I was hesitant and waited for a month to see perhaps if the service I received would change or I would get use to them . First service was my lips was kinda weirded out at the beginning because was performed in the middle of the salon in a recliner at the waiting area no measurements were performed just straight eyeballing thru my lips was not too crazy about my results but I could live with them as they are . Then made an appointment to micro-blade my eyebrows mind you I had already had them done a year ago so u could see my previous natural looking eyebrows well to my surprise the format the esthetician was doing felt different again no measurements just eyeballing,but I trusted the owner Jenna telling me the expertise of the esthetician when I was done I looked at the mirror I thought to myself ok this must be a tik tok moment where they show u and u freak out but then she wipes it and it looks good ,but nope she wiped it and it stayed black and no strokes naturally looking ,it is now more like two stickers , immediately she seen I was in shock and told me they will get lighter . I waited a week the color never scabbed or got lighter. I then spoke with the owner Jenna where she told me to come in for a neutralizer for my eyebrows and at the same time retouch my lips ,got to the appointment I also had for Botox and filler (I know I was an idiot to add more services despite all the red flags) Jenna was trying to convince me they were perfect and they will get lighter and will look beautiful well I worked in a salon before too and I myself used the same lingo that it's in the costumers head . She used a neutralizer and nothing happened still in my head I'm thinking just give it time . Then I proceeded for my Botox which maybe that's what Jenna daughter do the most pretty straight forward between the middle of my eyebrows. However for my filler that I have done many times I clearly told her to inject me on the cheeks for my marionette lines she told me the best way was to inject them around nose and etc as she was injecting me I felt so much pain as she was twirling the needle in different places . I sensed she was getting nervous and showed me the mirror I was not seeing any different other than the lines were getting deeper it was to then she told me I should get more on my cheeks at more cost I then told her that's what I wanted from the first place well the apple does not fall to far from the tree she as well was trying to convince me it was looking great and so on , at this point I realized I made a big mistake getting all these services at a whooping $1,700 and not happy with none of my services waited about a week to call Jenna finally I did showed her pictures she was receptive and giving me all kinds of excuses but at this point I was not going to go back to get nothing fixed like she offered. Neither did I ask her for money in return due to I blame myself for not following my intuition and continue to let her inject me knowingly her daughter was in the middle of testing for her NP. When I should've jumped out of that bed !!! Needless to say Jenna became offensive with me and insulted me and even threatened me that I cannot post nothing negative. Here I am a month later unhappy with all my results and now have to pay more money to fix everything I thought a lot of posting this becouse honestly I'm not mad at them was my bad choice but I am doing it for all those ladies that are looking forward for improvement and feeling better about themselves this is not the place! read more

I hesitated to write this review but I wanted to share my experience. I had poor results, my lip tatto was uneven and didn't not follow my natural lip line. During my second appointment, I expressed my concerns. The artist disagreed and was NOT receptive. After a few minutes of back and forth, the side of my lips was filled and rebalanced. I was told to schedule another appointment, which I indeed need because my lip still looked uneven. However, I had to reschedule because of an unexpected trip. I tried to set up an appointment but the spa has been unresponsive for almost 2 weeks. Mistakes happen and lip tattoos are a bit complicated. There will be some fine tuning and this is something that I understand but the manner how issues are resolved ( or lack of it) has been disheartening. At the end of the day, I have to live through with this semi permanent makeup. Please do your research before proceeding. I do NOT recommend this place. I nabbed a PicoSure laser tattoo removal session from Esthetics by Jenna on Groupon for $44. I hesitated at first to make the purchase because I could not find ANY reviews for this particular service by this particular provider on Groupon or Yelp. Even weirder, tattoo removal is not mentioned at all on their company website. In the midst of the pandemic, though, I figured maybe I was being too picky. These people handle lasers in some of their other highly-reviewed esthetic work, so how bad can it be? Fast forward past a few weeks of excited anticipation. I showed up for my appointment a few minutes early. The business is located in an ill-maintained ramshackle building that makes you pause and wonder what the fudge you are doing there as you activate your car alarm. It was a little difficult to navigate at first because the sign on the door of Suite 102 has a different name on it- something about Naomi and her spa (?) and when you enter, there is no clear reception desk or point of contact to approach. So, I sauntered on into the 2nd room which appeared to be the waiting area. As I sat there, I got this odd sensation that things were amiss. I noticed a candy dish. Its age was telling because it is September and there were still candy canes in it from days of yore. It struck me as strange to see anything like that out at all. Most places have cast these niceties aside in favor of vats of sanitizer and basically nothing else for you to touch. I also noticed that the chairs appeared-- well, "normal." They were not spaced 6 feet apart or offering any illusion of social distancing. I could hear the esthetician in the adjoining room speaking to another client. The door was open and I was seated directly in her line of sight. When I heard her cough + sniffle, my head jerked in her direction. These days I think it's perfectly reasonable to jump out of your skin a little bit when anyone so much as clears their throat. And then you settle back down a bit when you verify that there is a wall of protection between you + the offender in the form of mutual PPE. However, that was not the case here. The esthetician did not have a face mask on. No cloth mask, no paper mask, no N95 respirator, no face shield, no gloves, no PPE of any kind at all actually. At this moment I realized I had entered a new dimension. A dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. It was a land of both shadow and substance, of completely f'd-up things and ideas. I had just crossed over into... The Twilight Zone. I tried to imagine acceptable reasons in my head why she wouldn't be wearing a mask as a provider of such personal services. But there are no acceptable reasons for this(!!) It felt weird to hear every word that she and the other client shared. When she departed (shortly after my scheduled appointment time), the other client seemed pleased with her experience in the office. It occurred to me that maybe she was blind or perhaps from another planet. The esthetician then approached me. She was NOT wearing a face mask. NOT wearing gloves. NOT giving any f's at all. I asked her if she was Jenna. She said yes, but she seemed oddly unconvinced of this fact. She proceeded to do the whole intake thing. She asked me a series of questions about my previous experience with tattoo removal and why I wasn't going to the same person for this session. Kind of a weird line of questioning, but all I could think the entire time was IS SHE GOING TO PUT AN EFFING MASK ON NOW?!? The answer was no. Instead, she proceeded to tell me how her PicoSure laser is more like a pen, not like the professional PicoSure laser experience I have had before, and furthermore she uses it lightly- especially since I am Caucasian (?) "but that's okay" because she will give me "two sessions for the price of one." Translation = her laser sucks. Her professional hygiene sucks. This ALL absolutely sucks. She mentioned I would need to come back in 2 weeks for a 2nd appointment. 2 weeks? That doesn't even make sense. You space out tattoo removal appointments two months, not two weeks. Your body needs time to eradicate the ink on its own, that is the entire point. I am not new to this. Was she? I just can't stop trying to rationalize why this state-licensed "health and wellness professional" is breaking the law and jeopardizing my life, her own, and that of all of her clients. She scoured the office for a pen for me to fill out paperwork, but I scrambled fast and told her I have my own pen, thankyouverymuch. I decided then that this Beginning was actually The End. So I handed her back the clipboard. I looked her dead in her unmasked face and I told her, "I'm sorry, but I am not comfortable with the fact that you're not wearing a mask. I can't do this. It's too high-risk. I want a refund from Groupon." Was she nice? Yes. "Jenna" was fairly pleasant. Did she put on a mask at this point? Nope! She didn't even offer. I've been getting facials and different treatments done every month by different places for the last 5 years or so and almost every time I go, the esthetician makes me feel awful about my acne and scarring, which is one of my biggest insecurities, and I leave feeling even more self conscious. On Friday, I saw Anita for Microneedling with PRP and it was by far the best experience I have had! She was so kind, made me feel comfortable, and was very knowledgeable. I am one who doesn't wear makeup daily. I will wear bronzer, color gloss and use a eyelash curler if I had a special occasion- a wedding, birthday event, etc...Reason for no makeup daily is maintenance, time & know-how, I have no idea how to apply appropriately. I choose eyeliner & permanent lip color because I wanted to add subtle color & look to my everyday. As I am upper 40s I wanted to keep it subtle & natural, but youthful. Jenna was great at achieving what I wanted. I did 3 eyeliner & lip sessions to achieve my look. It was bareable- pain as she applied a topical numbing ointment 1st. I only had 1.5 days of little swelling on my upper eyelid & little on my lower. Applied neosporin & coconut oil after day 1 of each session. The lips were swollen after each session just for about a day or so. The bright red lasted about 4-5 days at most. After that I can see the true color I wanted. I liked that we did 3 sessions because after my 2nd lip session the color was a bit too subtle, so on my 3rd she added more coloring. My eyeliner is all done/I'm very happy with it. As for my lips, the photos are about 10 days post 3rd visit. I'm very happy with how it's looking & how the color is coming out. Jenna was patient and skilled at her trade. This was important as this is permanent make up, & from someone who doesn't wear any, I wanted to be sure I went to someone I can trust. The space is COVID safe. I went there for a touch up recently. As always Jenna is amazing and did a great job!!!

Jenna was a little late, and sort of rude to me the whole time. She thought it was appropriate to talk about how all men scientifically cheat while getting me ready for my BRIDAL shower. The lashes weren't even, and one fell off within 4hours. The contour was so orange. She kept suggesting I get bed and spray tans. Her naked palettes were not the correct colors which leads me to believe they were counterfeits. She relies on fluorescent lighting so you walk out looking like a clown. She is definitely not good for anyone with moderately sensitive scalp. She did not do a good job of making me feel secure in myself. She didn't set anything. She advertises that she does airbrush wedding makeup but used cream makeup for the trial. So either she was never going to use airbrush, or was going to use it day of without a trial. read more

most incredible results and personal investment that ever made! honestly! unknowingly, after my first time getting to know jenna the owner and professionally licensed and trained gifted esthetician who has 25 years making individuals like myself, feel better on the inside than what she unknowingly would create on my outside! unbelievable or backwards, right?? however, the very same day i had the procedures completed, my self esteem returned to almost the same level that i had when i was a 25 year old young woman who was confident, fun, and not stuck in the mirror for, sadly, up to 10 physically painful hours a day trying to fix my newly developed imperfections on my face that i thought were age related! i was shocked immediately when i was encouraged to look in the hand held mirror hesitantly while still in her comfortable chair! she completed the procedure in about 30 minutes when i had previously had the procedure completed by another esthetician that not only charged 5x more for the exact procedure! but unknowingly, while she seemed to know how to and what to do to ensure i had the results promised in her introductory statement of all her marketing materials or advertising throughout various social media sites! naively, three hours after the procedure was completed for the first session, i was under the impression that the results i now permanently had, were just part of the process that she totally brainwashed me into thinking that a little bit is better than nothing! well well! please do not fall for strategically created and targeted marketing materials or plans that hype up the esthetician's capabilities! clearly, jenna's 25 years of transforming peoples lives on the outside and for me, most importantly, my gradually self-destroyed inside is an effortless talent that you must make sure your artist honestly not only a license to exist! but, far more important is that the professional's subconscious talent or immediate natural ability to identify what is needed, achievable, and capable of achieving based on her years of knowledge collected from working on thousands of woman from every background including; young and older men, woman, rich, poor, disabled, ethnicities, cultural rules or requirements, and or individuals who suffer from a deformity or once permanent injury that many are clueless that jenna the esthetician, has pictures of her ability to minimize significantly the life altering effects of living with visual scars that, unknowingly, they have artists like miss jenna to turn to for help looking and feeling better than they have in recent years! i would never suggest that anyone risks their health, self esteem, or pocket book if i had not had an incredible experience with unbelievable results! and, to be even more excited! i have my follow up appointment tomorrow and my initial results are already incredible looking and life changing! jenna you are an angel! thank you so much, julia d. weiss juliaanda@yahoo.com read more
