Came here into town and it was my daughter plan to take me here and her friends to have a late Mother's Day. The food here was good. We had ordered pancakes, salmon Benedict and chicken with fries. The only thing is the chicken alittle dry but it was still good.. I'm not a picky person. It was eatables. Service was great. Walk up to the host stand and got greeted and our waitress was very nice soholy she was great, every now and then ask our table if we need anything. She's very kind and very polite. I came here for my annual Christmas dinner with my boyfriend. He was so excited to bring me because he knows how much I love cute, flowery décor. Everything was beautiful, from the atmosphere to the presentation of the food. We were a little disappointed to find that the seating was entirely outdoors. Since the space is open, it was pretty cold that night, which made it less enjoyable for a special dinner. The food was okay, but I wish there had been more options on the menu and that the portions were a bit larger. My drink, however, was absolutely delicious! Overall, it's a beautiful spot, and I'd recommend it for a lunch with friends or a girls' day out rather than a romantic date night. Lovely brunch with my girls at Arden Café WeHo on a Sunday afternoon. (6/16/2024) I had been here before when it was a Conservatory Restaurant, on July 10th, 2021, for brunch. Then, after it changed to Arden Café WeHo, I came back on June 16th, 2024, for Sunday brunch with my girlfriends. This restaurant is known for being beautifully decorated with flowers all around, so we were excited to visit. But unfortunately, on the day we went, June 16th, 2024, there was some kind of parade, and so many streets were blocked off. It was really difficult to get to the restaurant. One of my girlfriends drove that day, but because of the parade and all the street closures, we kept driving around in circles. Eventually, we had no choice but to park really far away and walk a long distance to the restaurant. I was wearing high heels that day, so my feet and legs were hurting so much. There were three of us having brunch that day. One of my friends arrived earlier, but they wouldn't give us a table until everyone arrived, so she had to sit at the bar. Since we were hungry, we ended up ordering food at the bar first, and then later we moved to a table. While we were drinking coffee and chatting at the table, the waitress came over and told us that if we weren't going to order more food, we would have to move back to the bar. But we had already ordered and eaten food at the bar because we were hungry. So we just said we were leaving and got up. The service felt so unfriendly and unpleasant that one of my friends didn't even leave a tip at all. When I came here during the Covid pandemic on July 10, 2021, when it was still Conservatory Restaurant, I had a really nice experience. The interior and atmosphere were beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the space was spacious, clean, and lovely. But when I visited again on June 16, 2024, after it had changed to Arden Café WeHo, the service was quite unfriendly, so I honestly don't really feel like coming back. read more

Just checked out the cafe at Arden! I've eaten at the restaurant before but this is my first time at the cafe and trying their L'Entrecôte sandwiches. Arnold, who was the sole worker this morning, did a phenomenal job making sure we had everything. He brought our drinks to our table -- I got a vanilla matcha latte and my sister got the macchiato. We ordered some croissants to go. For the sandwiches we got one of each - the Entrecôte beef sandwich (the steak is made to perfection and is very flavorful) and the Jidori Chicken sandwich (quality chicken also made to perfection). These were pretty big sandwiches so we each ate half and took the other halves home. My only feedback is having cuter to-go bags at the cafe. The restaurant and cafe are so cute and it would be nice to have something nice to carry out to-go items. Would also be nice to have a "for here" option for sandwiches since it's such nice seating outside and a great place to enjoy food, drinks, and people watching. read more

Arden is the cutest restaurant ever! They have a bunch of hanging flowers on the ceiling and it's just so adorable. I've been obsessed with the aesthetic from the jump, just with pictures, so seeing it in person was the best. Rudy was our server, she was very nice and took care of us. I ordered the espresso martini and it was ok. I've had better, but I'll love any espresso martini. I got the 8 oz filet as my entree, cooked to medium, and it was good. It comes with a side of mashed potatoes and 2 dipping sauces, a green and brown side sauce. Even though the mashed potatoes were a side, whatever they were seasoned with was deliciousss. I loved it. The dipping sauces for the steak were ok. The brown one had a major truffle taste that was over empowering for me. I didn't care for it so I dipped my steak in the green sauce. It was almost like a type of salsa, it was better than the brown truffley sauce. The steak wasn't over seasoned or under seasoned. Kind of in between. For me, an 8 oz steak with a side of mashed potatoes is enough but be aware, it might be small for others. My friend got the jidori chicken and had only positive things to say about it. That entree, if I'm not mistaken, didn't come with any sides, but it was a pretty big piece of chicken. She got the tastes like strawberry drink and it was good. Not too sweet and not too bitter. A bug ended up in the drink and when we told Rudy she handled it with grace and got it remade for us. For dessert we ordered the flourless chocolate cake. It was good, but a little too sticky for me. Rudy did tell us exactly how it would come but I wasn't prepared. All in all the restaurant itself is a 10/10. Service from everyone was wonderful. They offer valet for $17, but it goes up to $20 if you use a card/Apple Pay so always carry that cash! I unfortunately forgot and wasn't aware of the price increase. Visited Arden restaurant for a girls night and was not disappointed! First off, the restaurant is simply beautiful. When you walk in, you can see it has an open concept where the inside and outside blends together. Thankfully the inside is shielded enough from the elements since it was raining the day that we came. Once our whole party arrived, we were promptly seated where I was able to get a full view of the restaurant. There's lots of seating for any size party you may have. Food was amazing and we ordered a number of items. The best thing I can say is that the Ambiance is really nice here, but thats about it. Me and my Boyfriend came here to get lunch and first off, I neverrrr write reviews and usually only for good places, but we paid $52 for two sandwiches and a matcha and it was terrible. The Matcha was about $8 and it was the worst matcha either of us had ever tried . It was extremely grainy and terrible quality, and even after trying to add sugar to help it we had to toss it. (We are also both asian and HATE wasting food but genuinely it was nasty) . Then the sandwiches... they were about 95% bread/fries and they were insanely bland. the steak one was $24 and had barely any steak and tasted so incredibly mid. Just stake, fries, a bland sauce and bread for $24. And the Chicken one was like $17 or smth and it tasted like plain unsalted chicken breast with hella unseasoned fries and bread. Maybr mayo would have helped it but omg I didn't even want it . To top it off was some film crew shooting a video in the restaurant so only the cafe was open. While we're waiting for our food we got hushed like 3 different times and we weren't loud at all (it's also right next to a busy street so...). The vibes were chill, it was more casual than I expected so that was refreshing because on Instagram it looks like a models hang out. The food was good but I wouldn't say it was super amazing. Also, I ordered turkey so for a traditional dinner it was good but also would have liked the option to add additional sides instead of entree and only 2 sides. We were seated along the plants in front of the establishment in a corner. Our waiter was not enthusiastic with us. I was confused because we didn't ask for much. Came here with a party of 4 to celebrate my friends & I early birthday since we can't be with each other on our actual birthdays. We got there and there's a line of people with reservations, thankfully we also had one through open table (they have a $50 per person if you don't make your reservation). I think everyone there was celebrating a birthday we heard multiple tables singing. They don't do anything for your birthday unless you order a dessert that you pay for. Well I guess they did give us menus that had a happy birthday on the corners. And then if you do get the dessert they give you free shots if you're of age they check ID. I'm currently not drinking so they gave us two real shots and two mocktail ones. The host was very friendly, and our server was great! Food came out pretty quickly except mine because I had asked to add corn to the branzino since they ran out of salmon. Started with oysters. Then our bread and butter came out with our huge Caesar salad, and salmon tartare. We ordered two branzinos, risotto, truffle pasta as our main entrees. Our fries came out last. Flop if i've ever seen one. Are the reviews for this place real? I was so excited for this insta/tiktok trendy restaurant but we got there, and the experience just went downhill for there. First things first, we were sat far away from the rest of the restaurant when we got there and it wasn't even a packed restaurant, capacity was at like 20%. We weren't greeted by a server for like 15 minutes and when we were, she stood like 3 feet away from us, it was odd. We got some mocktails to start and you guys....it was painful gulping down that drink. We got the mint to be which is suppose to be a cucumber, mint, lime, and ginger drink but it tasted like a full on lime juice shot, that was poured in a cocktail glass, horrible. For appetizer, we got the wagyu meatballs to share and there wasn't anything special about it. It came with "focaccia" but it was store-bought garlic bread (look at my photos for reference). I got the organic jidori half chicken and it was quite dry, nothing special about it. the biggest disappointment was the truffle "cacio de pepe" that my friend got. The pasta, sauce, presentation, everything was sad to see. There was no truffle, the sauce tasted like cheap store-bought Ragu ALFREDO sauce. A traditional cacio de pepe sauce is made of egg yolk and i can tell you, this did not have any egg yolk. We couldnt take more than 2 bites out of this dish. So food was a 1/5 for me. Ofcourse this restaurant is known tor ambiance and i'll give them credit for the amount of decor and fake flowers but it just looked super tacky and cheap in person, it did not feel classy, upscale, fancy. I went to Arden for Valentine's Day with a group of six for a Galentine's dinner. Each of us was given a rose which was a nice touch for the occasion. The Valentine's cocktail options were fun. I went with their French Kiss 75 which I liked. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Rosettes, Poached Branzino, and Hazlenut Chocolate Flourless cake. The dishes were just okay. When it came time to pay, we received inconsistent information from the staff. Our primary server told us their policy was to split the bill among three cards. Later, when we flagged down another server (since ours was busy with other tables), we were told it could be split among four cards. The messaging was confusing, and since it was a prix fixe menu, we just wanted the bill split evenly using the card machine tableside. Overall, the food was okay. Arden is a beautiful setting, you can get great photos here but nothing particularly memorable from a food standpoint. read more

An ethereal ambiance with all around floral decor giving it an enchanted disney forest feel. A very romantic and hot spot to impress a date for sure guys or a perfect spot for girls night or brunch. Tons of photo ops for those girlies. I seriously loved the venue. On the other hand the food was just mediocre. Ordered a few items to try: 1. Charred Octopus: mixed greens with small finger potatoes and grilled octopus seasoned with romesco sauce. The flavor was good, but the octopus was a little overcooked (maybe because it was precut and not served in whole). 2. Tuna Crudo: seared tuna sashimi drizzled with ponzu. Over the tuna was a green creamy flavoring (looks like wasabi but not wasabi), and garnished with thin slices of red radish and greens. Felt the tuna was more seared than I prefer. Wasn't my fav 3. Crispy curry cauliflower: deeper fried cauliflower with pickled onions and served with garlic aioli. Had a medicinal herbal flavoring which I was not a fan of. Would not recommend. 4. Grass fed Ribeye: cooked medium rare of course. Large ribeye big enough for two to feast on. The presentation was also on point with the general aesthetics of the restaurant. Edible flowers sprinkled on top of the steak. This dish was actually very good. 5. Forever young: blackberry and lime with tonic. Very good. 6. Espresso martini: a bit strong. Gave me a good buzz. Overall nice place with stunning ambiance. Food was ok but open to coming back to try others we missed. Saw a few brunch options I'm curious about so will be making myself out here again soon. read more
