He swapped out the wheels and tires on a bunch of dollys and carts for me. He actually came to a friend's to help with a washer problem. I had some fans that did not blow air "out". I needed to repair a metal door gate that had dislodged and broken off from one side keeping it difficult to operate and considered reversing the opening for ease of use also. As far as my communications go w/this company, Victor was professional, polite&had no problems answering my many, MANY questions. TBH Ultimately, we did not end up hiring this company for initial jobs, so I cannot give feedback on aftercare etc. Our decision came down to Victors Ornamentals&2 other companies out of an initial list of 40+ companies & subcontractors. However, I felt the need to leave a (deserving) positive review due to the blacklisting being done through this site by other reviewer(s?). Victor spoke near perfect English (so toss that other "review" out), was prompt w/any & all responses (alcoholics aren't on top of business as such so there went that "review" as well)&the estimates for jobs I inquired about were as much as HALF of what one other company quoted me to slightly more but w/company of lesser experience/skill.
