Recently came into the store for my first omega. I was incontact with a sales women named kara who was wonderful to work with and very communicative. When I got to the store I was greeted and offered champagne and whiskey. Kara was very patient and informative as I tried in several models. I eventually chose a model and the transaction was very smooth and again Kara was wonderful to work with. I unfortunately had the watch for 1 week before the movement stopped working. I instantly contacted Kara who advised to bring it in asap. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Kara and store manager Jared. Both were very apologetic and did everything in their power to make it right. I ultimately was given the option between a new watch or sending the original for service which would take much longer. I ultimately chose to receive a new watch and I had a brand new perfectly functioning watch in less than 1 week. The team at omega boutique of Scottsdale made the best of a bad situation and handled this issue promptly with wonderful customer service. Hands down fabulous experience - talked about the history of Omega, various designs and functions, the ability to swap out bands, warranty details... The watch - my husband is incredibly happy with what he picked. It's exactly what he's wanted and he now has an incredible watch in his collection. It comes inside a well crafted box that includes a travel box inside. You also receive a manual similar to the thickness of a vehicle manual. I think we will now receive a quarterly booklet from Omega via mail. Both gentlemen working (Trent and another man, I did not catch his name) were accommodating, answered questions, provided us with drinks and took great care in the specific watch we picked. Literal white glove service. We are so excited to be apart of the Omega family and hope to attend a future event! Highly recommend Omega and specifically this location if you are on the hunt for a luxury watch. I restored my grandfather's 1941 CK. It was sent to Switzerland and returned a couple weeks ago. The entire process far exceeded my expectations! Amy Lee was just superb. I wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't purchased the watch there. Not only was the price excellent but the service was among the best I've experienced from any business. The link came very quickly and it was installed it for me in just a couple of minutes. Best service I have ever received. Buying a watch here isn't just a sale, it's an entire experience. Victor was incredible; he was a joy to speak with during the whole process, offering insights on both Omega and watchmaking in general. He also threw in some goodies with the purchase; overall it was a fantastic buying experience. Amy and Cole were also huge helps along the way. Unfortunately, I had some manufacturing defects (not the problem of the staff here at all). My first Aqua Terra had a scratch on the bezel, and my second had a scratched minute hand and a hair on the dial. Both times, the associates were more than willing to replace the watch so I would be happy. My third one seems to be perfect, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
