I am beyond over the hold times of this office! Hire more help! Second your front desk is unorganized and uneducated on where to send people to pay a bill. I have waited on hold for days and multiple times. I can't get a number to call to pay the bill last time all systems were down. Your front office represents your business. It is time to grow up! The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of seating, the dressing room offers deodorant and wipes for after and cute little cubby areas with celebrity names and you pick who you want to be for the moment (I picked Tina Turner)!! Great experience scheduling and receiving my Mammo. However, after the fact I waited 8 days for results. I had to call to followup several times. Each time the stated wait time far exceeded the stated time on the call. Without sharing too much I am still waiting to talk with them. Currently on hold for 30 minutes. read more

Still problems with this facility. My appointment was made almost a year ago. I have tried 3 times to get ahold of someone via phone and sat on hold over 20 minutes each time and no one gets on the line. Tried emailing, no response. Cannot cancel the appointment on their website, only allows a reschedule. I plan to stop coming here but can't even get my appointment canceled. Horrible customer service. I have been coming to this facility for a few years and have had outstanding service each time. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and efficient and the check in process is a breeze. The waiting room is pristine and spacious with comfortable seating. The entire process is personable and professional. The changing rooms provide the appropriate privacy and are equipped with deodorant and wipes. As expected lockers are available to store your personal belongings. The lockers themselves are generous in size but what makes them unique are the celebrity names you can choose from. This is a nice whimsical touch and you will definitely not forget which locker is yours! Online booking is available but I appreciate the option to book my next years appointment upon check out and results are generally received within a few short days. I live in Mesa so the facility is not necessarily convenient to where I live but it's definitely worth the trip over. read more

The front office here is so rude, like so many other reviews have stated. I emailed ahead of time on pricing and booked my appointment. When I arrived, the front office, said they will not honor the pricing that I received online and confirmed and paid for! Wait what???? No manager to talk to, the front desk yelled at me to pay or leave well I'm not paying $300 more and walked out. WARNING!! WASTE OF TIME! Went over month ago to Chandler location.. Very rude and hostile front office! Took 2 sets of films as first ones blurry. I waited six weeks for results. Said inconclusive and needed previous years report which I left at office to complete report. I sent report again. No answer yet. No one has responded to my emails about what to do for follow-up! I made an appointment a little over 6 months ago for a mammogram. I was denied care due to my insurance. I received an email from this company (6 months later) notifying my of an upcoming appointment that I never made. I called to cancel and I was informed my insurance was more acceptable to receive care........Lol. Shame on this entire whole company for denying a woman breast care due to an insurance company that is not accepted. I could have paid out of pocket. Shame on this whole company. Poor customer service. The front desk person would not let me explain my physician office and what they have done. She just repeats herself, " I can't send results to a Dr you have not seen in a year." I never said that. I was trying to explain to her that my Dr. Is the physician over the business, he now has NP's. She would not let me explain. She just kept repeating herself. The price they give you initially is way off of what they actually charge. The charge will most likely be 5x the amount. I did not receive any additional procedures and the cost was 5x what i was initially quoted. I gave them the correct insurance information, procedure code, and still received a dishonest quote. Talked to the billing department literally 10 times. Its a waste of time dont bother calling them. read more

This location in Chandler is amazing. Everything from scheduling, to the front desk, to the technicians, and doctor. The whole thing went amazing. Front desk staff is probably the friendliest I've encountered at any doctor I've been to. It was my first mammogram and I'm 37 so a little nervous, but every single person I saw made me feel so comfortable and also made sure I was in fact comfortable (or as comfortable as you can getting a mammogram lol). I drove from Mesa to Chandler to go here and I'd drive from buckeye to Chandler just to continue to go to this office. I can't thank everyone enough for the great experience. read more

I just want to share my experience that I had at this facility. When booking I was told I didn't need a physican order unless my insurance required. I called my insurance and they said I did not need a doctors order because this was part of my wellness package. I called back and scheduled the appointment with no problems. The problem started as soon as the lady at the front desk started the checkin process. From the very beginning the lady had an attitude. I gave her my insurance and ID card. She said she needed a physican order. I explained that was not what I was told by the scheduler and my insurance. She then becomes loud and irritable and says "you will not be seen today without this. What are you not understanding". Eventually I call my doctors office and luckily they were able to call in an order and fax one as well. My doctors office heard her in the background and commented on how rude she was. After I was all checked in I expressed that I wanted to talk to her manager. She wasn't available at that moment as she was on the phone but I was gonna be certain I was not gonna leave without talking to her. On the upside the mammogram was a very pleasant experience. The technician was extremely friendly and professional. It didn't even hurt. I told her I appreciated her and that she was awesome. I finished and went back to the front desk and requested to talk to the manager again. I did talk with her. She was extremely friendly, calm and explained the process easily. She said if my particular pcp requires an order then they have to have it. What still doesn't make sense is if I didn't have a pcp then what happens? Anyway she was polite and informative. I told her I wanted her to hear from a patient's perspective the first impression this lady is giving off to their clients. I also want upper management and the doctors to know my experience. It's ashame that one person can ruin the patients experience. It's my hope that other women do not have this same experience and that upper management knows what type of person is representing their company and that's the first person you see and interact with. I would also like to add I went to the same office 5 years ago and had zero issues. Of course the staff was different at that time. read more

They are amazing! They treat you with such compassion during an process that is normally completely uncomfortable and a bit scary waiting for results. No one enjoys getting their breasts clamped flat like a pancake and a large needle shoved in them BUT if it has to be done on a regular basis, I couldn't be happier having them be the ones to do it! I'm so glad they don't bombard me with a bunch of paperwork when I arrive. I do a quick and easy update on a tablet that they supply. I'd recommend this to anyone needing a mammogram. This place used to be great and it made me feel comfortable going in for exams. Now ever since they hired new office woman (with no people or office skills) the way I've been treated has gone horribly down hill. EVERY single time I schedule an appointment here there is an issue or they cancel my appointment or need something else from me and I end up playing tag all day with them. I used to just schedule an appointment and that's it. I need a mammogram every year as I am a high risk patient. When I just called last week to make my annual mammogram appointment for next week I was relieved there was no issues as I am very behind on getting my exam. Today I get a call from the office lady saying they canceled my upcoming appointment because they have in the notes I need another kind of exam instead. I always get the same exam.. so I asked it was necessary I do this other exam instead to just do it at my already scheduled appointment time and she said she cannot bc they canceled it. Why on earth would you cancel my appointment and not just change the kind of exam I'm getting in the same time slot?! I had to request this off from work and coordinate a ride to be there on that specific day I had available only. I am several months over due since I lost my insurance when Covid hit, and will not be available for two more months aside from the one day I had scheduled with them) Also I just need a basic mammogram and said I don't want to pay more to do a diagnostic and all that bc it's not necessary and she said I'd have to talk to my doctor. I don't even see a doctor!!! I only go to the doctor when I am sick!! The cancer institute told me to get screened every year with the gene I carry to be as preventative as possible and I am just trying not to get breast cancer. The last thing I need when I worry constantly about cancer and having to do these appointments every year is to have a hassle every time I try to book an appointment. The lady wouldn't let me reschedule my appointment because she said they probably couldn't fit me in now (meaning she just didn't want to bother trying since I was annoyed on the phone with her) Now I need to find a new mammogram facility because between these incompetent office ladies (Who I'm pretty sure our racist against White people btw) and the nurse fat shaming me every time I'm there I'm tired of the treatment here. These people don't care at all about their patients and have zero compassion.. woman with cancer or worried about cancer should not have to go through all this hassle just to make an appointment each time. These ladies should be fired.. ever since they were hired it's been horrendous customer service and scheduling. I work at a doctors office.. and If I just cancelled an appointment like that on someone without customer confirmation at the doctors office I work at I would be in serious trouble with the doctors I schedule for. Solis Mammography at 2081 W. Frye Road in Chandler, AZ is awesome. I've had the same technician (Jas) two or three years in a row. She is very professional, friendly, fast and still gentle. The woman working the front desk is always also very professional and friendly. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, booking online is easy, and, after the first year, they allow patients to review and update information on a tablet rather than making us fill out paperwork. The office is clean and the parking is easy. I highly recommend Solis Mammography in Chandler. read more

My last mammogram experience with Simon Med was so unpleasant that it took 12 years to schedule another one. I reluctantly scheduled an appointment with Solis and am so glad that I did. Checking in was easy and the front-desk receptionist was absolutely lovely. The facility is very clean and quiet, with a friendly and comforting staff. The technician was informative and gentle. Unfortunately a spot was detected. The radiologist on location showed me the area and explained how we'd proceed. The biopsy was completed two weeks later and I received a call within two days with the good news (benign). It was comforting to have an all female staff and female radiologists on location. I felt informed, respected, and that my questions and concerns were heard. Mammograms are not the most pleasant activity, so a competent female-centered office is so appreciated. Solis contacted me to schedule my yearly mammogram. They wait until I get there to inform me that (supposedly) I need an "order" to get a routine breast exam. This doesn't even seem right, but, the person at the check-in counter refused to elaborate or look into it. Basically dismissed me and told me to call my doctor. What? I am already standing there and scheduled to get a mammogram that day? You can't make a two minute phone call to my physician's office and try to verify or resolve? The people behind the desk at Solis are just punching a clock. Zero willingness to help. Zero customer service or care for a patient. Just dismissed. Will never be back. read more

I found Solis on line after an abnormal mammogram at Banner Imaging. I was told to get another mammogram and ultrasound ASAP, but the only appointment I could get at Banner was 3 weeks out, and that was not acceptable after being told I might have cancer. I was able to get an appointment at Solis in Chandler 4 days later. I was treated professionally and everyone was so kind. The gowns are cloth capes, the lockers are labeled with famous women's names and the whole place was very clean and modern. Both of my tests were done here and I was given good news right there the same day. I will definitely return here for yearly mammograms. Great experience! read more

Solis Mammography is the ONLY place I will go to get my mammogram. I don't even mind driving a little further from my house just to get here. EVERYTHING is wonderful from the moment you step in the door. The office staff acknowledges you even if they are helping someone else. They are EXTREMELY attentive, sweet, patient, & helpful through the entire check in process. And they do it all with a beautiful smile!! My mammo tech was just as wonderful. I used this company for mammograms a couple of times, well over a year ago. My complaint is not with the location I went to, it is the fact that just this morning I received a call from Solis Mammography with a caller ID number from Dallas Texas. There is at least a 2 hour time difference between Phoenix and Texas and this person was calling me at 645 am. They have no reason to be calling in the first place as I have no appointment scheduled,, but to call that early is unacceptable. I asked the woman (she gave the name of Andrea) if she knew what time it was, I was not especially appreciative of her snarky response. Mary Ann, RT, performed the procedures and has done so in the past. She is very professional and caring and is a definite asset to your company.. I used to go to Simon Med, but after a few unpleasant appointments I looked for a new place. That's where I came across Solis for my exam. It was one of the smartest moves I made and I couldn't be happier! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the receptionist, Trish, was so nice and professional. She greeted me right away and made me feel important. My appointment was right on time, and the technologist, Maryann, was so sweet and professional. She explained the exam and was very informative. Maryann definitely knew her job and I could tell she was very experienced. After my exam I was personally escorted to the lobby. I had to write a review to let everyone know how AWESOME this place is and their staff. I am definitely going to refer my family and friends to Solis. If you are able to request Maryann their technologist, DO!! Both Maryann and Trish just gained Solis a new patient for all my future exams. read more
