She was rude to several guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Most of our party parked in the overflow parking lot, which is clearly marked with multiple signs. However, during the event, the employee walked over and padlocked both gates, preventing anyone from accessing their vehicles. We were told to reach out when we were ready to leave so she could unlock the gates. When the party ended, I texted her as instructed, but she refused to open the gates. She claimed no such arrangement had been made and told us we would have to walk all the way to the front entrance and then back to our vehicles, instead of simply unlocking the gates. This situation was frustrating and unnecessary, especially after being given different instructions earlier. While the location itself is nice, the lack of professionalism and poor communication significantly impacted our overall experience.

Said children were too Safety but they weren't taking the kids off rides when they broke down and the continued to let children jump in the bounce houses knowing the mother board has gone out and they had to keep jumping the generations. Then they didn't even let anyone in lines know that the rides were breaking down and the manager tried to say that their number one priority was safety? I do not understand why they are letting people in still? We let people know as much as we could. Some pissed off customer starting yelling about how they are charging people for broken rides and finally people started to clear out and managers finally started refunding. We got there at 645, my kids rode rides for a few until they started breaking down and we asked for a manager at 720 and didn't leave until 845 with the refund. It took them forever to finally take us seriously and refund us. By the time we left there was a huge crowd of people also waiting for a refund. They could have 100% avoided that if they were honest with people that the rides were not running that night. The best part of this night was the funnel cakes, cooked to perfection and fresh. I was greeted with the older woman (with glasses) at the front immediately upset and passive aggressive stating "well i hope you know i checked them and it was not cracked so be more careful"(in a clearly condescending tone), i respond with "im sorry? i just walked out and right back in and it was cracked?" she then says "yeah well no it wasn't so be more careful this time thanks", i then leave. We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.
