Very friendly staff and always satisfied with the cut. They do men's cuts and fades very well.

I was not particularly impressed with my son's cut after I had time to inspect it. The barber was very friendly, professional, and fast. We were in and out within 10 minutes. The barber used a cutting style I've never seen before at any other salons or barber shops I've taken my son to. It seemed choppy and fast. I was initially pleased to just get the small animal that had been growing on my son's head off. But after leaving, and paying $15 + tip, I noticed parts of his hair were longer than others. There was a medium sized bald spot in the front where the hair had been cut way too short. The perimeter around his ears was shaved back much further than his natural hairline and was painful obvious. Bring a picture of what you'd like to see. My 2 year old has this ultra fabricated cut now that I'm not pleased with. read more

I happened in here today by chance. I was out Christmas shopping with my youngest son and while we were checking out I realized how badly he needed a haircut. I made a comment to my son and the cashier pipped up that a new haircut place just opened up across the street for men and boys. We found it easily enough and there was a sign out front that haircut were only $10 for their grand opening. SCORE!! It's a large, bright facility when you head inside. There are 3 video game areas for the kids while they wait for cuts or perhaps while they wait for mom and dad. There was a nice foozeball table and an air hockey table both free while you wait. The place had a lot of large screen TVs and it really seemed fun there. After checking us in we were told that we could earn a free haircut after a certain number. Cool! My boy got a nice, inexpensive cut and the staff was very friendly. They have plenty of hair products available for purchase as well. read more

Brought my kids here because we had a free haircut. The one person there was smoking outside the establishment. When we walked up, he put out his cigarette and then proceeded to want to cut my son's hair. After explaining the style I wanted he said "how about I cut it like I think it should be"... Overall, very unprofessional to smoke as customers are arriving and then to smell like that and touch my child's hair and then to want to cut it how he wants.... After trying several salons over the years, this is the only place I'll get my haircut in Canton. Every barber is friendly and skillful. I always get exactly what I ask for. I've paid twice as much at higher end places in town and been disappointed. Never need an appointment here either. read more

The main guy(jay) is really rude and does'nt make u feel welcomed and have racist tendencies in him as well. I've never had a good experience. Dont come here!!! When i went it there were a few people waiting in line behind me. I was telling the barber what i wanted for my haircut for maybe 20 seconds, and he cuts me off and says he has customers waiting. Plus the dude can barely speak the english language. Then once he started the haircut he was very rough and was very very very rushed. It was like he was having hand spasms with the scissor. He made no conversations and had a mean look on his face the entire time. My haircut didn't even turn out how I told him, I told him to take 1/4 of an inch off the top and he ended up taking off more than an inch!!! In addition to this, when we called ahead to save our spot for 12:15 they placed it, but when we got their, they said sorry its going to be a little longer. Took our son for a walk-in haircut on a Sunday. Had to wait about 25 minutes (only two hair stylists working). Nobody greeted at door and it was confusing how to "check in". Another customer told us to just sit and they would approach when they were between customers. Stylist was great with our toddler and did a very nice job on his haircut. Affordable. Also had air hockey to play while we waited which was nice for kids. read more

I have been looking for a place to take my son for a long time. I was able to book an appointment online a little bit before they opened on a Sunday which is very convenient and helpful. We showed up and was impressed with the friendliness and professional nature of our visit. My son gave an idea of what he wanted which I was nervous about and it turned out amazing! I took my 2 boys ages 3 and 1.5 years in for a haircut today. As a place advertised for kids I thought this would be a good place for them... Boy was I mistaken. This place is a barber shop disguised as place for kids. The barber was incredibly rough with my precious boys to the point that they were screaming and crying while getting their hair cut, this NEVER happens. Instead of telling the kids "turn your head" or "look up/down" he would just shove their heads around. At one point I had to tell the barber to "stop shoving his head around". To top this the haircut isn't even and wasn't what I asked for. The owner was notified and he refunded the cost of the haircut however that doesn't change the fact that we were all traumatized by this experience. read more

So so so bad. I took my son her foolishly. I explained very specifically that I only wanted a TRIM multiple times...the older man cutting my sons hair was very rough in pushing his head around and barking orders. For the first cuts I couldn't see because the man was blocking it but he cut it over his ear VERY short. At the end we ended up with my son having an extremely short front haircut and he left it long in the back!!! Complete mullet. Will never go back PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I just moved to the area in July 2016 and finding a haircut place is one of the hardest things to do. Thankfully Yelp helped me find a place that is both good for me and my son. I've come in here twice now with my son. We always go on the weekends when Sam and Jay are there. My son who is extremely shy, on his first visit sat by himself with Sam and got his haircut, while I got my haircut at the same time. Doesn't sound like much, but he has never done it before. Always makes me sit there with him while he gets his haircut. He told me he thought Sam was cool and had a cool accent. They also gave my son an iPad to play with if he got bored. There are also a foosball table and air hockey table in the waiting area if your kids get bored. All of the games are free to play as well as four iPads to play with in the waiting area. My son doesn't want to leave after getting his haircut because he wants to play more air hockey with the other kids. I had my hair cut by Jay and he also does a great job. My son and I both have hard parts with the line and this place has done it the best both times. Both my son and I have gotten numerous positive compliments on our cuts from here. I'd recommend calling ahead and asking for Sam if you have children. He does a great job. Jay is also great for kids, but he has only cut my hair never my sons. So it's not that I'm not recommending him he just has never cut my sons hair. I also printed out some coupons from the Arcade Cuts main website and they had no problem honoring them. The prices might be little over priced but if they offer nice hair cuts and give the clients time , that's fine to me ! Get haircut by lady there. Less hassle. She seemed very pleasant. Jay is a piece of garbage. We were 2nd ones in when they opened and two other guys come in and say something to Jay in Arabic so he takes them first because they had an "appointment". When questioned Jay said the appts online are no good and the guys called the day before. Funny thing when the lady looked them up, there was nothing written. Jay tried starting an argument with the person that was there first when the other guy actually didn't say anything. I'd give the ladt 5 stars and Jay zero. read more

As I watched, fascinated, it was obvious why the unfamiliar techniques were superior (at least in skilled hands) and produced better results.
