    Hot honey chicken appetizer

Service: 3/5 Food: 3/5 Quality for price: 2/5 For the price, the quality and service just didn't align. The food and drinks were okay, but nothing stood out enough to justify the cost. The drinks also seemed to be made with cheaper alcohol (pinnacle vodka in a $24 espresso martini is crazy), and it was an extra $3 just to upgrade from New Amsterdam to Tanqueray for a Negroni, which felt excessive for what you're getting. For a higher end place, you would expect to automatically get more quality alcohol. We also noted on our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, but unfortunately there was no acknowledgment of it, which was a little disappointing, especially when restaurants often make small gestures that help make special occasions feel recognized. Overall, the experience was just okay, but not quite worth the price.

Food was great; we ordered appetizers and two rounds of mains for 5 people- we did shared meals. Our waiter was friendly, smiled the entire time he would check in on us, he made sure we were good every so often. We ordered the Milk and cookies- must try! The chocolate chip Cookies were fresh warm, crispy, delicious There is ofc a Photobooth ($7) for the girlies but every corner is picturesque tbh. Galerie is perfect for girl dinners, dates, and groups. I made reservation for 5 on Resy- if you need to book more than 5 it asks you to contact the restaurant directly. Valet parking and meter parking on sunset blvd. Reservations are recommended- this place gets packed after 7. I'll definitely be back

Whether you're looking to have a nice dinner or go for out for drinks. They have a bar area. It does stay open until 2 AM. They play live music and have a DJ. The coolest part about this restaurant is that they have a Photo Booth. The service is amazing. The food and drinks is very good. You will not regret coming here. Came here on a Thursday night for date night and the first thing you notice is the energy. It's loud, fun, and very much a nightlife spot. Definitely not somewhere I'd pick for a quiet date night, but perfect if you're going out with your girls and want a lively vibe. We were actually seated right in the middle of the dance floor, which made things a little awkward during dinner since people were already transitioning into the nightlife crowd. Tables were being removed around us as we ate, and we ended up being the only table left in that section for a bit. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it did feel a little odd, so I wouldn't recommend booking a dinner reservation too late if you're going just for dinner and drinks. The food was fine overall, nothing that really stood out in a big way. We tried the ps martini, chicken bites, fries, bluefin tuna, the lumache pasta and the bolognese pasta. Everything was decent, solid, but more "it's good" than "wow, I need to come back for this." You can't really go wrong with chicken bites and fries. What really makes this place is the vibe. The crowd is active and it just feels like a night out from start to finish. There's even a cute photo booth that people were lining up for, and you can't leave this spot without taking a bathroom selfie. Overall, I'd say come here for the atmosphere and the experience, not necessarily for the food. It's more of a girls' night or group night out kind of place where the night itself is the main event.

I came here for Valentine's Day and had a great time. Service was a bit slow but I'm not surprised as it was a holiday and it was very busy. We had to wait for our table so we enjoyed a drink at their beautiful bar. Can't speak for what a regular night might look like. We had the hot honey crispy chicken bites (just okay - nothing to rave about) and a dish from their valentines special menu - a spicy rigatoni that I can't stop thinking about. Please take this as my formal request to add that to their regular menu because I am still DREAMING about it. I devoured my plate Great vibes, great decor, cute bathroom, okay drinks, horrible parking ($20 valet only), would only come back if they bring that spicy rigatoni to their permanent menu. They have the cutest photo booth make sure you check it out!

Galerie is theee restaurant to get a resy if you appreciate aesthetics. The photo booth is film, which is a rare find in this day and age. Service was great. However, if you expect spectacular food, you'd be disappointed. The dishes weren't bad by any mean, just nothing too memorable.

Great addition to the sunset strip! We were seated promptly at our 6:45 reservation time. Service was friendly and the food was tasty. The standouts for us were: the spicy tuna tostada, gem salad and the burger. I also enjoyed my orange wine! The bathroom is also a cute photo op!

Finally got to try this new place on Sunset, very cozy and chic interior. We were seated immediately and our server was very friendly and sweet. Quick service. The dishes were yummy, the lumache pasta is a must try on their menu.

Took my friend to Galerie on Sunset for a birthday dinner! This used to be The Den on Sunset and still has the same great indoor-outdoor layout. We started with the Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Bites and Brussels sprouts--both were delicious. The halibut was cooked perfectly, and while the lumache pasta was a little dry, it still had good flavor. For dessert, we tried the Sticky Date and Milk & Cookies. The Sticky Date was definitely the standout! Great atmosphere and a fun spot for a special occasion or just with friends! I would recommend to take photos in the photo booth when you first arrive as it gets a little crowded!

Definitely liking the vibe this place puts out versus the Den. Service was outstanding. Enjoyed the Mac and Cheese and the shrimp for sure. And they made a great skinny spicy marg. Went with a vegetarian friend so I need to go back with someone who can try all the food to give it a proper shake.

Fun spot! Came here for my birthday with friends and we really enjoyed the food and the vibes. Service was a little slow and the food runners seemed very confused and didn't know which table to drop food off every time he came from the kitchen. Must order the Galerie burger and the lumache pasta. Also really enjoyed the chips and dip. Photo Booth was a fun addition. Would definitely come back

I was absolutely appalled at my experience here the minute we sat down at what might be possibly the worst table the restaurant could provide lopsided and unsteady to the point where my glass practically tipped the table over secondly, myserver was rude and ignored us, the service was the worst I have experienced in LA as for the food the price hardly reflected the quality at all , the ambiance and the vibe were there if seated at the right table and enjoy a very specific crowd. As far as going again I can safely say there are 100 places in LA I would choose over here

    Rachel S.

I had a reservation for 5 booked two weeks out. It was for my birthday, and I had confirmed it multiple times. THREE DAYS before our reservation, I get the most half-assed email basically saying "sorry we had to cancel your reservation. sucks for you". I emailed back expressing my concern and disdain for the way they handled the situation, and I have not heard back in four days. Thus, I'm writing this review. Not only did they cancel a reservation that had been standing for two weeks, but they did it 3 days before my scheduled reservation and acted with such a lack of care for the customer. Not only that, but their short notice of the cancellation made it almost impossible to get a reservation elsewhere. It is obvious that Galerie got bought out for an event by some influencer and prioritized PR and clout over a loyal customer base. I'm a reasonable person, but they cancelled my reservation and offered no resolution; no voucher, no priority booking, no message from the manager, literally nothing. I'm sure the food is good, and the service might usually be fine, but my experience with their shitty customer service team was anything but that. When paying for a nice/fine dining experience, I expect every facet of my time there to be handled with consideration - from booking to finish. Unfortunately, Galerie has not nailed down that part of the experience.

The restaurant is beautiful and reminds me of being in Mexico. A Spanish theme and style. The music volume was tolerable as well as the selection of choice. Felt like I was on vacation for a min. A great spot to have drinks. A great to spot to meet up or even come for a date. The Melrose Mule was cool. Very refreshing like the bartender mentioned. It was different than the usual mules I get. And the Improved Whiskey was like having an Old Fashion and Whiskey Sour together. It did not disappoint. I also had an attentive bartender who had a good attitude. Didn't take long for him to make my drinks nor put in an order for a smash burger. The smash burger was acceptable. It was good, however, I was expecting something a little bit bigger in size. I like the presentation with it being wrapped in foil. It was cooked perfectly, it was hot and flavorful. No complaints other than the size. I wouldn't mind pulling back up for another happy hour when I'm back in the area. They have some more drinks I would love to try.

Each drink comes in its own unique cup/glass and has such a fun presentation. The painkiller was presented to us with some fire elements and the captain's inner circle was hilarious - they ring a bell and all the workers join in on saying you're a part of the inner circle. Now the taste. Both of the drinks were delicious! We love a painkiller and this one definitely didn't disappoint, it totally hit the spot.
