The lip is always dry, chapped, peels a lot and very tight no matter how much chapstick I use. The area above my lip is white because of the numbness. I can't feel if my nose is running or bleeding, which it does frequently. It always feels like a "fat lip". Upper bleph: I have permanent eyeliner that was very expensive. He cut right through the eyeliner instead of going above it like on the other eye. I've spent $500 trying to get it fixed to no avail. The eyeliner will forever be uneven from side to side and look weird on one side. The laser: I have a small widows peak. He lasered that peak off. I lived through the growing back which was very awkward. Now the hair won't grow very long and has a mind of its own. It doesn't behave the way it used to and because it's always short, it's very hard to control. These may seem like small things but I mention them because he was very cavalier and arrogant when I came back in a year later. A good plastic surgeon pays attention to these small details.

I've only ever got her admins on the phone, which was always to change my appointment time to make it more "convenient" for them. If they are THIS willing to push client's needs aside for vacation days and other miscellaneous events, it has made me severely hesitant and apprehensive to have her perform my surgery. She'd probably just make my boobs whichever way she wanted and not take my thoughts into account just because that would be "convenient" for her. Being a petite woman, I had never considered having any type of abdominal reduction before; however, due to Dr. Streu's encouragement, I agreed to have this procedure done. I never asked for this procedure that cost me $10,822.40, subjected me to pain and major swelling for 4 months and left me with an unsightly scar. I know I spent countless hours looking at photos, figuring out if I could actually go through with changing a facial feature as prominent as the nose. Well, I did it! The one who I read had openings was not my first choice, so I was led to believe that another doctor, whose online bio appealed to me, would be shown the form I filled out and I'd get a response. So, I never got a response. I called in June to remind her and was told "the doctor was on vacation" blah blah blah. She promised she would show the doctor my inquiry and I'd hear back either way. This didn't happen. That conversation was on June 5th and it is now over a month later. I give up on this practice. How can you be offering "concierge" medicine which is supposed to devote extra time to patients and completely ignore a potential new patient who is willing to jump in and pay the practice MONTHLY whether being seen or not? Ugh.
