No WAY!!! I wish I had read the reviews before hiring Arcadia to replace 2 large mirrors and 2 glass shelves but our contractor recommended them. They strung us along for over a month, using ev. excuse: receptionist on maternity leave, they measured incorrectly so the mirrors were the wrong size so they had to come back out to remeasure or they were waiting on the manufacturers but after sooooooo many excuses and waiting over almost 2 months, we still NEVER got our mirrors!!! I called Arcadia Glass to replace a broken window in one of my rentals. The home was vacant and an appointment was made for the job to be done before the tenant moved in. They did not make the appointment and did not call to advise they would not make it. After a couple of calls they finally came out but after the tenant had moved in. Inconvenient​. I also felt their prices were high for the job compared to others. Sorry, but won't use again. read more

Just finished using Arcadia glass to fix my glass window and sliding door. I called a million places and nobody would call back or would tell me they only fixed their own windows or only replaced the full window. What a pain in the gl-ass. I called Arcadia and they gave me an estimate relatively quick,but I thought the price was a little steep. Come to find out, it was actually very reasonable after a few different quotes from some sketchy places. So I called Arcadia and spoke with Kim and she got me all set up for my window replacement.( By the way if you call, you'll speak with Kim. she's is very friendly and I'm pretty sure she lives there because she always answers the phone on the first ring and no matter what time of day it's always her, which is great!) Anyways, they told me they would come out between 1 and 3, so I figured they would come out at 3-6 because I've heard that song before. I got a call at 11 from the installer asking if he could come out early!! They fixed the glass in record time and it looks great! The installer even put the dog door and alarm sensor back AND swept my patio! Thanks Kim and Arcadia glass! I promise I'll be more careful when mowing my lawn from here on. read more

Not especially happy with the company. Ordered a specialty piece of tempered glass for a project, was told at the time delivery would be one day on Friday or worst case the following Monday. Over a week went by with no call. After following up I was told the order was sent to another glass company and the glass had not yet arrived. After calling the second time 3 days later with the intent to cancel the order I was told that actually the glass was there. Nice enough folks but lousy at communication and follow up. I came into arcadia because I needed a piece of glass cut for a picture frame. All the big box stores refused unless I purchased the glass from them. Upon arriving, I was helped immediately and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Not only was I happy with the job, they loaded and unloaded the glass from my truck for me and charged me a minimal amount. Thanks guys! read more

I called to get my window fixed as it has a crack in it. Was happy with the scheduling but the gentleman who helped me made believe my window would be fixed at my appointment. Nope, two men came out and just measured my window and said they have to send it in to be made. They told me to call the office for an estimate. I called the office the next day around 10 am. I was transferred to whomever does the quotes, who wasn't very friendly and said he is going to start doing quotes now and will do mine first and call me back. 3 and a half hours later... I called to find out the estimate and the gentleman seemed confused on why I was calling, then the line disconnected. Called back and it sounded like I was calling a fax machine. Called again and the line was busy. Called a third time and they said "he was busy with a customer"! Am I not a customer?! I asked to speak to a manager and I was told he wasn't in. I said,"of course he wasn't". I'm going with a company who wants my business. Needed double pane windows all around. They lost my business! read more

I have used Arcadia glass for over 20 years. I initially used them to cut a glass table top and since then they have done all the mirrors and glass doors inserts in our custom home building business. I was sad to hear of the original owners passing-Bob, but have found that the new owners are professional and are keeping with the good customer care I had always received in the past. To say I was not pleased is an understatement. I have never been treated worse by a company and the owner of that company. The job was very sloppy with no attempt to clean up after themselves. There was glass all over the window seal and floor of my bedroom. Along with the glass there was silicone/glue running down the sides of the recently installed window. I was quoted a price of $107 for a 34inchx44inch window. It ended up that only an 11inchx11inch square needed replacing so I called for a second quote. I was told that it would be $35 and was very surprised. The price seemed low so I asked several times if it was correct. When it came time to pay for the work that was done I was charged $95. After talking to the driver for five minutes I realized I was getting nowhere so I drove to the establishment to speak with the man I had gotten the quote from. I was very polite walking in and tried to explain the situation. The owner answered the phone twice during our conversation and then walked out of the room. I was told that I must have called the wrong number so I pulled out my phone and showed them the number I had called and it was indeed there number. Bob told me that it is an $80 service fee and $3 for the glass but was confused when I pointed out that that was $12 less than what I was charged. After they realized they were contradicting themselves Bob and Ernesto started to yell at me and stopped listening to anything I was saying. I ended up having to call my dad because they would not stop yelling at me. I will NEVER return to this establishment. Nobody should ever be treated the way they treated me. I have no clue how they are still in business if they treat there customers like this. For them to both move closer to me and yell in my face is in no way okay for any business to behave.
