The Arden, lost me as a customer. I thought it would be a great place to return to and enjoy the Love Island finale episode with my daughter. But the poor customer service and lack of management accountability, is where they lost me and turned what what supposed to be a fun night, into an experience that left us upset, disappointed and prepared to never return. We sat at the bar for the best view of the TV screen. Drinks were ordered & delivered right away. After 20 minutes we alerted the bar tender that we were ready to order food. She said she would come back to us, but continued to take all the drink orders from each side. After being there 40 minutes we were starting to get upset that we hadn't placed an order yet and stopped paying attention to the show to try to get someone-anyone's attention. Another waitress kept passing by with drinks and food to bring to the dining area. My daughter caught her attention and asked her if we can order with her. She said "Order what?" We say "Food. We've been waiting a long time to order." She says "Well do you wanna move over to a table?" We said "No. We are a part of the watch party". With a look of disgust and practically rolling her eyes, she begins to enter our order into her Toast ordering device. I asked a couple of questions about the menu and now she's REALLY irritated with us. As my daughter began her order, the bartender comes over and apologizes and was gonna let her finish taking the order. But as she walked away the irritated waitress shouted our order back to her with a vibe like "No you take this order, this ain't my section and I didn't want to do it in the first place." The bartender was kind and apologetic about our wait and how busy she became - but by this time we were all hot and steamy about the way the other one dealt with us, patronizing customers. My daughter then asked her can we speak to a manager. After a while one comes over and we explain the scenario. He is telling us "it's complicated- she has to keep to her section / the bar should keep all food orders / we really weren't prepared for the turn out tonight, almost defending her. We said at the end of the day, we just didn't like how we felt we were burdening everyone with our food order. He tells us "But don't worry I'm gonna take care of you guys. I'll take care of things when you close out. Enjoy yourselves and order some more drinks." Thanking us for being so nice about the ordeal. They then send a round of some kind of pink shots out to everyone at the bar. And when we close out, He comps ONE order of fries! Of all the things on our check- the cheapest item. My daughter and I settle up and leave in a hurry - she said "I knew the manager wasn't gonna do anything the way he was defending her." When we left we walked right past the waitress and the manger, as they appeared to be having a friendly playful convo and they said not ONE word to us. Yea, not comin back here. And I was so excited about watching Love Island "under the blooms" (rolling my eyes).
Service was actually amazing first of all she was a really great waitress. My mocktail was pretty good strawberry rose but eh I would prefer the lychee martini mocktail my friend got cuz it was way less tangy. Ambience was absolutely beautiful like the flowers everywhere really made it a vibe. Lobster Mac was really good very very cheesy which I like and the salmon was okay crispy skin on it so points for that
My server Yahel T. was phenomenal. Great prompt service. I got there right when they opened so not too much of a crowd. Yahel sat me in the beautiful outdoor sunny garden. The bar tender guy made me a delicious strawberry mocktail margarita. They both were very attentive and prompt, very sweet. My sandwich honestly was ok. Meat could have used more seasoning or maybe a radish dip sauce. Food selection was very limited due to soccer game menu only. I'd definitely come back to this majestic garden.
This restaurant is so beautiful! I love the floral decor. We ordered the tuna crudo and beef carpaccio to start with. The present for the dishes are pretty as well. The carpaccio was my favorite of the two. For our entrees, we shared the filet mignon, branzino, and focaccia. Love the branzino a lot! Service was friendly too! Great spot for date night or a night out with the girls. I would love to check out their brunch next time!
Lovely brunch with my girls at Arden Café WeHo on a Sunday afternoon. (6/16/2024) I had been here before when it was a Conservatory Restaurant, on July 10th, 2021, for brunch. Then, after it changed to Arden Café WeHo, I came back on June 16th, 2024, for Sunday brunch with my girlfriends. This restaurant is known for being beautifully decorated with flowers all around, so we were excited to visit. But unfortunately, on the day we went, June 16th, 2024, there was some kind of parade, and so many streets were blocked off. It was really difficult to get to the restaurant. One of my girlfriends drove that day, but because of the parade and all the street closures, we kept driving around in circles. Eventually, we had no choice but to park really far away and walk a long distance to the restaurant. I was wearing high heels that day, so my feet and legs were hurting so much. There were three of us having brunch that day. One of my friends arrived earlier, but they wouldn't give us a table until everyone arrived, so she had to sit at the bar. Since we were hungry, we ended up ordering food at the bar first, and then later we moved to a table. While we were drinking coffee and chatting at the table, the waitress came over and told us that if we weren't going to order more food, we would have to move back to the bar. But we had already ordered and eaten food at the bar because we were hungry. So we just said we were leaving and got up. The service felt so unfriendly and unpleasant that one of my friends didn't even leave a tip at all. When I came here during the Covid pandemic on July 10, 2021, when it was still Conservatory Restaurant, I had a really nice experience. The interior and atmosphere were beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the space was spacious, clean, and lovely. But when I visited again on June 16, 2024, after it had changed to Arden Café WeHo, the service was quite unfriendly, so I honestly don't really feel like coming back.
Just checked out the cafe at Arden! I've eaten at the restaurant before but this is my first time at the cafe and trying their L'Entrecôte sandwiches. Arnold, who was the sole worker this morning, did a phenomenal job making sure we had everything. He brought our drinks to our table -- I got a vanilla matcha latte and my sister got the macchiato. We ordered some croissants to go. For the sandwiches we got one of each - the Entrecôte beef sandwich (the steak is made to perfection and is very flavorful) and the Jidori Chicken sandwich (quality chicken also made to perfection). These were pretty big sandwiches so we each ate half and took the other halves home. My only feedback is having cuter to-go bags at the cafe. The restaurant and cafe are so cute and it would be nice to have something nice to carry out to-go items. Would also be nice to have a "for here" option for sandwiches since it's such nice seating outside and a great place to enjoy food, drinks, and people watching.
Had a wonderful experience at Arden! The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was thoughtfully prepared, and the service was warm and attentive. Every dish felt special, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the dining experience. Looking forward to coming back. The decor was so dreamy
My daughter and I visited the Arden for brunch and we fell in love with the vibes. As soon as you walk in, you feel you are in the middle of a beautiful garden.. The service was amazing.. We order the tuna truffle, crudo, the Mediterranean pita and the lobster mac & cheese. All dishes were to die for.. For drinks we had the lavender lush and a PCH. It's the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, enjoy the moment, and soak in the ambiance. Definitely a spot I'd come back to again.
Arden is an absolute dream! The floral aesthetic is completely stunning and makes for the perfect atmosphere. Every single dish hit the mark, but the Truffle Cacio e Pepe, Fire-Grilled Octopus, and Crispy Curry Cauliflower are absolute must-orders. Plus, finding the secret speakeasy inside was the perfect plot twist to the night. 10/10 recommend!
Just stopped here for a coffee and a croissant the other morning. The croissant was good. Seemed fresh. the coffee, a cappuccino or a latte? Forget what I got. It was ok, the coffee element was not that strong . They have kind of a funny little coffee kiosk that I was not aware of. Looking forward to trying the entrecôte
Had a great time at happy hour at Arden today. All four of their happy hour drinks are delicious and STRONG and they also have great happy hour bites. Vibes were really nice and all the staff were welcoming as well! Can't wait to come back again soon.
My daughter and I found this gem on TikTok & were captivated by the ambiance! The pictures on social media do not do it justice. We arrived early and found street parking. It was not crowded and got seated early- we did not make reservations. They sat us in a comfortable quiet spot with a view of the bar and restaurant. We took so many pics! It felt so girly and romantic lol As for the food? Good side portions, a decent-sized menu, lots of yummy choices, both sweet and savory. It tasted amazing and we did not feel rushed at all. We enjoyed the fresh orange juice and savored the experience. Service was very attentive, despite the fact that by 10am they were jam-packed. We loved it and will definitely be back!
This is one of those "instagrammable" restaurants that truly lives up to the hype. Not only is Arden absolutely beautiful but the food was also reasonable priced for West Hollywood and delicious! We came for brunch and ordered the eggs Benedict, French toast, two mocktails and lobster Mac and cheese and all were amazing! Highly recommend making reservations before coming. Even at 2pm it was packed!

This was my first time coming here with a few of my girls, and we had such a great experience overall! I ordered the filet mignon cooked rare along with the "Taste Like Strawberry" drink. The food was absolutely delicious. My steak was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning and toppings complemented it so well. The ambiance was beautiful, with flowers everywhere and a cozy, moody atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special. The service was great too. They seemed pretty busy when we arrived for our reservation, so we did have to wait a little before being seated, but it wasn't a huge issue. Everyone in my group really enjoyed their food. The only downside came at the end of our meal. I asked for a to go box because I hadn't finished my food, then stepped away to use the restroom. When I came back, the takeout box was on the table, but somehow all of our leftover food had been thrown away. We were all pretty confused because if we asked for boxes, why would they assume we didn't want the food? It was so good, and I didn't even get to finish half of my steak. :( Aside from that mix-up, everything else was wonderful. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were all worth it, and I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

Girls' brunch to celebrate a birthday and some exciting new chapters! It was definitely a hot one-we were sweating and battling mosquitoes- Arden made up for it with cute vibes, great drinks, and food was okay. The bathroom was an absolute lifesaver with amazing A/C and the pertect spot to freshen up. They only had fans in the corner of the restaurant so wouldn't recommend on a hot day (July/ August ) is pretty rough especially the day we went a storm was brewing up so extra humid. Super aesthetic, photogenic, and ideal if you're looking for cute social media pics with your brunch crew. read more

Went for my birthday dinner last Saturday, and the service was absolutely terrible. Entrees took an hour to come out. When I asked to cancelled the entrees, the waitress told us it was too late. Instead of asking us if we wanted our apps and entrees to come out together, she decided to wait 45 mins to put our order for our entrees in. That was the reason she gave us as to why our food took an hour. No apology or anything for the miscommunication. I asked for the check and to-go boxes since we no longer wanted to be in the restaurant. It was HOT, LOUD, and impossible to get service. Literally felt like I was being held hostage. It took another 15 minutes for the waitress to return with the bill. We placed two cards down for the bill to split 50/50. Another 15 minutes pass, and the waitress returns to our table with only one card. She lost my friend's credit card and charged my card the full amount. Every time the waitress came to our table, she immediately fled. It was impossible to ask a question. We had to ask another waiter to help us so we could get boxes and utensils because she forgot. Food was okay, but not worth the price or the hype. There was literally NO LOBSTER in my lobster mac n cheese??? Photo attached. I wish I got a reservation for someplace else, but unfortunately I didn't book early enough so I was left going here. Would nottttt recommend. Came here into town and it was my daughter plan to take me here and her friends to have a late Mother's Day. The food here was good. We had ordered pancakes, salmon Benedict and chicken with fries. The only thing is the chicken alittle dry but it was still good.. I'm not a picky person. It was eatables. Service was great. Walk up to the host stand and got greeted and our waitress was very nice soholy she was great, every now and then ask our table if we need anything. She's very kind and very polite. Ambience here is very nice very decorated with flowers all over and on the top of the ceilings as well. They have outside sitting, patio, bar place..it's well decorated. Just to let everyone know 21 years old and under only can attend here for brunch. FYI ...It's alittle pricey for the portion. If you come here and eat after 12pm you definitely want to valid park for $16.00. Would come back again next time I'm in town. read more

September 24, 2025 | West Hollywood | My friends surprised me & made reservations at Arden! They know me so well! The decor was absolutely gorgeous, pink and super girlie! The food was spectacular as well, definitely shareable plates! Faroe Island Salmon | My Main Dish | Delicious, tender & plentiful! I enjoyed every bite alongside the roasted corn and broccolini! Yum! I would easily order this dish again! Oysters on the Half Shell | Shared | Mouthwatering delicious! Risotto | Shared | Delicious & incredibly garlicky, very powerful! I only recommend this dish if you absolutely love garlic! Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions | Shared | Yum! I enjoyed the combination! Salad | Shared | Wonderful & plentiful! Red Wine | Thanks for several samples until I found the one that I absolutely loved! Customer Service | Phenomenal! Augustine was amazing, patient, incredibly helpful with the menu and thanks again for the wine samples until I found the one I enjoyed the most! You're the best! Decor | Stunning, absolutely gorgeous and there are so many flowers everywhere! I couldn't stop looking around! The place is so pretty! The music was amazing too! I'm giving this place 2 stars because there were some positives, but unfortunately the overall experience really SUCKED First, the ambiance was beautiful. The floral interior was stunning, and even the restrooms matched the aesthetic. The Brussels sprouts were good, the dishes had nice presentation, and the mac and cheese was tasty from the few bites I had off a friend's plate. Let's talk the negatives.... Our reservation was for 8pm yet we weren't seated until 8:30pm We made sure to meet up and get ready on time so we can make it on time to follow policy .......This was frustrating, especially since when making a reservation they strongly enforce policies about late arrivals. That standard clearly wasn't applied on their end. Service and food timing was HORRIBLE Our entrees and sides trickled out and some of us just watched others eat there food ....which completely ruined the flow of the meal. One of our friend's dishes NEVER WAS BROUGHT TO THE TABLE and my side of mushrooms and onions NEVER ARRIVED EITHER Another friend ordered pasta, and her chicken didn't come out on time TO EAT IT WITH HER PASTA... Because of this, I couldn't even fully review my own food I had salmon with a small layer of mashed potatoes, but never received my side. There was a delay across the entire restaurant, and to make matters worse, I overheard two female employees speaking unprofessionally about customers .....with one saying she wanted to tell them to "STFU" because they were saying her name too much. That alone was extremely uncomfortable to hear as a guest. This dinner was meant to be a birthday celebration and the constant delays, missing food, and overall chaos completely killed the vibe. Seats need cleaning, physical Meñu needs cleaning.. to be honest I was a little nervous eating there because I was at the bar and ordered a glass of water and saw a particles floating in the water. In addition to this the bar staff was amazing fiore? I think that's what his name was he was so sweet and attentive. You can tell this place is popular the moment you walk in. I went on a weekday night and it was still packed with people celebrating. The space is super aesthetic and very Instagram worthy. If you are here for photos, this is the spot. The staff is extremely nice and very chill. Genuinely friendly and welcoming. They even showed us a hidden speakeasy door, which was cool, but it is very small and quiet. As someone who is claustrophobic, it was not for me. Sitting outside felt much more comfortable, though it can get noisy from other tables. This is a great place for dinner, chatting, or a date. I want to start off by saying - I'm not sure what the other reviews were about but I had an amazing time. Me and my girlfriends came here - had a reservation on a Friday night at 6 (when they open) and got seated immediately. I got the Tasted Like Strawberry drink, we got the truffle fries to start, I got the salmon, my friend got the filet mignon and my other friend got the lobster pasta. Everything tastes SO GOOD! We were worried "if it looks this cute, I hope the foods good" and it was. Our waitress was super attentive and sweet, as well as the other staff that helped out. I didn't know they had happy hour as well (bar only) but I will def be back!! Parking - valet for 16 bucks or meter parking along the streets. Just make sure you read the signs lol. Visited Arden restaurant for a girls night and was not disappointed! First off, the restaurant is simply beautiful. When you walk in, you can see it has an open concept where the inside and outside blends together. Thankfully the inside is shielded enough from the elements since it was raining the day that we came. Once our whole party arrived, we were promptly seated where I was able to get a full view of the restaurant. There's lots of seating for any size party you may have. Food was amazing and we ordered a number of items. We ordered the yellow tail crudo, wagyu beef meatballs, the lobster Mac and cheese, charred octopus, the faroe island salmon, and my guest ordered pastas for their entrees. Everything was delicious. Arden is the cutest restaurant ever! They have a bunch of hanging flowers on the ceiling and it's just so adorable. I've been obsessed with the aesthetic from the jump, just with pictures, so seeing it in person was the best. Rudy was our server, she was very nice and took care of us. I ordered the espresso martini and it was ok. I've had better, but I'll love any espresso martini. I got the 8 oz filet as my entree, cooked to medium, and it was good. It comes with a side of mashed potatoes and 2 dipping sauces, a green and brown side sauce. Even though the mashed potatoes were a side, whatever they were seasoned with was deliciousss. I loved it. The dipping sauces for the steak were ok. The brown one had a major truffle taste that was over empowering for me. I didn't care for it so I dipped my steak in the green sauce. It was almost like a type of salsa, it was better than the brown truffley sauce. The steak wasn't over seasoned or under seasoned. Kind of in between. For me, an 8 oz steak with a side of mashed potatoes is enough but be aware, it might be small for others. My friend got the jidori chicken and had only positive things to say about it. That entree, if I'm not mistaken, didn't come with any sides, but it was a pretty big piece of chicken. She got the tastes like strawberry drink and it was good. Not too sweet and not too bitter. A bug ended up in the drink and when we told Rudy she handled it with grace and got it remade for us. For dessert we ordered the flourless chocolate cake. It was good, but a little too sticky for me. Rudy did tell us exactly how it would come but I wasn't prepared. All in all the restaurant itself is a 10/10. Service from everyone was wonderful. They offer valet for $17, but it goes up to $20 if you use a card/Apple Pay so always carry that cash! I unfortunately forgot and wasn't aware of the price increase. I had been wanting to go here for some time, this restaurant is Instagram famous and apparently the food is good, not just the decor. The vibes were chill, it was more casual than I expected so that was refreshing because on Instagram it looks like a models hang out. The kind of spot that caters to the younger crowd but it was mostly grownups which was nice. The service was great, and since it was Thanksgiving it was a Prixe fix menu. The food was good but I wouldn't say it was super amazing. Also, I ordered turkey so for a traditional dinner it was good but also would have liked the option to add additional sides instead of entree and only 2 sides. I enjoyed the food, service could be better, and the seating was surprisingly really hot for the patio. It felt like the sun was beaming on us and we were melting. Our server seemed like he was overwhelmed and assigned to way too many tables, it took like 10 minutes for us to get water -- after we received our drinks. Other than that, I love their oysters as they come with lemon and hot sauce, they refreshed us on a sunny day. The truffle fries are a must try, they are the perfect cut, and have the right amount of seasonings not greasy at all. I loved my tuna tartare! The lobster mac was alright, could live without it. UPDATING MY REVIEW: at first my rating was a 4/5 but I came home a few hours after eating I started vomiting. I think it was the oysters it's the only thing I had a bad feeling about. The only reason I'm leaving it at a 2/5 was because the service I had was still great but getting food poisoning celebrating my birthday sucks. This was the rest of my review I originally had.. Came here with a party of 4 to celebrate my friends & I early birthday since we can't be with each other on our actual birthdays. We got there and there's a line of people with reservations, thankfully we also had one through open table (they have a $50 per person if you don't make your reservation). I think everyone there was celebrating a birthday we heard multiple tables singing. They don't do anything for your birthday unless you order a dessert that you pay for. Well I guess they did give us menus that had a happy birthday on the corners. And then if you do get the dessert they give you free shots if you're of age they check ID. I'm currently not drinking so they gave us two real shots and two mocktail ones. The host was very friendly, and our server was great! Food came out pretty quickly except mine because I had asked to add corn to the branzino since they ran out of salmon. Started with oysters. Then our bread and butter came out with our huge Caesar salad, and salmon tartare. We ordered two branzinos, risotto, truffle pasta as our main entrees. Our fries came out last. Since the space is open, it was pretty cold that night, which made it less enjoyable for a special dinner.
