They had to cancel on us because of the heat. That wasn't a problem we were totally agreeable with this. They rescheduled for Sunday at nine am. They were a no show on Sunday! No texts, phone calls nothing! I asked them to ask if they were still coming over. Still no response. Five hours later, I posted a remark on FB to warn others about this snowflake company. Then they contact me trying to make it right. Jay said they were rear ended and were trying to reach out to all of their appointments. I know that they didn't haven't that many appointments because he told earlier that they were stopping all work before 11am because of the heat. I even suspected that they would say they were in car wreck. Come on, we've all had accidents before and still had time to cancel appointments or call the boss. They blew us off because we were a small order. We only needed two palm trees trimmed. If they would have shown up we would have used them yearly for our other big trees. Terrible company, never shows up when they say they will. terrible quality of work, had to have work re done multiple times buried brick in my yard that was supposed to be removed. didn't remove bushes as agreed upon bushes then grew through the rock that was put in the yard. after asking Jay to come fix it he threatened to fight me when I asked him to be professional and treat my yard with the same type of labor he would like done in his own yard. stay away from this business, but you shouldn't have a problem as they barely show up for the appointments they make with you. be warned when they do they will take your money and say the stuff you agreed upon is an extra charge. Update: I spoke with the owner and he sent his crew back today to fix the sprinklers and reblow out the yard. Its looks much better now. I had 5 cypress trees removed from my yard. I was impressed they removed even the roots unlike another company we used years back who just cut the tree down to ground level leaving a little stump. However, clean up was not very good. The rocks in my yard were all messed up and twigs were left all over. They also broke 3 of my sprinklers causing flooding in my flower bed. I am currently waiting for them to come out and repair the sprinklers. read more

I initially had an appointment on Monday, 3/25, but there was an extenuating circumstance that prevented them from keeping that appointment. Long story short, the job was finally done on 4/3. First appointment time coincided with 50 mph gusts (thurs 830am)I contacted business to reschedule for workers safety. Second appointment (Monday 830 am) business owner requested a later time from 830 a to 2 pm. After more than 1 hr late I contacted business for ETA and was told about an hour due to " flat repair". We were unable to keep this time due to a zoom call I had planned at 530pm. Third appointment made for Wed 830 am with a 10 dollar decrease in quote. Welp. It's now 1130 pm wed night and I have been stood up completely with no reach out from business. Disappointing business practices. Requested a quote to maintain property once initial services were completed and despite several promises to provide same it has never been received. Needed help securing my insulation covering to the ceiling on my 25' tall warehouse. I couldn't use a genie lift because of all the rolls of Artificial Turf I have stored under the area. We have a very low maintenance yard we are able to tend to ourselves most of the time. But the recent wind and having a newborn baby created a pile up of leaves and bushes and trees needing trimming. I sent out a Yelp quote request with photos of our small front yard and received several responses. Jay was quick to respond with the most reasonable quote. We scheduled a time for that week Wednesday for him to come out. Unfortunately, I needed to reschedule due to an appointment that needed to be taken care of on Wednesday, so we rescheduled for Thursday. On Thursday he said he was running behind schedule, so he would be late and gave me an estimated time. When it got closer, he contacted me and asked to schedule for Friday morning since he wouldn't be able to make it that afternoon. Friday morning he contacted me again to push it back to later in the day. Not a big deal for me, since I'm mostly at home with the new baby and didn't have to be anywhere. Jay and one other worker arrived and quickly started on the yard. They finished quickly and cleaned up all mess. I was satisfied with the quality of work. I took off one star due to the constant rescheduling which would be upsetting if I had other plans but was ok for now since I am currently at home most times.
