I ordered the most simplest thing: A French toast combo, that was large ( with a large coke and a large size of the hash browns) and a whopper with cheese. She didn't read back my order as well, to verify she got my order correct even though it was in fact incorrect. When getting some of my order the lady handed me a coffee, which I didn't order, the only drink I ordered was a Coke. The word coffee didn't even leave my mouth. She didn't offer me a refund for the difference, or try to attempt to try and make things right. She was being a smart Alec, the manager he gave me a refund when I went inside for the difference. In addition she had me move to the front where I waited an additional 30min+ claiming that they were making everything fresh. When I did get my food, it was missing an entire sandwich: the whopper. I can understand being short staffed however the customer service is most definitely lacking. In addition this was my first and last time that I will ever come here, and to those who think about coming here, I would recommend you don't. Save your money and go anywhere else!
