Upon arrival, we noticed a convenient setup: patrons could place their orders at the cashier and then take a seat. The staff would deliver the food directly to the table. Our order included kabobs, fish and chips for my son and my husband ordered gyro. However, we encountered an issue with the yellow rice--it had an excessive amount of lemon, making it challenging to enjoy. Additionally, the service was disappointingly slow. We observed that one cook was responsible for both preparing the meals and delivering them to the tables, despite the presence of two other staff members. Went there for dinner with some colleague was greeted by a very nice young man at the counter who took our orders, We then sat down at a table and a young lady brought our drinks over who was extremely rude and lacks customer service. Our food arrived the gyro was dry and the taste was not great, cheap unseasoned fries and the fish and chips looks more like to frozen fish sticks. We had these guys cater for a party. They drove out 30minutes. We're just early enough. The food was packed well and in insulated containers. We got so much more food than expected, well worth what we paid for. The containers kept everything oven hot for hours and hours. Good food that is fresh. I ordered the falafel sandwich. The veggies in it were plentiful. There was so much, I had to take some lettuce out so I could eat it. The falafel was nice and crisp on the outside. The falafel balls were large so I broke them apart so they covered my pita better. The Tzatziki sauce was thick and creamy. I really liked it. If I were to order this again, I would ask for an extra cup of it since the cups are small. My husband ordered a gyro and really liked it. He thought the meat and everything really complimented each other. He said he would definitely order it again. We ordered take out and I paid over the phone so we could do curbside pickup easily. When I arrived to pickup the food, I have to call quite a few times (seven times) until someone answered. With covid, I have been trying to limit the places I go into. We did not receive napkins with our food, so it got a little messy. I would like to go back and try a few more things here. The prices are ver reasonable. read more

I'm not going to say much other then they could benefit on taking a lesson or two in basic customer service and interaction. The environment behind the counter felt pretty heartless. As someone who structures and implements customer service expectations and lively work environments I notice these things and believe it or not they do impact the environment and energy of the work place. For a fast food restaurant the atmosphere is really lovely and the food is a cut above. My greek salad was fresh, light and tasty. I had the gyro hamburger which was different than what I imagined but it was high quality and tasty. The wait staff are friendly and youthful. My only complaint was it took 30 minutes from ordering at the counter until my food came out. Additionally, no one came by so it made me wonderful while waiting if they had forgotten my order.
