When we picked up the meat we got 585 lbs from one and 256 lbs from the other. They were both the same size and age and when I told the local large animal vet, who saw them 2 months prior to butchering, he could not believe it and joked did we drop off a calf. I asked them if they ever mix someone else's up with another's and he said no. When we got the organs there was only a heart and when we asked about the liver he just went into the freezer and came out with someone else's. They sell dog food, and we wondered where the meat comes from for it, now we know. The problem is how do you prove something went wrong. After spending the time and money raising them it is very discerning when you get ripped off. I was hesitant in using them to begin with due to word of mouth negative reviews but tried out of convenance, not again.

We had no problem doing so--it was simply the way she spoke to us. My husband even made a lighthearted comment that we thought leaving everything neatly in the basket would make checkout easier, but instead of responding politely, she rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. Throughout the entire transaction, she acted as though we were an inconvenience. She continued mumbling, handled our groceries carelessly, and when she finished scanning everything, she didn't tell us our total or even acknowledge us. She just stood there silently, staring at the register without looking at us or saying a word, leaving us wondering what she expected us to do. My husband finally asked, "Is that the total?" Instead of simply answering, she mumbled again, rolled her eyes with a nasty attitude, and immediately turned her attention to the next customer as if she was done with us--even though we hadn't even paid yet. After we completed the transaction, my husband still thanked her as we were leaving, but she didn't acknowledge him at all. She simply rolled her eyes again. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but there is no excuse for treating customers with this level of disrespect. We weren't asking for anything special--just basic courtesy. A simple greeting, polite communication, and a little professionalism go a long way. Unfortunately, this was one of the rudest customer service experiences we've had, and I sincerely hope management addresses it so no one else has to be treated this way.
