Started off with the appetizers and oh my was blown out of the water with them. The Curds were amazing and the manager brought over a dip to try and absolutely was not prepared for how good it was. IYKYK The drinks were great. There was enough pause between appetizers for another round of drinks and conversation. The appetizers blew us away; the main course was on point. Portion size is appropriate and not overflowing. There were so many items on the menu that I want to try I will be coming back several times. We sat at the bar and the bartender was giving the best service, he was attentive, kind, and made us feel welcome eventhough we were there ordering drinks and food so close to closing. Absolutely loved this restaurant. Great ambiance with such a cool soulful vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Starting with the Wisconsin cheese curds which were perfectly seasoned. My husband and I had the Stone Mountain burger- hands down the best vegan burger I've ever eaten, and I've eaten plenty of them! My sons had the pesto fried oysters and fried half chicken. They both loved their meals. Service was great albeit a little slow due to a large birthday party. We had no complaints and would happily return the next time we visit the Savannah area. read more

I have been to Noble Roots a few times and on my recent visit I guess I was hoping for somewhat of a better experience. I will say overall the food and the drinks are really good. Everything is really fresh and flavorful. One thing that I always find really confusing about restaurants is that they don't allow reservations, yet they allow a waitlist prior to your arrival. You can literally be waiting for hours, depending on the time of day or the day of the week. Myself and my party were told recently on a Friday that we could call 15 minutes before arrival to be added to the waitlist, unfortunately no one ever answered the phone so we just had to wing it and hope that we were able to get a table upon arrival. Luckily we were able to get a table. There was literally two tables left for myself and another party behind us. Again the food and drinks were really really good. I have no complaints there, but sometimes I do feel like the customer service could be somewhat better. I always feel so rushed when I come here, whether it's a party or whether just an intimate dinner with a friend. Literally as I was handing over my menu, the waitress instantly grabbed everything out of our hands. Once our food came, it was as if she didn't have enough time to check on us because she was catering to the party that was in the party room. One of the top restaurants in the Savannah area. It's hidden in Pooler tucked in the back of a strip mall conveniently located off of I-16. The chef sure knows what he's doing and sometimes he will come around and chit chat with the guests which is nice and welcoming. His ravioli is award winning and is phenomenal but my favorite entree is the fried chicken! It is the juiciest and most flavorful fried chicken ever. I don't like breast meat but this place has it down to a science and it's perfection! Cheese curds are a funny must and a large portion and calamari with Peruvian sauce ! Or wings with the Peruvian sauce.. you get it. The Peruvian sauce is dynamite! Definitely venture out to this establishment and you will not be disappointed! read more

This place is a local gem. It's in Pooler so doesn't feel like a tourist trap- they definitely have a lot of locals who come here. It's a really fun vibe and feels like everyone knows each other. The front desk lady was super friendly. They don't take reservations and it gets pretty busy on Friday and Saturday so get ready to wait. Noble Roots is a small, cozy neighborhood bar. I call this a neighborhood bar because the bar itself is the main focus point for the entire establishment. It has a few cozy booth and a couple scattered tables throughout the space. You can either get wine from the back right corner which comes from a wine dispenser or order from the bar itself. They also offer a nice selection of edible dishes which can be edited if you have a food allergy. They offer a nice selection of vegan burgers, seafood, short ribs and salads. Decent proportion sizes and a short happy hour. It's located off of Pooler Parkway in a small shopping strip behind a gas station across from Cost Co. Parking is extremely tight since the strip also host a few other restaurants and if you come during dinner houses you may end up having to park behind the stripe and walking over. read more

I was in town for business, and this spot was a perfect find. I had the blackened salmon over a Caesar salad, and it was prepared to perfection--flavorful, tender, and expertly cooked. We had a reservation for 9 pm. We arrived after 9 pm and could tell right away that it would be a slow process. The restaurant was apparently short-staffed, but once we got inside (seated at the bar), that part of the problem was that the bartender was drunk out of his mind, or perhaps stoned. Whatever it was, he was NOT ok. He ignored us for the first 20-30 minutes, apparently put off because I had tried to flag his attention. Eventually we were waited on, but the damage had been done. We decided to host our Galentine's dinner at this restaurant. My friend made a reservation the week prior for a table for 14, scheduled for Friday at 7:00 PM. I was the first to arrive at 6:45 PM. When I checked in, the host stated that he had called three times regarding the reservation. My friend--the person who made the reservation--arrived about five minutes later and confirmed she never received any calls. It was later discovered that the restaurant had written her phone number down incorrectly. We informed the host that our final party size would be 10 guests and were told they were setting up. I asked if we could be seated early so I could place favors on the tables before the remaining guests arrived. After waiting nearly an hour, we were given multiple and conflicting reasons for why we could not be seated. First, we were told we were late. Then we were told our tables had been given to another party at 6:30 PM and they did not know how long that party would remain. It's important to note that my friend did not book a private room--she booked tables. Despite this, staff then stated they would place us in a room. When we asked if the tables could be arranged together, we were met with yet another excuse. We then asked to speak with a manager. The host went to the back and returned stating that neither the manager nor the owner was available, but that a supervisor would come speak with us. After waiting an additional 10 minutes with no one coming to address the situation, we decided to leave. Aside from two guests in our party, none of us had ever dined here before, and unfortunately this was our first experience. The lack of organization, accountability, and basic respect shown to our group was unacceptable. The fact that no member of management made any effort to speak with us speaks volumes. read more

My husband randomly chose this place while we were staying at airport hotel. It was awesome! We had their burgers and they were fantastic! And the fries..delicious! I had the lobster ravioli which had lobster chunks and was very tasty. The sauce was similar to a marinara which was different but still delicious. The crab bisque was very good as well. This ain't your normal Pooler restaurant...its way better! Not a chain, but a locally designed/owned eating experience focused on wine. WINE - Instead of ordering wine off the menu, you get a card to take up to the wine station where you select a wine, insert your card and push button to select size to pour. The exciting part is that in addition to full glasses, you can pour a tasting, or small glass. This allows you to enjoy more wines with dinner, perhaps one per course in your own self-guided wine-pairing dinner! This system also allows to you get a small taste of an expensive wine that you wouldn't order as a full glass or bottle. They serve craft beer too, so don't worry if not everyone in the party enjoys wine. WINE BOTTLES - bottles are sold at retail prices 8nstead of restaurant prices. If you like a wine at dinner you can buy a bottle to take home. If you want a bottle to drink with dinner, then you simply pay a reasonable corckage fee. They even have wine lockers you can pay for to store your own wine for when you visit next time. FOOD - very good scratch-made food with HIGH QUALITY INGREDIENTS. We ordered burgers, which are quality ground prime/brisket. It was topped with amazing bacon, and super fresh tasting tomato and lettuce. Their fries are uniquely thin, yet wide slices of seasoned potato. I found them just a tad too salty (and I like salt), but were very delicious. HAPPY HOUR is a big deal! Wine and beer is 50% off Tue-Fri from 4-5pm. If you can make it during this time, it is worth starting a bit early. OWNER - We met Patrick, the owner. Our group had a reservation for a birthday party at 7 PM with about 10 people. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the one server assigned to us appeared uninterested in serving our table. While we did receive appetizers, several were either overcooked or undercooked. Shockingly, after waiting three hours, our entrees never arrived. Around 10 PM, someone from our group approached a staff member to request a manager. Instead of receiving help, the staff member became defensive and refused to connect us with a manager. At no point were we updated on the status of our food, nor did a manager ever check in with us. Several people in our group work in restaurant leadership, and we were appalled by the lack of communication, professionalism, empathy, and basic hospitality. This was supposed to be a special celebration, but it turned into an incredibly frustrating evening. I cannot recommend this restaurant. Three hours later we never received food and left. read more

This is a really cute place! We went as a girls group and it was very nice. The scallops were delicious! I loved the sweet potatoes and the cheese grits the most. The sangria was alright, but others in my group loved their drinks. The waitress was really nice and attentive. I've dined here a couple of times previously with a small group of 2/3 people. But tonight I dined in with a party of 8 and sucks to say I will not be coming back again at all. I spoke highly about the establishment to the group because several of the party members never dined here before. However, the service tonight was the complete opposite. We arrived at 7pm and waited about 15 minutes just for someone to come to our table to acknowledge us. Once we ordered our food and drinks we waited almost two hours for our entrees to come out. Once they finally did half of the table food was cold and overcooked. When asked to speak the manager, another server came by and said that there was no manger on duty and they could only discount the food for us and not remake it. Our server was not attentive and not worth the 20% tip on our bills. She constantly forgot what we asked for and when we mentioned the food being cold, she blamed it on the food runner. If I could give zero stars I would. If you want to use this establishment for anything I recommend parties 3 and under. They cannot handle big parties. read more
