I reached out to several electricians for an issue with my bathroom lighting. Only 1 of 4 electricians even bothered to respond - RGE. They discussed the issue I was having with me and suggested I take a few steps to see if I could fix the issue myself and if those steps didn't work, then they'd come out and work on. Their advice over the phone was really helpful and ultimately fixed the issue I was having. They even followed up with a phone call a week later to see how things went. This level of customer care is practically unheard of in the construction industry these days. Though I didn't use RGE this go around, they'll definitely be on my speed dial when we're ready to upgrade our service panel in the next year.

So it was a no-brainer to text Sal when I needed to add a new electrical outlet in my outdoor room for a subwoofer. I sent some pictures and a description of what I was looking for, and Sal quoted a fair price. He was out the next day to install the outlet, and I am very happy to have my subwoofer in a much better location for my outdoor room. Now I need to find a credenza or something to hide his great work under the TV and put the sub next to it.
