I stop in this store from time to time as they do a nice job making the pitas. While on the spendy side, they have always been good and filling. The restaurant has a handful of tables and two booths. I have to give it to the crew working both nights we bombarded them before they closed. This is our favorite stop with our wrestlers when we come in for out of town duals and tournaments. The crew working was getting the orders and drinks out quickly and were very friendly even if we came in an hour before close. The next night a little less of us went in. It was okay. The idea is you get to see the fresh verges and stuff you can select from, but first of all, the choices were underwhelming, and more importantly, nothing looked fresh. When I pointed out the dark crusty stuff on the red pepper hummus, the guy said they are about to change it ( which was unlikely considering they would be closing sort of soon and it looked like a bunch of cheeses were already done being cleared out. The cilantro was dried out- which I suppose is better than slimy. I took romaine which was brown mostly only along the cut parts whereas the shredded lettuce was totally brown. When I asked for carrots, I requested he dig down to get less dried out vegetables. The mashed avocado was quite darkly discolored (as it can get when it's allowed to sit for too long. So maybe they mask too much at once). The chicken was tasteless- freshly grilled but with no spices at all. I asked for balsamic vinaigrette which helped some. The Tzatziki was way too thick and tasteless (like Greek yogurt without much cucumbers. They offer sliced bland black olives instead of kalanata or other Greek olives. I will say the side of pita was pretty good, but the hummus was bland. It was an edible, but quite dry salad. And I noticed that the vegetables were lukewarm which is unusual for a crisp. salad. I don't know if this is typical of Pia Pits in general or just this one. All I know is I'd stay clear of this one. read more

I normally LOVE this place....IF I walk in to order. I recently started working near by this location and it has become a staple for my family's "take out Friday" dinner. Unfortunately twice in a row now ingredients have been missing. Normally we shrug it off as it still tastes good. However, this time I ordered bacon on my husband's pita to a tune of $2.50 and when we got home...no bacon. On top of that neither of our pita's had cucumber. I always go Drive thru and the menu is a little overwhelming for me for Drive thru. I always end up getting something spicy when that is not my intention so I recommend going in for new customers. But the food is good and tasty. I prefer the bowls over the salads as the salads often end up being soggy by the time I get the food home.. The employees are very nice, especially for younger kids and adults that seem to make up the staff. read more

Surprisingly on a midday lunch break there was no wait to use the drive thru!!! (most fast food chains had 3-5 cars). Easy to read menus provided all the options. There was 1 other customer waiting inside & no drive up customers. Finally asked what the problem was & very poor customer service. Told they have online orders. Ok, but being nice would make a big difference to waiting customers who were txt that their order was ready! I have been to this pita pit many times and have never received such poor service as I did today, extremely disappointed! Today I ordered a chicken Caesar Pita I asked that they cut it in half because I eat 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner. They have always came very large and stuffed to the max. Today my pita was toddler sized or smaller when I mentioned it to the girls at the window they said that was normal size (which I ordered the large size) I went on to explain what I had ordered and how every other pita I have gotten was larger. They said well when other workers over stuff it makes us look bad and that is the size it's supposed to be and you got got it cut in half. I explained again but they did not care, so I left. I took my first bite and there was gravel in it. Not only did I receive a miniature pita for the price of a large but there was dirt in my pita so I could not eat it. I would have taken it back but I was already in spirit lake by the time I began eating it. This was nowhere worth the $10 that I spent and I definitely will not be returning to this location or recommending it to anybody else read more

This place has really, really gone downhill! I came in and there were 3 people at the counter who had already ordered and two people ordering at the register. They had three people working and they didn't seem to be very knowledgeable The girl at the register was clearly new and struggling, but not getting from the other two people working. I finally got to order, and after waiting more than 20 minutes they finally started to make my order AFTER serving people who came in after me and ahead of the two women in line before I got there. They rushed through my order, never once asking me about what I wanted on the pita and "cooked" the meat so quickly it was cold (not cool, COLD) when it was handed to me. I love Pita Pit, but this location is one of the best. Some locations charge extra for certain toppings like hummus or avocado, this location does not. It is a great value for the money, and they really do an excellent job at packing your pita full of delicious vegetables...and somehow manage to get that thing shut! Went in to order sandwiches today while out running errands, local places are super short staffed due to Covid. I understand the frustration of employees and I can take a lot of guff, I'm a bedside nurse, but I have never witnessed such rudeness for no reason. We hadn't even ordered yet and a female employee gave me a dirty look and huffed at me when I thought she was speaking to me. I apologized, she rolled her eyes at me. My husband was hungry so I proceeded to order with the register. The line cook then was slamming food around and saying "this is bullshit" because he was the only cook and glaring at customers. I politely asked for a refund because honestly, I'd rather give them a few less sandwiches to make and not witness behavior than pay for someone to be mean to me. I am really disappointed in this and won't be returning. Times are tough right now, we can at least be kind to each other. When you order at the drive thru they will forget your onion and avocado, tell you to pick between spinach or shredded lettuce when the menu says it comes with Romaine, then charge you $7.95 when the menu said it was $6.50. You're better off going somewhere like Subway or Quiznos. read more

I went through the drive through last night with my best friend and we were watching the girl take the order of the car ahead of us. So we proceed up to the microphone but she continues to clean while looking at us through the window not taking our order or anything. Not impressed, I drive all the way to post falls from Liberty Lake to get dinner for us. Pay $16.90 which isn't the issues at ALL. The issue is the six pieces of romaine that I got in each pita like they are running out or to lazy to go get more. So long story short I spend 16.90 to have to also stop at the store for lettuce so we can make it a pita dinner and not a snack!
