    Shrimp Rolls
    Christine G.

Beautiful Thai restaurant on West Flamingo and Torrey Pines. Met my gf for lunch. And we had a feast! I had the shrimp egg rolls, spicy beef salad and 2 Fiji waters(always order bottled water). She had the beef teriyaki appetizer and chicken curry. Everything was delicious! We both took doggy bags to go! Portions are really enormous. The side white rice was cooked perfect and the spicy side condiments are always a plus. We had a few different servers, but we encountered with Nino the most. Thanks to all the staff and chef. Such a fabulous lunch. Look forward to return soon. Private lot. Lots of parking.

They have multiple locations. Service is great great. However, the food is a bit sad? Taste wasn't too bad though. If the quality improved, we definitely could reconsider coming back to this location? They do offer beer here. Not bad. But anyone who is picky...it's decent but don't expect much. Green curry was very watery but it tastes nice. Just a tiny tad too sweet. But overall taste was good. Cha Cha Cha: Bamboo, fish, squid stir fry only had like 1 fish filet? Definitely lots of shredded bamboo. This is the 1st time we ordered a dish like this. It was okay. Pad kea maw was a bit salty in some areas. It was flat and stuck together. We know this dish. It was decent. Ground meat dish which is usuallyy SO's favorite Thai dish. It was a bit sad too. The cucumbers don't match it very well. But again, overall, everything was a bit sad. We have family members who like their other location, that is closer to Summerlin. Maybe wee need to try that location.

Ok, first off, I called in our order for pick up. It was around 11:30 am and the thr guy who answered said they are behind on fulfilling the orders so our food would be ready in 45 minutes. Fine with that and he asked if I'm picking up at the drive thru or inside. I said drive thru and I was shocked they had a drive thru. Yay.. I ordered the Pad See Eww with Tofu and Vegetable Yellow Curry. The curry was delcious. And the pad see eww was also good. It didn't have the wok smokey flavors like other Thai restaurants I've been to but still good. Upon picking up my order (since this was my first time) I went to thr drive thru but missed the window to pick up. Epic fail on my part so I went in. Overall, delicious fast food Thai restaurant.

    4. Red Curry Lunch Special with chicken

Great spot for lunch! They have a nice lunch menu with something for everyone. Met a friend for lunch there and we were not disappointed. Word to the wise: don't show up right at opening but we were hungry. The restaurant is small and decorates are typical Thai restaurants but who really goes to a restaurant for decorations lol. I got the red curry lunch special with chicken level 7 (giving it a nice touch of heat to the dish). My friend got the broccoli lunch special with beef. The nice thing about the lunch special is it comes with soup, egg roll and fried crab wonton. Lots of food for a great price. Service was friendly and quick.

Emmie was our server. She was impeccable with her friendliness and amazing service. Her attention and care throughout our dining was top-notch. Thank you Emmie! Shared parking with other biz within plaza are available right up front of the restaurant. Ambiance inside was beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. Menu options were abundant. Despite of the selections, we usually go with our go-tos. We couldn't ask for a better meal. Everything was delish with a few exceptions. 1. Panang Curry lunch special that comes with soup, salad, wonton, and rice - taste and flavor were just okay, but portions were quite adequate 2. Baa Mee Hang - amazingly tasty, but portions were small 3. Papaya Salad with shrimp - wonderfully put together with fresh quality ingredients, tasted great with mild spice made just right, it comes with 4 huge shrimps, wished it came with 6 huge shrimps 4. Pad Thai with chicken - one of the best dishes! SO GOOD!! 5. Pad Woon Sen with chicken - I originally asked for seafood, but got chicken instead which was fine. Glass noodles became mushy towards the end. They need to use a different brand of glass noodles that's a bit firmer. 7. Stuffed Chicken Wings - surprisingly good, love the crispiness of the skin, seasoning was quite flavorful, came with 2 wings, 3 wings would have been better 8. Thai Iced Tea - PERFECT! Must get every time. 9. Thai Iced Coffee - good, not too sweet 10. Coconut Cream Ice Cream - a must get delectable dessert to end our meal, SO YUMMY! Each dish averaged about $20+ or so. Bill came and it was a whopping $140+ before tip. After tip, it was $170.00 out the door. Yes, big delicious meals come with a price! It's always well worth it. Highly recommend Weera Thai!

I got the 3 color curry, asked for it medium leaning toward spicy. It was not spicy at all. That was my only complaint. My friends got garlic fried rice with chicken and pad Thai with chicken. Both were excellently well done, especially the garlic fried rice. I wish I had pictures of the interior, it was really nice. Their drink selection looked great, though we didn't try it. Consistently delicious, well-executed Thai food combined with a relaxed neighborhood-bar vibe makes it pretty irresistible. Wonderful aromas, even better flavors. I also love that Le Thai has separate lunch and dinner menus, plus a happy hour with some genuinely good values. I moved here from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where back in the day we had a stellar Thai restaurant called Bangkok Orchid. Off-menu, they served a dish the chef called "Waterfall Beef": marinated grilled steak with sticky rice and an intensely spicy dipping sauce made with fish sauce, Thai chilies, lime juice, and a touch of tamarind or brown sugar. Lo and behold, Le Thai has an appetizer called Waterfall Beef. It's very similar. The sauce here is a little less fiery, but that's easily remedied with some extra heat from Le Thai's spice tray. For me, it's a little taste of nostalgia and one of my favorite things on the menu. A few other favorites: Larb - Ground chicken or pork with cilantro, red and green onion, lime juice, and Thai chili, served with green leaves for wrapping. $14 Papaya Salad (Som Tum) - Fresh shredded green papaya tossed with Thai chili, garlic, carrot, tomato, and lime, topped with toasted peanuts and served with sticky rice. $13 Three Color Curry - Le Thai's blend of red, yellow, and green curry with vegetables. $16/18 And if you're in a hurry, grab a seat at the bar. You can order from the full menu--and have yourself a delicious cucumber gin cocktail while you're at it. Great food, great value, and about as far from the pretense of the Strip as you can get. I've been back again and again for a reason. Don't just try one dish--work your way through the menu.

This place does a great job on Thai curry. I know many reviews will say "the curry was good"…read morewithout any details, but let me give you the details. -They seem to use actual whole spices in the curries, you'll see flecks of coriander and lemongrass and such. I suspect they make their own curry paste. -The curry flavors are REALLY well balanced. Someone or some people with very good cooking sense are making their recipes and cooking. -Massaman curry is hard to get right, but theirs has the perfect mix of umami, tangy, sweet, salty. -Yellow curry can often be really bland and just like sweet coconut milk at other restaurants, but the yellow curry at Panna Thai is intense and chock-full of spices (you can see the spice pieces in it, probably coriander and other things) and it's one of their best curries, really excellent balanced and flavorful taste -They take care to prepare the vegetables well, and the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry has the perfect texture, the eggplant is very soft and melt-in-your mouth, I've never had bad vegetables in their curries -The coconut milk is very rich and thick and the curries are thick (not just like water) -Each curry tastes like what it's supposed to taste like and they all taste very different. I think the best taste is in the yellow curry, Massaman curry, red curry, and pumpkin curry. The curries are not oily, no layer of oil or little drops of oil, and don't seem to have seed oils in them (we asked and were told the curries are a good dish if you want to avoid seed oils) -The curries are consistently good and I've had them maybe 15x between dine-in, trying my husband's food, and delivery -- been great every time -The curry fillings are good -- chicken is tender, they include lots of vegetables, the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry is melt-in-your-mouth -They add the things that are supposed to be included in authentic curry (like Thai basil for the red curries, fish sauce, etc.) -They are accommodating to allergies and dietary preferences -They'll actually make the curry spicy if you request it, I have a high spice need/tolerance and this is one of the only places that will make it taste spicy to a level where I can feel it if I ask for their highest spice level -The jasmine rice is the best of anywhere I've eaten in Vegas -- so fresh, so bouncy/springy, high-quality rice grains, clearly handled well and rinsed prior to cooking, cooked perfectly every time I've had it. It's a big part of the experience of curry to have bouncy, high-quality jasmine rice to contrast with he creaminess of the curry, and this place does a great job with it. -The portions are large and I almost always take some home, delivery portions are pretty large, too There are only 3 Thai places in Vegas that I can say that about, and this is the only one in SW Vegas that I've found to be like this. the service is also great and you actually feel like a guest there. they have little extra touches like real candles. they do a great job with refilling water, lemon in your water, mints by the door, lots of extra touches. above-par Thai restaurant, please support them! and try the curries! I think most people would enjoy their yellow, Massaman, and pumpkin curries.
