And even though one of the stores wasn't a Len's, they found an Ace nearer to me than Addison (which is where I knew the part was that I needed but didn't want to drive to during rush hour and sleeting rain). That my yelping friends is customer service. I've been to several Len's locations and every time I am helped fast and efficiently. It's nice to know they are consistent with their customer service and they are all trained well. It also proves their staff truly enjoy their jobs and love the company they work for. I learned tonight that one of Len's goals for the company is to be the community's go-to hardware store. They offer competitive prices and if you don't see it in the store they will do everything they can to get it for you. I so hope they reach that goal.
