I came into the store looking for a smaller safe for a condo and didn't want to buy some cheaper big box brand safe. This store doesn't stock these smaller safe but as soon as I gave them the dimensions they already had suggestions. For an inexperienced safe person they made safe shopping extremely easy. Not only was the customer service excellent but the quality of the safe was beyond what I was expecting. This facility sells larger high end safes for thousands of dollars and i purchased a small safe for about $350 and was treated the same as someone spending thousands. I can't recommend them enough. Rebecca offered to help me find what I was looking for. Pointed out what sizes we would want to use. The builder didn't mention that. All things happen for a reason. We purchased a safe from Alex, bcuz of a sob story about his wife having cancer and he'll have to…read moreclose up shop because he couldn't do it with out her. So we took this large rifle safe off him. It wasn't cheap couple thousand +. He's the world biggest liar, he came to my house to change locks out and what a rip off! Then he tells me he was liquidating his safes, so he could move to a cheaper location. Now his lies will give him what he richly deserves, karma baby, called him several times about the safe having some issues. He won't even return the calls, because we caught him in a huge lie! Karma will do you in! You deserve all that's coming your way. His service fee just to show up is $85 and to rekey was $50 what a low life! No wonder his own kid won't even work with him. Will never use him again when there's better service out there that doesn't come with a bunch of lies and tears!!!

My experience with this Door and Trim Store was exhausting. It was so many issues with them. It's…read morehard to figure out where to start. They sell you products that their not familiar with, and will not replace anything after the fact. If you order anything from the store, make sure you double check it when you get it before you install it because they take no responsibility or fault for missing items on products. The doors were good, but the biggest issue I had was with their pocket door and barn door. I asked them about a pocket door that would extend across a certain size opening. They said they had two panel pocket doors, which I thought was a great idea. Well, the pocket door came without some hardware, and after 2-3 trips back to the store, we kept receiving the incorrect hardware, and we ended up paying for this incorrect hardware because they would not give it to us as part of the purchase. In order to make a long story short, the installer they requested, kept reminding us that we did not have all the hardware for the install. Currently, I have a two pane pocket door that is not secure. You need two hands to extend it out, and you can look in behind it and see all the dust and debris from the installation. They provided nothing that would shield you from seeing inside of the pocket door when it was open. Use them if you like, but just be aware that there are no refunds, and double check that you have all your hardware and pieces for any type of installation. We even ordered a barn door that was missing some screws for installation.
