awesome he was very polite asks me for my sauces every time I come in I usually eat Arby's almost every day of the week while I work I usually go there on my lunch breaks since it's close to where I work but there are some pretty nice employees at this Arby's they always make my food sooooo good I tell you I've never had better food but that guy Logan he's something else and my management is pretty cool too I guess but I usually get a beef n ched and whenever that tall guy with the glasses is on the slicer I don't know his name he's a little bit OLDER but he always makes my food just right but man I think I'm going to eat here until I die it's so good and not to mention the service is great I always get my food within 3 minutes they are lightning fast back there I don't know where you find people like the employees at that Arby's but they are just perfect Keep up the good work crew read more

Service was good. We got a lot of food, the tator cakes tasted like any other tater. Chicken was dry and ketchup weirdly cinnamony but 10/10. The mozzy sticks squirted strange liquid into my mouth but it was tasty. The nut-noodles... exactly how it sounds. Apple pie shake was actually pretty yummy. Fry's were bad. This is a review for ONE Arby's location at 6316 N. Division in Spokane, WA. I eat there fairly often and it is a complete mystery to me why other "reviewers" have averaged only 3.7 stars. My guess is that they generically picked "Arby's" and not this specific location, or they had one unpleasant experience with a drive-through order and lay the blame on the whole staff for all time, not just an isolated event. It is not pretending to be a gourmet or "upscale" restaurant. Most of their standard menu items are good, almost addictive. And NO restaurant in this city of 400K can even come close to matching their prices for what you get. Certainly NONE of the historic "fast food" franchises. I haven't been to the "golden arches" in 3 years. High prices, smaller portions, and very impersonal. This particular Arby's is located in what once was a small steakhouse and the ambience/atmosphere is still there, with warm wood all around, not the sterile look of stainless steel. We feel "comfortable" there. Whatever day or evening we go, the staff are ALL very polite, pleasant, and helpful, and unlike many of their competitors, these folks stay super busy, hustling, not goofing around. The whole frontend (customer side) of the restaurant is ALWAYS clean. I like some of their special items (like the crispy fish, seasonal) better than others, but that is a choice. They have a nice menu offering, with rotating specials, and the originals are still very good. No one can beat the values here. read more

I stopped in at lunch and ordered a few Arbs to take home. While I was there I watched the crew, what a well oiled machine! They were efficient, worked well together and provided an excellent representation of your Brand. I was impressed with the Manager, he was working the front, personable, friendly, and professional. He said OK well he doesn't look like a service I go why he says because he looked around and he was sniffing and I go that is his job. Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I have had. Went through the drive thru on my lunch and the girl that answered said she'd back to take my order with an attitude. They weren't busy... but I understand sometimes you have to finish up from the order before. I patiently waited.... And she came back and said what do you want? I ordered a #3 and her response was is that it? She gave me my total and I realized she only charged for the sandwich not the meal... so I said "it was a #3 I'm so sorry I wanted the meal." She said HOLD ON with an extreme attitude. Then annoyed, ask what fries and drink. I thanked her and said sorry.... Even though it wasn't my fault trying, I was trying to be super nice. (She had dark hair put in a bun and was thin and tall). I got up to the window and just felt so uncomfortable with her attitude and how she treated me that I let the girl know at the window (blonde pig tails and glasses) that she was incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing she rolled her eyes at me and told me she's having a bad day that's it and then slammed the window shut and went to talk to what I assume was her manager (dark hair and stubble on the face). I could see her attitude when telling him... and the group all looked back at me sneered as if I was the problem. She came back to the window and again I felt uncomfortable so I let her know I work in customer service and would never talk to someone that way and she rolled her eyes again shoved my food at me and slammed the window again. I'm SHOCKED. This is completely Unacceptable. Bad days I understand. But I did nothing to deserve the attitude from the beginning and a simple I'm sorry would have diffused the situation. Instead you chose more unacceptable behavior. Never again will I patron Arby's. I'm astonished they all work customer service. read more

This restaurant is always clean and the employees are of a different quality than other fast food type places. They have always been clean cut and friendly. It gives you a bit more confidence as to what is also going on behind the scenes in the cooking area. The food is classic Arby's and always tasty and well put together. The country smoked rib sandwich is a joke. It was insanely dry. I didn't expect much and it was worse than my expectations..

We just tried their chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and holy cow was it delicious!! It's not as expensive as the other place but it has just as much flavor. Crispy lettuce, crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and a thick slice of Swiss cheese just make this sandwich a real competitor in the world of chicken sandwiches!! My rule for reviews is to give five stars unless there is something so manifestly wrong with the place that it needs to close, or at least change ownership. By that criterion, this should be a one star review. I've been to Arby's enough times as an adult that I have lost faith in the brand, and I don't think there's any saving it, or that it should be saved. It's more expensive than a bunch of burger places that make better food. That stuff on the "roast beef" sandwiches is not roast beef, something more akin to gyros meat _without spices and aromatics to make the flavor interesting_. I guess lunchmeat would be a fair comparison as well. WTF? They keep trying new stuff to revive their image, but even if the new menu items are good, why go to a place founded on a mediocre product? It's not this branch's fault, so I'll go back to my default, but if I enter an Arby's again, may God strike me dead with lightning on the way out. I went through the drive-thru for two beef 'n' cheddars, which were pretty cold, but cost about $6.50 altogether because of a promotion. So that was good. It was a decent post-workout protein uptake, and the Horsey sauce complimented the sandwich OK. Never understood Arby's sauce. The service was friendly and prompt, so I'm very sorry about this mean review (again, the sandwiches should have been hotter). If you want a good sliced beef sandwich, hit Phillycious or Bruchi's. My husband & I decided to come here today since my little brother alerted us to their free shake promotion. I was looking forward to having a French dip sandwich. We stood in line to order for several minutes, & then we hear the cashier tell the lady in front of us that they're out of roast beef. Really?! Okay, so we figured we'd just order a couple of ham & cheese sandwiches. So, it's our turn to order, and the cashier tells us they're out of roast beef...and ham. We order some chicken strips - they're mostly mediocre bread coating. It's a good thing we had those free shakes to wash them down with. This Arby's does a great job, they are exact with orders and the food they prepare is on point. There is a large selection not that Arby's has expanded their menu. I went to Arby's yesterday for a late lunch. I decided to go inside and eat my food. I use a cane because I have a really bad knee. The lady who took my order was just a pleasure to talk to and she was so informative of the items they sold. As I waited for my order another lady employee came up to me and asked if she could help me take my order to a table once I got it. Wow, I was so amazed at how caring she was. Having to walk with a cane makes it very difficult to carry a tray and I had not thought of that ahead of time. This lady took my tray to a table and said if I needed anything more to just ask her. I don't get this kind of care from people who claim they love me. I can't tell you how much this helped me and how much it touched my heart that they would really care and serve their customers in this manner. The food was amazing, and when I was finished, another lady employee took my tray and disposed of the garbage for me. I had to make sure I gave them high marks for their kindness and their food. It was one of the rare occasions that my husband and I opted to skip the drive through and go inside to eat. I spotted the new sandwich they are promoting and made a comment that brown sugar bacon sounded interesting. Our cashier, who was friendly and quick, offered to send a sample out with our order. We ordered a couple of roast beef sandwiches off their regular menu. I can't remember the wait-probably because there wasn't enough time spent waiting to remember. Our order was correct and as good as we've come to expect. What surprised me, besides the addictive taste of the brown sugar bacon, was that we weren't charged anything for the sample. I know that's the point of a sample, but fast food restaurants have developed a reputation for charging for extras. Overall, it was the service that grabbed my attention. First, it was the helpful and genuinely friendly gal who took our order and then it was the gentlemen who did a quick walk around, checking on customers.
