Terrrible service. Got home and shorted one sandwich. Also 4.10 for a soda!! No more for me.

Employees could not care less about people being in the restaurant. I stood at the counter for a full minute before anyone acknowledged that I was there. They were all hanging around. I was one of only two people in the store so it's not like they were busy. Also, signs on the door say "face mask required to enter" but not a single employee was wearing one properly (they were around their chins). Would have given 1 star, but I raised it to two because at least the guy who gave me my food was polite. read more

I've gone here a few times, I was not impressed. The fries were soggy and cold and has no salt on them, my sandwich was crushed like they squeezed it before sticking it in the bag. I was there at 6:12 pm, Tuesday night. The women at the window was very nice, then another women came out front and she was talking about other workers, that didn't seem to nice to me, giving dirty looks, being rude. I found out later today that her name is Emma and she is the manager. That's a problem. This place has way more drama then it should. read more

Few times would I rip a fast food restaurant as you know the food quality going in. Arby's is generally palatable with the curly fries being a highlight. However it should not take over nine minutes to prepare a beef n cheddar and an order of fries. The kid working the counter seemed more concerned with the locals that ordered multiple sandwiches and fries that came in after me. I would avoid and recommend you visit another restaurant if you're traveling on I-76 to or from Denver. read more

Decent food this time, the food was warm when we got home and the fries were a bit hard. Our roast beef sandwich seemed to be soggy. Service was a bit lacking, they didn't seem to want to be there at all. Also they ran out of cups so you couldn't even order a drink. read more

Very disappointed with the bad service. Arby's is usually one of my favorite places to eat when I must eat fast food, :(. They have gotten quite high in cost over the years as well. These combined reasons, i won't be going back to this one, if any at all. read more

Driving, hangry, Arbys sounded good at the time, compared to other fast food places around. First i Used bathroom and workers seen me walk in, but some worker tried to rattle door to open. I yelled out someone was in there, before i could wash my hands, i Opened it and told them someone's in here! Then had my husband order food, opened the sandwich to make sure there was nothing wrong, but the workers gave us wrong sandwich. Roast beef and cheddar!! They gave us a new one, it Looked ok. But opened it to just eat the rest of roast beef, and seen a piece of hair!! Definitely a zero star. Place looked dirty, bathroom was not picked up. Employees did not have good service. Never again! It is slower and not as clean as it should be. We ordered 3 items to-go and one of the three were wrong. It's also pretty far from the interstate. I wouldn't recommend a stop if you are passing through on the interstate. read more

Oh crap! After stopping at Taco John's, we "had" to get an Arby's Roast Beef for one of our road trippers...he had to have it! This Arby's is clean, the people extremely polite and, well, beefy-consistent. Someone I know took a LOT of Arby's Sauce from here...and it sacrilegiously got used on BBQ, fish, you name it! I've eaten here about 30 times and I think they are the best fast food place in Sterling! Apparently they listened to previous negative reviews and took steps to correct the problems. The food is almost always great and the staff is always (always) very friendly and nice! I have a lot of bad days due to health issues, I'm also alone and isolated since my family has passed and I sometimes go six months without even talking to a real live person. I often go there when its hard for me to smile, yet the short dark haired girl who works during the day is always so kind and seems genuinely sincere with her greetings and upbeat personality that she can often turn my day around with just a "hello". Same with the young gentleman who also works the day shift sometimes. You can tell they are nice people and not just pretending to be that way for the job. This is a classic example of how sometimes just a "hello' and a few kind words from a stranger can make a big difference in someones life! Plus the food is almost always (14 out of 15 times) great and freshly cooked! It doesn't taste like it has sat under a heat lamp for a half hour! They do such a great job on every level that I do what I NEVER do and occasionally give these two day shift workers tips when I order! Thank you both so much for all you do!!!! read more

Dining area very dirty and service was slow. Staff sitting in dining area eating and visiting when tables are dirty and trash is full. One employee outside for at least 30 minutes. Another employee started emptying the trash, didn't finish and went directly back to the kitchen without changing her gloves and washing her hands. About every five years I give this place another chance. They continue to disappoint. Greek gyro this time... All of the ingredients were fine but pita was cold and the pita had the absolute minimum meat. Honestly with a tiny bit of effort it would be pretty good. Onion rings were borderline burnt. I would be glad to give these folks some business, but you have to care and try to be good. Sorry folks. Try to do your food right. You'll feel much better about yourselves and you will keep some customers. read more

I should start out saying that I LOVE Arby's. We were traveling today and thought great an Arby's! Wrong. This place was horrible. The lady at the counter just looked at me when I walked in. No greeting. A minute later my husband came up with me still waiting to order and she looked at us and made us both feel like we were inconveniencing her. After 10 minutes of waiting to order and watching her take a drive thru order for 30 jr roast beefs we left. The people in line after us had already left too! Will never go back to this unfriendly, slow location. read more
