Went here for lunch. Service was not great. We waited in line after we received our food for a while since our order was over $25. All we ordered was 2 meals. We even ordered ahead. People ordering behind us multiple cars back pulled out before us. Everything was cold. And they forgot all of our sauces and mixed up our milkshakes. This used to be our favorite lunch spot. Chik fil a is the perfect example of the perfect fast food product. Well put together sandwiches and a lovely menu full of chicken. My favorite go to is the regular chicken sandwich combo and 8 ct chicken nuggets. Of course you need a sauce with the nuggets. We are a once a week customer to this location and there is very little to dislike about our experiences here. The only critique that we have is that the busier they are the poorer the quality control is. The fries tend to be soggy and they seem to have issues with their portion size ever sense they switched their fry containers. I had to wait in line for one associate to take my order, while her other two associates were leaning against the building doing nothing. 5 stars because this is the best stop from Columbus to Cumberland, MD. If you are traveling with kids, then this is the perfect spot to stop. They have a great kid's place that was very clean at 11:30 AM. Our 3,1, and 7 month old loved this stop. The baby had a place to crawl around in the corner especially since there was only 1 other kid in the play place. Our 1 yr old could climb all the way up to slide as the steps are right for an almost 2 yr old. Our 3 yr old also loved the space. They played here for close to an hour which made a sleepy group for the next 1.5 hours. The service is also very good as they are polite and help with the trays when you are loaded down with kids. Free refills on coffee for me was a bonus. I actually like Chic-Fil-A coffee and the message behind it. This place has a more modern feel than the Chick Fil A's near my house. read more
