I substituted the English muffin for a biscuit, added smoked salmon, and asked for extra hollandaise. Life changing. The biscuit was such a delicious upgrade with the smoked salmon, eggs, and that rich, creamy hollandaise. I honestly didn't want the meal to end. But the real finale was the crème brûlée. Absolutely perfect. The caramelized sugar on top had that beautiful crisp crack when I broke into it, while the custard underneath was silky, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, just rich enough, and the contrast between the delicate caramelized topping and smooth custard was exactly what a great crème brûlée should be. Paired with my last espresso martini, it was an incredibly satisfying way to finish the meal. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'd love to see a few more vegetarian and pescatarian options on the menu.
