One of my favorite local watch retailers! They have unique makes and models of Seiko, Citizen, Hamilton, Casio and other higher end makes and models of watches. Their prices are retail however occasionally you can find some sales or some items on clearance that are a good deal as well . The real value here though is the fact that you can find models that you only see online you won't find them in many other stores. This place is awesome. Went here for a Hamilton watch and the shop and guys working there are awesome. I don't need another watch yet because I just bought one from them but I'm kinda excited to go back... so maybe I'll get another one. No pressure and very knowledgeable guys. They also have a small cigar shop there (they don't smoke at the store and it's only sales). The place smells good and I just liked the overall experience. Arizona Fine Time in Scottsdale was a really cool experience for anyone who appreciates fine timepieces. The showroom had a great vibe and was very well stocked with watches from many different brands. Honestly, I didn't even want to leave while I was there. John F. was an excellent sales associate and really knows his watches, especially Casio G-Shocks. I originally came in to purchase my first G-Shock, the GA700BEG-1A. While talking with John, we started discussing other G-Shocks I've always wanted, especially the GW9400-3CR Rangeman. At the time, they didn't have the Rangeman in stock, but John told me they had more coming in to restock inventory. A few days later, he personally called me back, gave me a great deal, I placed my order over the phone, and Arizona Fine Time shipped it to me free of charge. John really went out of his way to take care of me and kept his word. The customer service, product knowledge, and overall atmosphere made this place stand out. Wow I can't say enough how impressed I was with my visit to Arizona Fine Time! I've been looking for a hard to fine newly released Casio G-shock watch for a few weeks now. Casio was sold out and already going for mark up on e-bay. Stopped in as I recently moved to AZ and they had one in the case. Bought it ASAP at more than fair price. No crazy mark up etc which they could have easily asked for based on the market. In other words they were honest and fair. Upon walking around I noticed other harder to find Seikos, Citizens, Bulova, etc. This place is legit! Owner stopped over showed me around and helped educate me more about the watch industry too. No hard sell and really seem to enjoy to talk about watches. He treated me like a top of the line client despite buying a watch that MSRPs for $150. Ok watches. Weird location. Sales staff talks down to the customers when you can find them. The store is in a back alley, and the watches are mostly entry level luxury. Prices are just a bit higher than Amazon, and a smidge lower than a chain jewelry store. It's worth something to be able to try on a watch before you buy, but most of the sales staff hung out in the back while I browsed the store. After waiting a bit I left. My experience was "meh" at best. read more

There aren't many watch stores where you can find knowledgeable staff in a non-judgemental environment. E.G it's not like shopping in Scottsdale's Fashion square/ Biltmore. Although the initial purchase was uneventful, they were reluctant to help me when I had an issue with the factory authorized repair facility 6 months after purchase even though the watch was still under warranty, & the manufacturer advised me to contact the dealer where I purchased the watch. Despite several telephone conversations with the owner and co-owner & exchange of multiple emails, Arizona Fine Time did NOT want to be liable for replacement under warranty or involved with helping me obtain satisfactory repair. I was disappointed and I do not recommend this dealer whatsoever. The owner operates two businesses, one of which is Arizona Fine Time and the other business is Cigar King. Buyer beware. read more
