Food is great when it's fresh they'll serve you with the oldest fries they have drive thru experience is horrible no cars in the drive thru lane and they'll still have you sit for about 10 minutes or more before they ask if they can take your order never been inside can't imagine it's any better definitely a store that needs new management and employees read more

During the pandemic only the drive-through lane is open. You order at the back of the restaurant and pay at a window on the side. Today I brought a valid coupon. The staff took away my coupon but did not give me discount. Their reason is that I only showed the coupon at the payment window but had not mentioned the coupon at the time I ordered food. This is already unfair, but what is worse is the following. Since they did not give me discount, I requested that they return the coupon. Surprisingly, this request was declined. Furthermore, they asked me to leave as soon as possible so that they could serve other customers. I am not complaining about the food, but hope that I can be fairly treated. read more

This place is ridiculous. The running joke is that it takes as long to get food here as it does in a sit down restaurant. Every time we come here it's the same nothing ready and nothing happens quickly. I give this location high marks for cleanliness however when you serve as little food as they do it seems that at the very least it would be clean. I went here for lunch today with my son and husband, ordered a sandwich and half way through eating it, I found a kinky black hair wrapped around some bacon and I completely lost my appetite. My husband brought it to the counter and showed the cashier the hair we found inside the sandwich- he apologized to us and offered to remake it for us and told us we could just throw it away. After going up there showing them the hair, we noticed the girl making all the food in the back was wearing a pink hoodie, that was zipped all the way up, with the hood on and that was it...no Arby's uniform, no hat, no hairnet, nothingggggg. The manager comes up as the crew is remaking the sandwich and starts complaining about how they should've gotten the sandwich back, and griping about having to remake it for us because we must be trying to just get another one for free. The cashier then tells her he told us we could throw it away. She was rude to them to the point we almost told her she can feel free to grab the hairy sandwich out of the trash if need be. The management made us feel like WE did something wrong when the ONLY person making the food in the building wasn't even wearing the proper and required food service gear. This place is ridiculous. I googled the hours on the Internet which said 10 pm and Yelp is also saying 10 pm. We arrived just after and 8:00 and the person on the speaker told me they were closed. When I tried to explain that they should update their hours on the net the woman spoke over me telling me their hours have always been 8 pm and was extremely rude. I wonder how people know that since they advertise 10:00 PM. They would save everyone including themselves a lot of aggravation if they would update their hours on the web. After reading all the poor ratings about the food, cleanliness and incompetence at this location I consider myself lucky they were closed. read more

Drive-in only--person running the drive-thru was not wearing a mask or gloves, and another employee I spotted inside the store wasn't, either. So, restaurateurs want to tell everyone about all the measures they are taking to keep the public safe, but masks and gloves are not among them? Horrible service. Showed up at the drive through at 9, they close at 11 and there was no one inside or at the drive through. Rude workers, waited 5 minutes at the speaker to give my order, extremely rude and didn't say sorry for anything. Waited another 6 minutes at the window for the food. Found out the order was messed up when I get home. I've heard from multiple people that this is the worst place as far as service goes. I'll drive the extra 8 minutes to avoid this Arby's read more

I am shocked that this Arby's charges for tap water. I purchased 2 combo meals and still they charged me for two paper cups so I could fill them myself with tap water. Shameful. The staff wasn't friendly. For those reasons I will never go back. read more

Not very happy with my visit there today. I stopped after work at 5:10 pm . After standing at the counter for 3 minutes and being seen by the back line cook twice I had to ask if any one was working the front counter, to have what I am guessing was a manager yell there was a customer at the counter to be greeted by a young girl with very little customer service and placed an order. My receipt said no red ranch on the beef and cheddar with bacon and of course it was on there when I got home. $12 .06 for 2 sandwiches and one wasn't right. I have been going to this location for years and I am so disappointed with the service and food my last few visits. read more

My brother and I were in the mood for some Arby's today and we both gathered up what we wanted from the menu. I got a super roast beef sandwich, he chose the Beef N Cheddar and I also got 2 roast beef sliders as well. I go through the drive threw to pay for my order, wait about 10 minutes for my food to arrive and it finally comes, I go home and get ready to eat my food, noticing that there is something missing. My brother goes to me, where is my beef N Cheddar? I usually check my food before I leave but Arby's has never gave me a problem like that before. So I went back, instead of going threw the drive threw I actually went inside. First thing I noticed was Ants crawling all over the counter tops, the manager who's a lady comes up and asks me how can I help you? I respond with letting her know that she forgot my brothers Beef N cheddar sandwich. I am letting her know that she has Ants crawling all over her counter top where you order food from, and what she does is take her bare hands and starts sweeping them off the counter top. I was disgusted by what I was seeing, she then goes and makes my brothers sandwich without washing her hands, or even putting gloves on. I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. This place is poor managed and unsanitary I would not advise anyone eating here. I also have video proof of Ants crawling all over the counter tops, God knows what else is crawling back there. The health department needs to investigate ASAP. I will be speaking to a district manager as well for the poor service I received. read more
