Extremely happy with the work and customer service. The owner was communicated with me when needed and made sure I was notified when the job was done due to me needing the sidearm back for an event. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for stippling & frame work.

Only pic I have of the cerakote before a hasty duracoat camo job by me. It's perfectly applied.

I had a plain cerakote done. It was done perfectly. They didn't touch the bits they shouldn't have (sights most importantly). They walked me through their process, and it was what I hoped it was, but better. They removed the old finish, cleaned up machine marks, degreased, blasted all surfaces to be "koted", kote, and bake. My guns look far better than from the factory. My bolt gun had lots of machine marks that will show through cerakote as it is so thin. However, without being asked to, they polished them out, blasted, and koted. My other rifle was made in a country of ill repute and had awful caked up factory paint that had never set. Now, it's gorgeous. Sorry for poor pics, they're all I have before I laud out a hasty camo in duracoat on top of the cerakote.

    Good Militray Police Badge

Worst decision ever taking my new Glock 43X to We Plead The 2nd / Pro 2 Customs. They should be rated a "O". I am a retired Military Police Officer and my son is a Special Agent with the FBI and I wanted a heirloom that my son could pass on to his son.  On June 24, 2021 I took a new Glock 43X to  "We Plead The Second / Pro 2 Customs" for Cerakote aluminum, with a hexagon pattern and my Military Police Badge/name laser etched on one side and my sons FBI badge/name laser etched on the other side.  I was informed it would be completed in 2 or 3 weeks but more likely within 2 weeks which turned into more than 21 weeks, multiple calls most of which were not answered and several emails with curt responses like " We are working on it.  The only update will be when it is completed". In late July 2021, I visited the business to determine the status and was informed it was currently being Cerakoted.   After several emails and excuses as to why it wasn't completed I agreed if they could complete the Frame by September 2, 2021 that would be acceptable as it was a gift being given to my son.  September 3, 2021 I paid for and received the pistol frame but the FBI Badge was blurry/smudged.  I showed it to my son and he was as disappointed as I was.  A significant difference between the quality of the Military Police badge and the FBI badge.  The text on the FBI badge is blurred and barely readable.  I emailed the Business Owner Bryan at "We Plead The 2nd" to determine how this error could be corrected.  After waiting a week with no response I called and then drove 40 minutes to their shop to show them the Glock Frame even though I included pictures in my email.  They agreed the FBI badge was blurred and couldn't understand how the badges could be so different, apparently they didn't notice the difference.  They offered a custom holster and I informed them I have a holster and they agreed to redo the FBI badge.  I informed them I didn't want to wait another 10 weeks and I was assured it would have priority and not take another 10 weeks.  I expected some priority since they already had my frame for 10 weeks.  After waiting  4 additional weeks, on October 11, 2021 I sent the Business Owner Bryan an email trying to determine when it would be fixed.  Again many reasons for the delay.  As of November 19, 2021 I still did not have a projected completion date.   Overall I waited an additional 11 weeks for a total of 21 weeks for a product that was originally  promised in 3 weeks worse case.  On November 19, 2021 I drove to the business only to determine they had not started on it and didn't know when it would be fixed - so I picked it up and requested a refund which the business refused to do.  I contacted two other laser gun shops only to be informed they couldn't fix some else mistake and I must purchase a new Glock 43 X Frame as mine is ruined. I'm completely dissatisfied with the lack of quality control and customer satisfaction - not to mention the weeks and months they clearly put my project off. I am sure this unfortunate experience is rampantly being conveyed through the FBI and Police Associations. In the end I initiated a charge back with my credit card company and received my refund but now I must purchase a new frame. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE....

My custom Kydex Glock 43 Holster from the folks at We Plead the 2nd.

Stopped in this place while on business in Phoenix. Some of the best custom design pistol work I've seen. They also do amazing custom design Kydex holsters and I decided to order one for my Glock 43. Ordered it at the counter on Tuesday and expected to receive it in about two weeks. Today, I get a call and they ask me if I'm still in town. I tell them I am but I fly in about four hours and they say they can have it ready for me in about an hour. What? So I beat feet down there and picked up my holster. I love it! Totally cool that these guys went out of their way to call me and get me my holster before I left Phoenix. They didn't have to. I already paid and expected a two week wait. Class act. Service like this earns my respect and my loyalty. I'll be ordering more from them in the Future.

Lost a good friend and decided to have the guys make me a custom print for my 19x. Other than an email issue with the photo, I'm guessing user error, when i contacted them by phone they were right on it. Got a call when it was done and it worked flawlessly. Will be ordering a couple more soon for the wife and myself for some smaller guns. I would highly recommend We Plead The 2nd for all your holster needs.

Discovered We Plead The 2nd from watching LeaSpeed6 on YouTube and decided to have them create a holster for the new Smith & Wesson M&P22C with a threaded barrel that I just purchased for my wife as well as two magazine holsters for the pistol as well. Additionally, I had an AK47 magazine holster made as well. They gave me a date(5 days) when I could pick everything up and even gave me a reminder call the day before. Everything was built spot on and the price was more than fair! If you are looking for an great quality holster especially for the M&P 22c with a threaded barrel than go see the gents at We Plead the 2nd! BTW, the AK47 magazine holster fits to the body like a glove!!! Nice job guys!

Damaged the pistol's magazine release. Bad trimming and no smoothing out of the cut. Refused to do anything about the damage

!!!!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a phone call…read morefrom the owner of Arizona Firearms yesterday evening 06/14/2021. He informed me that he had seen my post, recalled hearing about it in the store, and then nothing, so he thought it had been resolved by one of his managers. He read my post over the weekend and realized it had not been resolved to their standard of business operations. We had a great discussion and Arizona Firearms stepped up and completely resolved the issue and concern. It is unfortunate that it had to be resolved in the manner that it did, BUT all is safely mended. A SHOUT OUT to Arizona Firearms for completely resolving this matter! This is the kind of support that we as consumers expect from people we do business with. I expect to be returning to Arizona Firearms in the future to do more business with them. The store is stocked and they have ammunition for GREAT prices (I was just in there an hour ago). Thank you Arizona Firearms!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some information for you gun owners out there.... I purchased a used Tri-Star Raptor 20ga from Arizona Firearms in late 2019 for my two pre-teen boys. Due to COVID and fire/shooting bans in Arizona, I was unable to fire this shotgun until late 2020. When I did fire the shotgun, it immediately jammed. It jammed so bad that I needed to take it into my gunsmith. My gunsmith mentioned that the internal parts were damaged and needed to be sent to Tri-Star for repairs. I shipped the gun to Tri-Star for repairs. The first phone call I received from Tri-Star was from one of its Officers of the company. I was shocked! He informed me that he personally looked at the shotgun that I sent for repairs. The shotgun was manufactured in 2013 and still contained all of the original internal parts, and they had never been replaced. He estimated that it is possible that the gun had seen several thousand rounds through it. He immediately condemned the gun and mentioned that it should never have been resold into circulation as it could possibly injure the shooter. He then asked if he could reach out to Arizona Firearms on my behalf to discuss the condition of the gun and the sale. I received a phone call back from Tri-Star. I was informed that Arizona Firearms does not bench check or test fire used firearms they purchase. They are immediately placed on the rack for sale. The manager of Arizona Firearms also asked Tri-Star to ship the gun back to them so they could look at it! Tri-Star refused by stating they could not allow this gun back into circulation and that the phone call from the officer of the manufacturer should ease their suspicions. Tri-Star asked that I reach back out to the manager of Arizona Firearms to see if they could reimburse me in some way by either a store credit or FFL transfer of a new gun. After several messages left over 2 months, I never received any contact back. In lieu of this, I contacted Tri-Star. Tri-Star immediately rectified the issue by replacing the gun with a new model at a very fair price. I cannot express how impressed and appreciative I am of Tri-Star Arms and the company officer that assisted me with this. They went completely out of their way to help a customer feel satisfied and safe with their product. I highly recommend Tri-Star Arms, their guns and their customer support. Life-long customer ahead. Just saw they closed permanently... well…read more.. 2/22- We went in to get info on a gun and potentially purchase a new pistol. We previously have purchased firearms from AlphaDog, as well as had their gunsmith work on a family members gun. All of our previous visits we had great experiences. However when my mother and I went in, we weren't acknowledged at all. We thought it was no problem, the guys behind the counter seemed to be talking to other customers. So we looked through the gun case and waited for them to finish up. One finished helping a customer in front of us, and was fidgeting with things behind the counter. We thought maybe he thought we were just browsing, so we walked over to the register line. He looked at us and walked away to the other side of the room without saying anything. So we waited a bit longer, and stood by the register for a good 5 minutes while the other employee chatted with another guy about a shooting competition or something like that. We weren't in any rush, and didn't think it was a big deal. We figured they were just busy finishing up previous orders/interactions and didn't interrupt. But as we were waiting, two younger teenage boys walked into the store and were immediately greeted and asked if they'd like to see anything off the wall or in the case. The employee who had walked away then handed them a rifle and started to discuss the firearms with them. My mom and I looked at each other and were wondering what was going on. It was weird to feel like you were invisible in a place where you have spent money before, and were actively hoping to spend more. Eventually the gentlemen who was chatting about a competition looked over and saw we hadn't been helped and answered some questions. He was really nice, but we were so off put by the interaction that we decided to purchase my firearm from somewhere else. As we were leaving the other employee finally seemed to realize we existed and said "goodbye!" as we left, which just drove the nail a little bit deeper. I understand that women aren't typically taken seriously in this hobby, but to experience being completely ignored first hand was a shock I have never dealt with before. When we were with a man this was never a problem, so we are assuming that was the issue. Weird experience, definitely won't be returning.

I went in looking for a concealed carry holster and asked an employee for help, clearly explaining…read morewhat I needed and the exact firearm model. He handed me a holster and confidently said, "This will work." When I went to pay, he asked for my ID -- for a holster. That made absolutely no sense. I later checked Arizona law, and an ID is not required to purchase a holster. To make things worse, once I got outside and opened the package, the holster didn't even fit my firearm. Then I checked their return policy and found out they won't accept returns once the package is opened. So I was sold the wrong product, asked for ID unnecessarily, and then stuck with an item I can't return. If you're going to offer help, at least make sure you're giving customers the correct product. Very disappointing experience.

The installation was executed flawlessly--precise, clean, and perfectly tuned for reliable performance. Huge thanks to East Valley Tactical for their exceptional service and expertise; they truly delivered top-tier workmanship on this specialized upgrade. The FRT has transformed the handling, delivering rapid semi-auto fire that's incredibly responsive. It took some getting used to (and yes, a bit more practice to manage the recoil and stay on target), but even in my initial sessions, I was able to connect with the target consistently once dialed in. My friends are already joking that I need to 'gain some weight' to better control the pushback--definitely a fun challenge ahead!
