First off at check in I was caught off guard with the payment upfront and made me feel like an idiot. I did receive a text letting me know that a payment would be required but no actual amount, hence not prepared to pay several hundred dollars. The front desk person kept on repeating - well, you were sent a text and it was opened. Yes the text came through but again not even an estimate amount. So I was prepared to pay the average copay. Second - when I was called for my imaging, I was being questioned over and over as to why was I getting those images. Listen I'm a patient and my doctor ordered what she ordered because She felt that was importante to get looked at. I'm a patient not the medical professional. if they have issues with my imaging order then contact my doctor. I pay a lot of money every month for private insurance so just complete my medical doctor's order and don't make me feel awful for being there.

The scheduling folks are not located at any of the MRI locations. They are in some centralized office who are in need of training. First error sent me to a 2D machine and was not what my doctor ordered. They canceled and rescheduled me a week out. Then several more locations the last in this review was the correct one. After I posted this review I received a request to complete their survey. I've been a customer for years for more common services like X-rays but never a survey. The power of Yelp reviews. Forms to fill out. Television sitcom playing with medical related commercials. Maybe a couple dozen chairs of which there are about 7 or 8 clients waiting. And before I can finish typing those last two sentences a door to my left opens and my name is called. I gather my loot and hustle back to the technician and ask what direction. He points the way and asks if I'm wearing a bra. Apparently the no bra plan has a quicker turn around, fwiw. Young man directs me to stand in specific location and shares the tip that the closer I stand to the platform the better the xray results. Well let's get this done. The first one done and now a turn to my right and hold the bar above head -he says no swinging. Yes, I asked. Seems he's been told the same thing. One more deept breath -and hold it, and I am done. So they rescheduled me for a different location today again. When I gave the technician my implant card from Abbott, they told me I needed a 1.5 MRI machine which they did not have. So I had to reshedule again for a different location on a different day. They do not have their act together at all other than the technicians are great.

She came across as passive-aggressive, rude, and on a power trip. She honestly reminded me of the stereotype people have about TSA employees. This is a medical facility where people are dealing with very serious health problems. A little kindness and compassion go a long way. There is a professional way to enforce policies without making patients feel like they're an inconvenience or talking down to them. I've always had good experiences here, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management addresses it because the front desk is the first impression patients have, and they deserve to be treated with respect. I had a ct scan on 10/15. WS told very sternly by the new office manager that from now on, I have to bring someone with me; that they are short staffed and will not spend the 75 seconds required for the ct scan to sit with me! The office mgr at this location has a lot to learn about customer/patient care. If this were my clinic, she'd be gone. The other issue is that I asked them to print out the films on a cd and mail it to my neurosurgeons office in Phoenix! Not only did the surgeon never receive it, but when I called advanced to see if they sent it out, they said there was no date indicating when it was sent, just says "mailed." Now I know usps has been slow, but it doesn't take 15 days to mail a cd from Mesa to Phoenix! THIS OFFICE IS COMPLETELY INEPT AT ANYTHING. There are plenty other radiographic places to go; why settle for an office that just doesn't care. Definitely will never be going back there.

Had a poor experience. Only reason for 2 stars is the check in and reception process was efficient…read more After that the experience was poor. Went there on a Sunday afternoon at about 430. After getting checked in for a possible broken elbow, vitals were taken and MD examined. We were told the xray tech was in with someone and we would be next. We sat there for over an hour (I can't imagine one set of X-rays took an hour). X-rays were finally taken in less than 5 mins. Then after sitting another 30 mins, I asked how long it would be until someone could look at the xray. I was told "this is the part that takes a while" and that I "was lucky they were still on the day schedule because the night time wait time can be up to 4 hours." We waited about 20-30 mins then asked again how long it would be. They couldn't give me a TAT so we got up and left. We were there for over 2.5 hours to have 3 X-rays taken. And who knows how much longer it would have taken to have someone read the X-rays. I don't believe there were a large number of patients there at the time. The parking lot only had a few cars, waiting room was empty and the nurses desk outside the exam room had the same nurses/techs/MDs sitting there our entire wait. Their website says little to no wait. How healthcare should be. That was not my experience at all.
