Made the apt got there on time they didn't take my truck in until 30 min later. Then was told it was going to take them a couple hours to do it. Sat there for 2 and a half hours and I have to ask them to give me a status update. The guy who told me to make the apt. Comes back and says they're finishing up and it shouldn't be much longer. I sit for another hour and a half and another guy comes back to tell me finally why it's taking so long, they had an issue getting caps off the lug nuts. 30 min later another guy comes out says nothing and checks me out so I can leave. I am so pissed I leave and go around the corner got out to look at the tires and they f*cked up every cap and some were missing completely from the lug nuts. One was so jagged I almost cut my finger on it. Why would they not have said something to me when it happens with the first cap? Why keep going without letting the customer know there's an issue and what to expect? Why make me wait so long without saying a word? They should have said something to me immediately when they experienced the issue, and maybe give a suggestion how to fix it? 1 lug nut wasn't even on correctly it was sticking out further than the rest of them. I call them immediately when I see this they ask me to come back. I go back expecting that they are going to do something and they send yet another guy out to talk to me. They offer to do nothing! I asked them why they didn't mention the damage when it happened to the first lug nut? I explain that they should have brought it to my attention and offered a solution but they didn't! So I go back there for no reason because they never even looked at the damage and their solution was to have me come back on another day and charge me to replace what they damaged. That's the solution? Because I want to waste another day coming back to the place that already wasted my day and damaged my property without saying anything, Right?? Doubtful!!! Absolutely horrible service!! Their "motto" is "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." Bullshit! They should practice what they preach!!
