The proteins and tomatoes were perfectly grilled with right amount of char. The meats were tender and juicy. I was only going to eat half and save half for tomorrow, but I ended up eating majority of the entire plate and fell asleep in food coma bliss. 10/10 I would do it again.

Not to mention it's made on the premises. These guys distribute their bread to tens of businesses in the lower mainland. Only problem with this Iranian restaurant would be the language barrier. You must be clear with your order to make sure they get it right. For example they forgot my kebab plate today so I had to remind them. Another thing, they usually carry breakfast cream which you won't find elsewhere. It's so good, creamy and fresh. They have ayran, shallot yoghurt and some beverages on their fridge as well.
