Got an omega seamaster crown replaced at the beginning of 2026 and was told it was going to take 1 week and gave me a price estimate of $100. Not only did it take around 3 weeks for them to replace it they also charged me $200. The first time I pulled the crown out to adjust the time on my watch the entire crown fell off the watch and into my lap. Literal waste of $200 read more

I needed a new watch band and a couple of batteries put in other watches. I had read online that this place was good, and it is close to home. I stopped short of going at first because the webpage specifies he only takes cash payment. I decided to call ahead and ask if they would consider a credit card because I thought my purchase might be a bit costly. The older gentleman, I assume the owner, stated that they could take my credit card. It's a small shop, and I have lived near by for decades and never noticed it before. I went in and was greeted by an older man with a heavy accent and prayer cap. I told the man what I wanted, and learned that I needed 3 new batteries because a watch that was working yesterday had stopped overnight, plus the watch band. The owner isn't much for small talk and went immediately to work. He showed me a suitable watch band and had it sized and installed in minutes. He also had the batteries replaced and the exact time and date set on all 3 watches in record time. As luck would have it, my total bill was only $95 and I had enough cash to pay the man without using a credit card. My total time in the store was 15 minutes or less, and a very fair price for excellent service and product value. I would highly recommend this store ... but don't expect a lot of chit chat, this man means business and goes immediately to getting your job done! read more

Last month my dad passed from Covid and this watch belonged to my dad since the 80's. When I was around 11, I would wear it like crazy. Eventually the watches battery ran out, the bands ripped, and I no longer wore watches. I tried fixing the bands and putting in a new battery but it didn't work. I have a breitling watch I bought a couple of years ago that never kept good time and I stupidly let the warranty run out. wanted to get it fixed and looked at the Breitling factory service - it would cost $170 to $220 if I brought it into the local shop at Fashion Square. I was about to go there but through Yelp so this local outfit specializing high end Swiss watch repair and it was close to where I live in Arcadia. Long story short - i took it to this place and it took a few days and the watch works great. cost me $200. That said, the experience is pretty ghetto....you have to talk through a plexiglass partition and minimal communication. It's all cash. I swear the guy initially quoted me $300 for the repair and I balked and he followed me to my car and revised it to $200... In the end, he fixed my watch and I am grateful for that. Still I felt a little dirty when all was said and done...may go the factory service route next time. read more
