Small selection of parts, tires, gloves, helmets, tubes etc. But can order any needed parts, bikes etc. Good hours of operation. I was treated extremely rude at the bike shop. The problem was they quoted one price and then they changed it and told me that I didn't tell them the tube may have popped. I was very upfront and told them it was most likely the tube. I did tell them that there was a tube that popped on the tire so long story short they were extremely rude and argumentative and did not want to honor what they promised. I definitely will not be going back here. I would never treat a customer like this. I can see from the "Owners" response he cannot even be professional answering this review. Instead he is on a "RUDE" Campaign against anyone who thinks hes rude or doesn't agree with him. Calling a past customer or anyone for that matter a Karen is juvenile but this is the response you will get if you complain so beware! He is answering everyone who leaves a poor rating the same with disrespect and rudeness. Its really to bad as I really wanted to love this bike shop and give them my business. Boy I dodged a bullett! Go elsewhere folks! I left the review a few months later as my dad passed away shortly after I took the bike in to the shop, so my first priority was my elderly father in hospice. His recap of what transpired was of course a lie and to the extent he went to lie was insane! None of what he said is true but unfortunately customer service is at an all time low here. read more

I needed to use their bathroom right before close during the Scaredown and they let me in no problem with directions all the way to the back then a right. With the limited amount of space they truly make the most of it, especially with their bathroom. They provide tampons and pads, there's a buday installed and also tp, multiple soap options, a coat rack, and hilarious , bike-related, potty humor paintings to top it all off. Im sure there's more I missed, so I took a few pictures. Overall excellent service for the 10 minutes I was (fully costumed) in there. read more

I drive 20 minutes to come to this place, passing other inferior bike equipment suppliers. Tremendous service, unusual kindness, and a knack for providing just what you needed at a fair price. My only complaint is not having more money to empty into the register for delicious, color coded, aerodynamic bike parts. They surely deserve it. This is an awesome local bike shop! At first I noticed that they had a bunch of e-bikes for sale outside, but as a roadie, when I saw that they had Lightweight and FFWD baseball caps, Origin kits, and some lovely burrito style handlebar bags, I knew I was in the right place. I was looking for a bit of a white whale...a saddle bag large enough to hold my hand pump that didn't look hideous. Luckily the owner, JP, pointed me in exactly the right direction, hooked me up with the perfect bag, and even gave my 5 year old son a hot wheels car! I don't recommend this place at all. I had high hopes and wanted to support a local business, but they behave like shady car mechanics that use scare tactics to tack on additional cost for people not knowledgeable about bikes. I've taken my bike here previously a couple of times and the work was pretty meh with poorly adjusted brake wires. However this recent time they literally told us the bike chain was stretched after 200 miles of riding which is absolute BS. I have a chain checker tool and know just how far the chains are worn. Be better. Update: Wow, I just read the business' response and my first thought is "how many people have they screwed over". Why you ask? Because they are talking about a completely different customer or just created a completely fictional story. Either way do better. Our community deserves a better bike shop than you're providing. Update 2: I can't believe I need to actually update this but they adjusted their response as well. Pretty silly since the original response was claiming that I was a different customer with a different issue. read more

I can credit Andrew for fixing my mom's transport wheelchair brakes and saving her from falls when she transitions from her wheelchair to the car, not to mention precarious slopes. He didn't know what to expect at first, but quickly saw that it was similar to old bike brakes. He had it fixed within 10 minutes and saved me from additional aggravation and worry. He was a life saver! I know I could've gone to a wheelchair sales store, which are not plentiful, but I also know I would be working with a sales person not a skilled fixit wiz. I knew the cable brakes on both sides lost its ability to stop the wheels. This posed an issue with her securely standing up or sitting down, not to mention having the chair roll on a slight slope. After struggling to fix it on my own three separate times I figured that a bike repair shop would be familiar with this set up. I also had to have this fixed quickly as we were meeting friends for a graduation. Luckily, Andrew checked it out, and with the right tools beyond mere wrenches, was able to fix it. Finally!!!
