I did not get my rims redone here because of the price. I chose another shop nearby who did a fantastic job at a FAIR price.

Brought my car here for a bent wheel diagnosis. They were able to get back to me very quickly and efficiently with what my car needed done to be roadworthy. Didn't charge me anything for the assessment. Only complaint I would have is that I never gave consent for them to drive my vehicle on the road. I just asked them to assess the wheels and tires by spinning them and using methods with the car on the ground of in the shop and not moving. Maybe thats not reasonable haha im not sure. I just assumed a wheel shop would have a way of assessing a bent wheel without having to drive the car. Otherwise an excellent experience and honest work! read more

They were so gracious when I walked in without an appointment to get a flat fixed so I could drive 150 miles back home from Bradley Springfield/Hartford Airport. While it ended up that I had to replace all four tires because the other three were bald (as I could clearly see), the price they quoted was fair. I was able to hang out quietly for the 2.5 hours it took (the tires had to come from their supplier). The shop is about two miles from the airport, so easily accessible. Thank you! read more

Good to see there are decent and honest business establishments. I was low on air in one of my tires. Found them (Windsor Locks) on line and took my car. Despite of them being busy, gave me an appointment to bring in 2 hours. They tested and told me that it was low due to, I not having been keeping an eye on the air, especially due to severe cold weather lately. They filled the air in all the tires (another one was low) and suggested I keep the pressure around 2 psi above the specks in cold weather. They did not charge me anything. I asked, but they said I do not need to pay. I am doing this review since no good deed should go unappreciated. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely go there myself again, whenever I can. The Wheel Shop did an excellent job repairing some cosmetic issues with the rims on my BMW. They completed the job in less than two days and when my car was all set, my wheels looked immaculate, were sparkling clean inside and out and if you didn't know any better, you would think they are brand spanking new! Hey im not happy with the service i put down a 200 hundred dollar deposit on my ford 2020 rim i waited two weeks you guys never called and i had to have my insurance take care of it. Instead of asking for my money back i ask could you resurface my rims but evertime i call you have an excuse. TERRIBLE. brought my wheel in to get straightened and right off i could tell they give ZERO s-hits about taking care of your stuff. they're not going to worry about scratching your wheel, where they place your center cap or if you had nice valve stem caps or not. they will forget your name soon as you walk out the door. took 2 days to straighten my wheel and even after that it still felt just slightly less wobbly than it did before. they misplaced my valve stem cap (which was titanium) and never got back to me on finding it or replacing it. they just dont care about your s-hit. Rob, you've no customer service and i'll NEVER recommend you. i should've just bought a new wheel.. i suggest anybody reading this, go to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists out of Danbury.. they have waaay better reviews + reputation on the forums (wished i'd checked before going to this dump lol). read more

Brought car in for a set of 4 new tires, mounting, balance, and alignment. Prices competitive with major chains and mail order tires. I also needed the wheels checked for trueness as I had a vibration at speed that had not been corrected by a wheel balance. They found that one of my wheels was not exactly round. They worked the wheel until it ran true. Extremely competitive price but decades worth of expertise. I'd recommend as well as go back with my other vehicles. read more

Had a hole in my tire & once I was able to get air in it by AAA I brought it right over to them. Even though they were busy with other work they jumped on it right away. They were able to get it plugged & patched & I was on my way in about an hour. Very nice & pleasant staff & the waiting area clean. read more

My Ex heard good things about this place, but he didn't have a good experience. He bought 2 tires from a seller, Wheel Shop Llc gave excuses on why they didn't want to do the job. Ended up bringing the tires to Route 20 tires, and were happy to get them on his van. So, maybe you should call Wheel Shop ahead of time, so they can decide if they think the job is worth their time. read more
