Steak and mashed potatoes
Maddie R.

We had a reservation here for a large group while we were visiting Savannah for a bachelorette trip and I'm so glad that they chose Ardsley Station. Our server was so nice and helped us make our choices all night. First we split the meatballs and calamari for appetizers which were both crowd pleasers! We all also ordered drinks from wine to dirty martinis and everyone enjoyed them so much so that they ordered more than one round! For my entree I had the steak and subbed the fries for mashed potatoes. It was fabulous! At the end of our meal, we asked our server for bar recommendations in the area and instead of just saying he didn't know he brought the hostess over to have her chat with us which was so nice! Definitely would come back here!

Truffled Gnocchi

We decided to try Ardsley Station again during a visit to Savannah. Since it was a late night stop, we decided to share a meal and try something a little different this time. We ordered the short rib with fresh vegetables over mashed potatoes and a side of the truffle gnocchi. The gnocchi was definitely the star of the show. It was soft, pillowy, and perfectly balanced. It practically melted in your mouth, and the truffle flavor was subtle and not overpowering. The short rib was tender, the mashed potatoes were creamy, and the vegetables were nicely seasoned. The only small note was that the carrots could have been cooked just a little longer for my preference. Overall, the meal definitely did not disappoint. I'll absolutely be back the next time we're in town.

Amazing dinner spot! Delicious food. Fantastic atmosphere-very industrial modern decor. Friendly service. Great little spot for Happy Hour or a romantic dinner. Highly recommend!!

Beef Birria Skillet

A really cool spot! The atmosphere is relaxed and very well decorated. The food was satisfying. The Beef Birria skillet was the perfect combination of flavors. The gnocchi was creamy and tasty. The tomato soup was tasty, just a little acidic. The service was overall excellent. Our server Rylee, checked in frequently, and made the experience personable. Surprisingly, it was her first day solo! She is great!

Smoke Gouda grits omg. So so good.

Hot honey glazed wings that Stayed crispy with some real good Blue Cheese dip

Amazing atmosphere sitting on the patio watching the fire, especially with the patio heater keeping me warm as the sunshine settles behind the historic Savannah trees on this warm winter afternoon. The service I had was excellent and paced my meal very well. Enjoyed the discounts from happy hour on my Creature Comforts Tropicália in a nice cold glass and saved a few dollars on my wings as well. Which I then spent on the amazing desert at the end of my meal. The shrimp and grits were timed perfectly as I finished my wings and got a fresh cold glass for my second beer to enjoy with my seafood. The shrimp were plump and juicy and cooked perfectly, I added my leftover blue cheese crumble to the grits which were delicious but the addition of the BC took them to the next level and added more depth of flavor. Highly recommended

Ribs, side salad, and ginger beverage.

Two stars for the hostess and the ambiance. This lunch with tip was $45. The ribs were chewy, disappointing since they were listed as a 'sell-out'. And, when I asked the waitress as some greens she 'forgot' to mention that they came with collared greens. So, I ended up with a side salad ($7.90) that I didn't really need. When I mentioned this to her, her response was 'oops, sorry'. Sorry, not sorry. Would not recommend.

A wonderful friend and I wanted to have dinner. I'm bougie and he's not. Ardsley station seemed a good compromise for our contrasting styles. They have shareables, such as bruschetta, queso, charcuterie, crab cakes, deviled eggs, duck confit, bbq shrimp, poutine, and so much more. I had the bruschetta, made with pimento cheese, red pepper jelly, and radish. The pimento had a bite and I think they added a little extra spice! Great dish, but would have really put it over the top if the bread was toasted just right. They also have burgers (toppings like pimento cheese, smoked gouda, mushrooms, cheddar, bacon jam), salads (Caesar, wedge, and harvest with fruit, feta, pecans, tarragon, and vinaigrette). They also have the large plates section: mushroom gnocchi, pecan pesto, cauliflower za-atar, bourbon salmon, half chicken, beef short rib, pork chop, rib eye. I had the backyard bolognese, made with pappardelle pasta, 12 hour pork, sausage, and parmesan. Overall a decent dish, had that savory edge to it, but seasoning and that BANG flavor was not there to punch me in the face. My companion enjoyed his shrimp and grits. I had a few of the cocktails. Take me home tonight (cucumber vodka, pomegranate liqueur, cucumber shrub, and lemon) was a hit for my friend, who was looking for something sweet. Miss with me. Cloyingly sweet and not a hint of cucumber anywhere (it's the pink drink the in the photo--tell me how it matches the description). My favorite was the Saturn, made with Ford's gin, passion fruit, orgeat, and lemon. It was the perfect balance of bitter and sweet. The blood orange margarita was a miss. Overall unimpressed by the cocktails I had. Main reason for four instead of five stars: one, it was very crowded, tables close together. We were right on top of our neighbors. Acoustics were rough, as we had to struggle to hear each other speak. And our server was fine, but as the end of his shift approached, he was a little pushy about getting us to go boxes and getting us the check (restaurant wasn't near closing yet). Don't get me wrong--I'm all for letting a server get cut, but he could have just said that, rather than being passive aggressive, but in such an obvious way. Additionally, he said someone would check on us. We were there for well over an hour after and no one ever came back. I would have had another drink or two in that time.

Drinks! Jalapeno Margarita is always a win.

This turned out to be our final supper in Savannah. We actually booked this just before heading down to Savannah, so it was certainly a last minute find. It's a cool vibe inside. Diners get a ton of sunlight because of all the windows. We ordered the following items: 1) Jalapeño Margarita: Can never deny one of these. Always hits the mark 2) Truffle Fries: Also hit the mark after a ton of walking around. 3) Pecan Pesto 4) Cauliflower Za'atar I actually spotted the Za'atar when initially reserving the place. That dish hit the mark. The coconut curry made the difference as it had a nice bounce to it. A very delicious dinner and even better service.

Amazing food and really good service. I tried the mushroom gnocchi and it was bursting with flavor. My favorite item on the menu.

Harvest Salad with Chicken

Such a great spot! Far enough away from the main tourist drag that it isn't packed with vacationers, and the spot itself is super aesthetic as well. Service was prompt, friendly and accommodating! The food is the highlight of Ardsley though -- our group had the Harvest Salad (add Chicken) which had great flavors & felt fresh/light while still being plenty filling as a meal. We also split the charcuterie board, which could have used a tad more bread (we ended up ordering extra....it's SO good, and house made) but had such a wonderful variety of meats/cheeses and other goodies. It fed 3 people perfectly! We finished off the meal by splitting the Salted Caramel Cake, which was so good that we contemplated ordering a second one. Would absolutely come back next time I am in town!

Vegan veg curry

We had an excellent dinner There on Sunday night celebrating a birthday and the holiday season. The service Chance gave us was professional, very friendly, precise and inviting. I am vegan and when I don't see a vegan entree on a menu I usually just ask if the chef could make something of his/her choice. I am never disappointed at AS. I had a delicious veg curry over rice. Oh yum! Cocktails were also by good with lovely presentations, and the caramel crunch vanilla cake was def enjoyed by my friends. My dessert was a tequila espresso martini-my go to- made all the more unique and tasty by the use of peanut butter tequila! Sound different? Yes! Go try one! The atmosphere as always was cozy and inviting. AS is one of my fav spots in Savannah, and lucky me, it's only minutes from home!

Beautiful glass, marble, deep colors of navy, mauve, and gold. Service was wonderful, felt welcomed immediately. For my appetizer, I had the crab cake with homemade tartar sauce, which was a light, bright way to start the evening. For my entree, I had the filet mignon. The server will tell you, the menu says tapas, but the servings are larger than that. Meat portions are generous at 6 oz. My only complaint is that I ordered my steak medium and got closer to well done. At least the steak was still moist and not dried out, but I would be hesitant to do the steak again. The spinach risotto I had with it was creamy and cheesy, however, so that was nice. Other options for food include burrata, a charcuterie board, grilled shrimp, sea bass, salmon, scallops. The cocktails are the real star here. They fall under the categories "strong and adventurous," light fare," and "signature." Non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. I started with the medusa 1597, under "strong and adventurous." Made with Old Tom Gin, extra dry vermouth, truffle, grapefruit, and amaro, it was extremely strong. A bold, slow sipper I would have done better to have later in the evening, but I still appreciate the complexity of it. I also had the Bella primavera, a lighter cocktail under the signature section. Made with pisco, blanc vermouth, French herbal liqueur, watermelon, and basil leaf. A smoother, brighter, faster sip than the Medusa. And I also had the blood orange martini, made with French vodka, blood orange, lime, and cranberry. A little sweet, but not cloying, and again, would have been a better starter as opposed to a closer. I think when I return, I will ask the bartender to make me off the menu drinks. This place seems creative enough that the outcome would be fantastic. I loved this place. The vibe, the view, the service, the offerings. Can't wait to see what more they have in store.

To share amongst the table, we ordered the cinnamon toast banane and crispy gouda grit croquettes. Thumbs up on both, particularly the croquettes which were the right balance of gooey and structured enough to eat with the delicious sauce on the side. The cinnamon toast banane was not so much toast as cinnamon rolls with bananas foster; the cinnamon rolls were really tasty and the bananas foster was good, though the bourbon flavor was strong. For my entree, I ordered one of the lighter vegetarian dishes - the mushroom tartine with tomato soup. I think it is one of the lighter dishes - certainly lighter than what my dining companions ordered - but it was still quite rich with a fair amount of gouda fondue in the tomato bisque soup. The mushroom tartine/sandwich was really flavorful with the pesto, cheese and tons of mushrooms. The restaurant is quite large with an upstairs seating area.
