We were struggling with our patio slider. It was so difficult to open that we routinely were using our whole body weight to try and jimmy it open and closed. Being a new homeowner, I knew nothing about doors and was clueless as to what the issue was. I had no clue that it could be as easy as replacing the wheels! If I could, I'd leave 10 stars for both sliding doors. First off, Im a repeat customer because they had recommended I overlay the track a few yrs ago and I went cheap and didnt do much about it. Fast fwd to today, I decided to finally get this issue resolved and had both doors GLIDING and bouncing off the backstops EFFORTLESSLY. My unit is about 50yrs old and pretty sure the sliding glass patio doors had never been replaced. So if you are not looking to splurge and completely install new sliding doors, get them fixed fixed.
