I heard of Firehouse Subs for a while and finally decided to give it a try…read more Sadly, I was not impressed by the 23 minute wait for a Firehouse Steak and Cheese. I thought the sandwich would be hot or even warm but it was not. I spoke with one of the employees about the cold sub and he explained that the cook dropped the meat and had to remake it. It didn't explain why the sandwich was cold. He offered me a brownie but I declined. The outside seating is great!
