This contractor is not truthful. I was NOT told about ANY foundation issues at the time of install. It was not mentioned until the leaks appeared. Furthermore, he was paid well. If he lost ANY money it was for the door that was broken by himself. Currently, (2024) one of the garage doors bottom seal is now coming off. read more

Had them replace 3 doors here in my Scottsdale home as part of a 1950's remodel. When replacing front door they left the door bell wire inside the wall. Just got back into town after losing my ring connection due to battery dying and it took me multiple attempts to get a response from them, when attempting to ask them about it and was finally told they would charge me to come out. Company does not feel obligated to fix their mistakes and their commications when contacting them through their web site or phone was poor. read more

Do not use this company. Paid $2600 for barn door and $450 to stain. Gave them the matching stain number from previous barn door replacement to use from Mohawk Stain manufacturing company. . Wouldn't spend the money to buy it direct from stain manufacturer. Said couldn't match it to their Sherwin Williams????? It's a dark expresso, what's the problem??? Had a bit left over from previous door with instructions to only use if correct and matches others barn door. Told don't use otherwise and be careful as only 90% certain as whether it was indeed the correct stain. Edgar came to the house, took a picture of the other stained barn door to be certain stain was correct match. The photo he took, as it turned out, was too light and chocolate brown not resembling expresso colored barn door. Didn't take the stain to the door but used the photo to match for the door when staining. When door was brought to be hung I said this is way too light. Told it looks light because it was still outside in the truck. Finished in LIGHT CHOCOLATE BROWN. Fabi replaced door with new unstained door but refused to refinish it or refund the $450 charged originally. So I got stuck with their $450 stain job and need hire another to do the job a second time. Spent $7800 on this as part of total job. Finish a job and be proud of what was done and no need to make excuses. If they comment that's it's all a lie, pay no attention. Can't defend the poor sloppy workmanship. read more

I was looking for a tiny threshold cap that was missing - one of those things often seems hard to find and most don't want to help you with something seemingly so insignificant and with no big ticket cost attached. Terrible company. I had a quote and scheduled install for 11/26/2018 with Victor between 9am-10am. I TOOK OFF WORK for the install and no one bothered to show up. I called his phone after 10am, no answer. After 11am no answer. Called after 1pm no answer. I called after 4pm from a different number and he answers. He was basically avoiding and screening my call after stiffing me on the job. After he answers he tells me they were not able to get the parts in for the job and that's the reason they didn't come do the install. He just didn't bother or have the decency to call the customer and let them know. I'm highly upset at this point and asked him if this is the type of business he runs. Of-course he says no but actions speak louder than words. I told him to call me the next day and give me a new day for an install and offer a customer discount based on what has transpired. I told him that if he doesn't call to make this right, that tells me what kind of company he runs. And guess what he never called back. Avoid this company!! Absolutely terrible. read more
